Great service, great people,had everything I needed for my truck

Its a large corporate chain store. But you would never know it cuz they have such an outstanding knowledgeable all around incredible staff. Feels more like your local independently owned hardware store in a large corporate chain. Dont hesitate.

Excellent customer service from Hunter at Livermore Autozone. I called ahead to check that the battery I needed was in stock, and he had it pulled aside and waiting for me when I arrived. They had time to install it for me, so I was in-and-out with a fresh battery installed in ten minutes.

No matter where you go AutoZone always helps you the best way that they can great service thank you

What a great bunch of employees. Went in to buy a OBD2 scanner. Didnt need to. They gave me one and even came outside to show me details of a dashboard light only to find I need an oil change, and even cleared to light for me. Saved me hundreds of dollars.

Frequent this place for different parts, especially with my new project car. Came in today to work out an online order and noticed my engine light popped on. Since they could read OBD codes, figured Id bring it in and have a look.Plug in their scan tool, but it doesnt connect. Without missing a beat, Hunter says to check the 12V cigar fuse its tied in to. Popped the hood, and it was burned through. Put a new one in, and the obd reader came to life and my 12V outlet works now!Super nice guys that work here and they easily saved me at least a hundred bucks on diagnostic at the dealership. Just gotta fix the small EVAP issue, and the truck will be all sorted.

Drove over 30 miles to get a part they had in stock . When I get there the guy says the box is here but its empty.... smh

Sometimes they get quite busy but theyre still always friendly very knowledgeable

Today my truck barely wanted to start so I took it in to get a battery test. Freddie worked hard to get my corroded battery out and even held the door for me each time walking in and out of the shop. Excellent customer service, polite and helpful. Ill be going back for all my truck needs.

Its OK. When you look for an oil filter, there is reference material to find it. The other place is lacking.

Seem to have pretty good prices

The helpfulness of the staff has improved I have beengoing here since they opened four or five years ago. At first the staff was very unhelpful. I have avoided the place until recently when I couldnt find what I needed elsewhere.

3 stars because its lame when you walk in and theres 2 employees behind the counter and one at the other end by the air filters and i hit the first aisle needing propane and e clips and get their price stranded copper wire and within seconds all 3 were in my aisle pretending not to notice me and pretending to stock even though nothing in that box went in that aisle. Sad thing is i worked for autozone and at this store a couple times. None of 3 asked me if i needed assistance either they just whispered and stared.

The store personnel’s were rude. I was not buying anything but had couple of questions. I asked couple of personnels But they said I am with customer. They were lying. I didn’t see any customers. They made me stand in line and when I got my turn, the personnel did not know anything. This is pathetic.

Had to get chains! The service person actually came out to my car and measured for me! and proceeded to tell me that, if I didnt need them when I went up to the snow - I could return them! Sweet😊

Most of the time you can find what you need.

I went in on 01/29/2020 with a battery issue.. DJ helped me he went out checked my battery said it was good but the terminal connector was loose..he tried to replace it for me but the bolt wouldn’t budge. But before I left he made sure that it was tightened enough to get me home. When I asked him how much for his time spent he said no charge. I’ve honestly never been to a auto store that took such good care of their customers like that. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated DJs customer service. I’ll definitely be going back here and telling everyone about my experience!

These guys were very helpful because I don’t know much about cars but they helped me find out what battery I needed and air filter. 1 star off because there was a customer in there wIth his mask down and no one said anything to enforce the rules.

AutoZone always has the parts and accessories that I need. They will often have options for what I need and offer competitive prices. Their own house brand is often a good option for a pretty good price.They may not have specific parts if you are looking for something less mainstream, however, in an emergency, they will have what you need to get you back on the road, for the most part.I like the fact that you can borrow tools as well as the fact that the staff will often help you with a problem if you require assistance. They also seem knowledgeable and friendly.

Great customer service. We came here to pick up snow cables and overall experience was smooth. One thing to notice, Google Map will get you here, however, the parking is little bit hidden and sign is hard to see from the road. Just a note to future customers!

We used Auto Zone commercial for our business almost every day. Every time we call either Rafael or Carlos usually answer with great attitude. They always know what we are looking for and get us the best deals. In few occasions they have also price matched for us. They deliver every day of the week and delivery is quick. All the employees, Ron, Jessica, Rafael and others are all friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I like this store for the employees. They are always helpful and friendly. Some auto parts stores in the area I cant say the same about. When it comes to ordering parts Ive never had an issue with them arriving on time, unlike some other auto part stores in the area. The place is clean has wide isles which is comfortable if you and another customer are in the isle theres plenty of room and you dont feel like you have to squeeze by them, unlike some other auto parts stores in the area.

Livermore location is well stocked. Some items need attention during summer season such as replenishing the AC tools. Overall staff are friendly and well trained.

Service guy helped me out a lot with choosing my battery. He even let me know about some specific details to my car that saved me a couple hundred dollar trip to the dealer. 👍

I went to locate some minor body working products for some very basic body filler and was able to locate what I needed. I already knew from past experience that they carried the product that I needed and was able to locate it this time which I guess is a good thing that they dont carry it on a random basis. I also noticed that they had some refinishing products that would definitely be a big help if someone required some automotive paint for a project on your car or any other item that you could or would possibly use that type of paint for. I might recommend that they carry some paint guns that would be capable of dispensing that type properly might just be a missing item that you can use to generate additional revenue for that dept. It was good to see some of the other air-driven body working tools there also. I may have just missed the paint guns but if I did that would mean that either the staff isnt doing their job in seeing if the customer has been able to locate all of the items that they need that are not a missed opportunity for Autozone to capitolize on possibly sales...

The new manager in the commercial department, Joe, is super sharp. If he cant find the part your looking for, he knows someone who does.

It was okay... They didnt have what I needed but that was to be expected. I needed to purchase a spanner wrench and they didnt have one. I had just been to their competitor that was very close by and they didnt have it either. Customer service is always lacking at just about any retail location now days and they didnt disappoint there with their lack of wanting to just give a quick check visually vs relying on what the computer says. Todays generation for some reason puts so much reliability in what computers do and they just dont get that computers are only as accurate as the people that enter the data to begin with. They dont understand that computers havent taken over the world and are completely in charge of everything from beginning to end and that there is still a human facet to them and that they need to factor that into their answers when a customer asks if there is a particular part available even if the computer says that there is a part with the same number but that it reflects something with a COMPLETELY different description so maybe it would be best to get up off your a** and literally walk 5 steps to just check to be sure vs saying ummmmm yeah says we dont have one... One what? Uh this thing! You mean the belt that I am asking you to check to see if you happen to have since you also didnt have the other item I came here for why not just try to see if you dont have the second item that I am looking for vs ummm yeah dont have any.. Talk about lack of customer service... I had the very same experience with the competitor close to them also so maybe I am just expecting wayyyyyy too much much from this current generation of people in the work force now days...

Well I went in there yesterday on the 19th I thought it was was getting a distributor cap and rotor the guy didnt even know they made Chevy pickups full size 1500 we brought up an S10 first thing to piss me off second thing that pissed me off complete different part and getting nothing to do with what I was asking about that pissed me off the last thing that broke the camels back is he asked me back or front guy who couldnt understand English and he had his head up his ass so far that you couldnt see straight he is in a position to get people parts the right parts he dont know what the parts are why hasnt position I have never known but he needs to be fired or laid off until he learn how to speak English.
