Never brings enough tanks for delivery to my special needs brother even though it is ordered and outlined what we need per week. Constant battle with Customer Service with them trying to tell us that we are simply wrong. They are right. And not working with anything. If we could we would 100% switch elsewhere but due to insurance, the battle continues.

This office has had me arguing and fighting with them for years now my doctor ordered a new machine for me in February. Never showed up, then I get a bill last month 3 months later saying they already dropped it off. Which it hasnt. Then now Im told someone will be here to check it see if Im lieing, he never showed up 3 days later they tell me he was here twice but since my outter doors are locked he couldnt get in so instead of calling me to let him in he left. Which I told the lady the day before that he would have to call me. I said it 5 times. It wasnt even in the notes. Come on do better. Peoples lives are at risk.

Rented a hospital bed through my insurance company. The bed was returned as scheduled for pickup yet I was sent a letter saying that I did not return the bed. The bed was picked up and I signed for it. I called Apria and they informed me that this is a standard letter that goes out whenever they rent equipment because people dont like to return the equipment. Really? This is a very inappropriate way of doing businessThe delivery and the pickup were both handled inappropriately as well. One driver got upset about being asked to wear booties in my house and the other driver never even brought booties. After my bed was picked up on the 14th of December I called and asked to speak to a manager regarding the problems with the pickup and deliveries and no one bothered to call me back. My insurance company also ordered crutches for me in February they were delivered to the wrong address but Apria decided to hound me viciously to bill me for items not received. This is very status quo for Apria. Please note that Apria has numerous negative reviews and theres a reason for this. Apria only cares about the big insurance companies and collecting money they dont care about the patients.

My mask never came and I explained numerous time my old mask tore and its urgent that I get my replacement because I cant sleep well without my mask. Ive been hung up on and told it was being replaced. Finally I was told the prescription wasnt completed. I explained I have a new Doctor but was never told my prescription was sent to my old doctor. My new doctor completed the script but I was told it was incomplete after waiting a week. He sent in the new script but still havent received anything. I keep calling but no one seems to help or call me back. Its a medical emergency for me. Im fatigued every day because my old mask leaks.PLEASE HELP.

I returned equipment on 11/6/20.They continue to charge me for the equipment. When I questioned the charges, the agent Troy insisted those are legitimate charges. He was confrontational, rude and argumentative making me feel that I am trying to cheat Apria for mere $ 1.65.When I gave him the work order # he could find that the equipment was indeed returned on 11/6/20, but their system did not update that information and will refund the charges. My concern was I would get charged for ever if this is not taken care of now.I wanted to speak to his supervisor and he questioned why I wanted to do that.At the end he said all supervisors are busy and one of them will call back. This phone conversation was recorded by Apria as per their routine policy and can be confirmed by the Apria.

The Red Cross contacted Apria in Littleton to try to get me a oxygen concentrator to use at the hotel they have so graciously put me up in. They asked the red cross to have me contact my Dr to get a script, I did, then asked me to call with my insurance information....when I called Apria main number, I was hung up on 3 times...I finally got a direct number and the woman who answered was very rude and told me without a script she didnt need my information...my dr then called to get the fax for the script and was told they never heard of me so they didnt need the script! WHAT A CLUSTA! I will NEVER use Apria!!!!

The local staff is very nice, even though theyre usually having to calm patients upset at the (usually not local) customer service agent who gave them incorrect info or had them on hold for an hour and change. If there are questions that need answered, its best to go to the branch and get a comprehensive answer face-to-face rather than call the main number and get a rep who doesnt even live in the state.A lot of negative reviews are stemming from a lack of communication within, which does have weight to its allegation, but if its not too inconvenient to go to the branch that is the best and fastest way to get what is needed taken care of all at one time with friendly representatives who are happy to help.Say hi to Patti at the front desk!

