It is very rare that I give 5 stars to ANYTHING/ANYONE But the ENTIRE staff here are professional, caring and always treat your car like their own. I would NEVER think about taking my car ANYWHERE else. You would be silly using anyone else IMHO. I have been in to see them over the past 16 years and they have always been there for me and even give great advice! Dont look anywhere else.

Great body shop. Not sure how reasonable the costs are here, have no experince with other local body/paint shops. My visit was a insurance claim for my kids car. They did a great job though.

I’m posting this a few years after California Reflections repaired our Honda Pilot.They did a perfect job getting the damaged area looking like new. The paint is flawless and hasn’t faded at all. One can’t see the difference between the original paint ant the repaired area.Another long-term body shop worked on our Toyota Camry before we discovered California Reflections. The paint they used faded quickly, visually obvious that the repaired area looks different from the original paint. It feels different too, almost as if the clear coat wasn’t applied.After years of parking outdoors, the job California Reflections did is impossible to distinguish because the paint and detail in their workmanship is perfect! We are very thankful we discovered California Reflections in Livermore, Ca.!

YOU SHOULD GO HERE! I took my car in to California Reflections for some minor body work and I was extremely impressed with the service. The team there was very friendly, responsive, trustworthy and communicated frequently. When they called to tell me when my car would be ready, I was disappointed that I would miss a work holiday lunch because my car wouldnt be ready on time. I was bummed but I understood - these things take time. Well the next day, they called and said that they would have my car ready a day early so I could get to my work lunch! Kevin said he stayed late to get it done early for me! Wow. I was so impressed with the friendly service. Getting body work done sucks but if you have to do it, you should go here!!

The customer service was phenomenal and they did an outstanding job on the paint and repair of my vehicle. Truly one of the best professional experiences I have had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this company and will be a returning customer!
