I needed assistance a while back with purchasing some items. Dani helped me the first couple of times and Erin helped me thereafter. They are both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me find what I needed. When I had to exchange the first item due to a defect, they were helpful with that as well. Cannot recommend this store enough!! I came from out of town to try out some disability skiing and knew I would have difficulty with the altitude. They were able to rent me an oxygen concentrator last minute and saved my trip. I also had a bit of difficulty dropping the equipment back off due to my flight leaving on their off day but they went out of their way to work with me. Again, cannot recommend enough, whatever your equipment needs, this is the place to go!

Cant say enough of how helpful the staff is, I wish I could give them 100 Stars for rating that is how great this store is, they have great selection of products for those us that have additional mobility needs. They fixed a wheel I could not get fixed on my upright lift walker, staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the various products, if you have any medical supply needs I highly recommend you check their store out first.Jim

Wow. What an incredibly positive experience!THESE FOLKS COULS NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL!!! We needed help fixing our mom’s wheelchair brakes and replacing her armrests.First of all, Doreen took the time to go back and forth with me through email to figure out the perfect time the tech would be present at the store closest to our home.Secondly, the tech, Bill, quickly and eagerly fixed everything we needed to a “T”! With a smile! Awesome work.And lastly, Charles helped us choose some useful gadgets for our mother for her upcoming birthday. He was charming and so much fun!We will CERTAINLY be back when we need ANYTHING ELSE associated with our mom’s needs.THANK YOU, EVERYONE!

I bought a ultralight Glion Mobility Scooter from Jeff at Home Medical Store. I had considered buying it on Amazon, but had a lot of questions. Jeff answered all my questions, gave me time to ride around and test the scooter, and made sure I knew how to use it and transport it.On top of that by buying from Jeff I didnt have to assemble it, and the Home Medical Store will maintain the scooter for me!The Home Medical Store exceeded my expectations in every way.

Jeff is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He helped my dad choose a scooter, and took a lot of time with him to ensure my dad made the right choice. In his relationship with Windcrest, where my parents live, he works with the PT department, brings the equipment over to make sure the scooter will accommodate the user before charging for it, then, after all goes well, comes to the owners apartment and sets up the battery charger. Hes just a great guy to work with, and his kindness towards his buyers is exemplary.

This is the way we all want to be treated when we shop and rarely are. Jeff is just a very nice man. He knows the products and can give very good advice to be sure you get the best equipment for you. Jeff is helpful and knowledgeable. Im so glad I shopped here for my equipment.

My entire experience with The Home Medical Supply Store has started off amazing. I called and Jeff answered very professional. I am the Plant Director of Julia Temple Healthcare here in Englewood. I have a big storage full of Wheelchairs that need attention. My initial intention was to possibly pick up some parts to repair some equipment, Jeff offered to meet me here at my facility to inventory and catalog the parts that I will need to stock. I cant wait to actually start doing some real business with Jeff and the Home Medical Supply Store. I think this will be a long term business relationship. My grandmother has a lot of problems getting around her home due to age, arthritis and it being an old home setup for a middle-aged couple.. I visited Jeff at The Home Medical Store in November and over a couple weeks he helped us rearrange and furnish my grandmothers home with an easy-lift style chair along with a multitude of smaller items. We had no idea what to do and after talking with Jeff, he was able to customize a setup for my grandmother that has changed her day-to-day living conditions for the best!