This is a horrible company, and I advice anyone wanting to use them not too! Especially if youre needing oxygen for your new born. So make sure to ask your doctor to get oxygen from anyone other than Apria. Heres what happened to my family, its a long read, but worth it! Day one of coming home with our new born they called me, at 10:30pm, pretty late in my opinion. The lady asked if we needed more oxygen, I told her we were given only one full tank from our doctor so more would be needed soon, Im guessing she considered that as a no, I waited two weeks for more, I called all the time, my doctor finally calls, and tells me they said I cancelled it, which is funny, because what happened yesterday, according to the company only a doctor can cancel the subscription. I waited so long for them to deliver more I had to take my new born to a firehouse to get working oxygen! I finally drove to a location myself to get tanks, where I was treated horribly by the lady at the front desk. They finally delivered two days after that, and even he was rude and didnt leave more tubs or tabs I finally had to use band-aids to hold the oxygen in my childs nose.... Here it is January of 2020, this took place in October of 2019, during the last 3 months, I never received any courtesy calls asking if we needed more tubs, or tabs for my new borns cheeks, or even more tanks. Early November my child was taken off oxygen, the doctor, in front of me, put in the order for the oxygen to be picked up as it was no longer needed, they never came. I finally called, begging them to come get it, they said it wasnt approved by my doctor, but wait, the first day they claimed I cancelled it myself, but now they wont come get it? They finally agreed to come get it. I was at work, so my sister stayed at the house to wait, they never called to say when theyd be there, and randomly showed up, even though I advised them to call, for the oxygen is at my mothers who is handy-capped. The man handed my sister papers to sign, she asked him to explain what she was signing, he ignored her, she said she wasnt signing what she didnt understand or know what it was, at which point the man ripped the paper out of her hand, walked back to his truck saying he wasnt taking the oxygen. My sister called me, and luckily the man was still parked in our driveway so I was able to talk to him, though he wouldnt talk to me, just kept saying he wasnt taking any oxygen away and was very hateful. I then called the main office, the first person I spoke to was very snippy with me, saying I needed to calm down and be nice. Seriously? I then talked who Im guessing is a manager, and he himself was very rude and didnt give two flying ducks about my complaints. And the funny thing is? They came back for the oxygen tanks today, after the tanks sat in my driveway, all afternoon, all night, and all morning, they didnt ring the doorbell, I didnt sign papers. So really Apria? Really? Why couldnt you take them yesterday if you didnt want signed papers? This is a horrid company to deal with. More drama than anyone needs. So please do yourself a favor, and dont bother using them.

Apria was the most difficult company that I have ever had to deal with. They dont show up when they say they will and then they send their subcontractors for delivery and pick up services without giving these people the full picture of what was needed. One of these subcontracting delivery/pickup companies came today and his name is Mustafa. I gave him an earful because Apria had told me they would be back on Monday because they couldnt take everything last Friday. This man listened to my rant and apologized for something that truly wasnt his fault. He is not responsible for the lousy customer service of Apria, yet, this wonderful man was professional and took all the bottles that were meant to be out this past month even though it meant he had to go back to the warehouse to unload all of mine before he could continue on with his day. I Commend this man for his understanding and taking my rant with grace.

Avoid working with this company or order everything you need for a month supply plus back up at a time otherwise youll be on the phone with them nearly everyday to follow up on progress because they will not.Horrible system. Customer service reps have always been polite but are only accurate or helpful 1 out 10 times.Apria is unable to deliver oxygen or sleep test equipment on-time let alone same day it was scheduled to arrive.Multiple times in the past two months I have had to call and follow up nearly daily on our order for tender grips to be delivered for my infant son. An extremely necessary item to keep his nasal cannula in place.Apria also messed up the data from a sleep test and it had to be completed over a second time. It took another two weeks for them to get their side straightened out and again....machine was not delivered day they said it would be and I had to jump through hoops to get it.Test results for the second time around were not sent to the doctor for over a week!!!! Took two phone calls a day to Apria for 4 days to get them to fax the results to the doctors office.

I had a great experience with the team in the Littleton location. We had a rather complicated situation regarding an oxygen tank for my mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. While Apria was not able to provide the oxygen for insurance reasons, they did everything possible to help us make it work. When they physicians office was slow in sending the prescription, an Apria representative called and got it. When insurance became an obstacle, they found another company to potentially supply the oxygen. They then called me to explain the situation, apologize for the inconvenience, and explain how they had proactively solved the problem. Couldnt be more impressed!

Should be negative 4 stars. There is no such thing as customer service at Apria Healthcare. When you call, once you finally get through the mulitiple layers of automated responses, if you are able to understand the non-native English of the agent, you will be put on a brief hold, then told that there is no one available and to leave a call-back number; however, no one will call you back. There is one respiratory therapist at this location who was very helpful and acknowledged how bad the customer service is.

Incompetent and annoying call center workers. Entire process to order replacement medical supplies takes multiple phone calls of repeated questions, because the workers cant notate anything correctly within the system. Took over 5 hours and speaking to multiple people to find out supplies have been sent out. Good thing it wasnt an emergency for us, and we ordered early. We have also had Major Medical in the past, and while we did have a few issues with them, nothing compares to this process to order supplies. This process NEEDS to be streamlined a little more. ***Update, 4 days since I placed orders and while I was told I would receive in overnight FedEx I am still waiting on much needed supplies. This is the worst company that has ever existed in the history of companies, the fact that they are in charge of peoples oxygen is the most ridiculous concept. I have been dealing with this company for far longer than I should, mainly because I cannot get one person to call me back to schedule an overnight study for my five-month-old. Whenever you call them, all you get is someone in a different country that tells you that they can’t get a hold of anyone in the office and they will send an email… No one responds to any of the emails, and when they finally do call you back… No one can do their job properly. I’ve never hated dealing with the company more in my entire life, I hope that someone finally runs them out of business. Don’t trust them with your lives, You’ll be dead before someone actually called you back. I’m to the point where I’m going to escalate this to the news channel as well, because it is ridiculous a company like this should even exist.
