Scheduled an appointment window to have our sprinklers blown out. I took the afternoon off for the window I was told. The tech called my cell and I didnt answer it as it was in another room of the house. I saw the call a few minutes later and listened to the voicemail telling me that since I didnt answer my phone I had to call and reschedule. Tried calling the tech back and he didnt answer. I suggest finding a company that will actually KEEP the appointments they make.Summary - The appointments they make will be cancelled with the flimsiest of reasons.

These guys were awesome. Went in to buy parts for my sprinkler system, and they were incredibly friendly and informative. They answered all my amateur questions, I really appreciate the help!

I would not recommend. 2 different techs came out to try and get sprinklers working but never got to work. First guy charged us $700 for two replacements valves and then said he would have to come back out at later date to keep working on issues. 2nd tech was a bit more helpful in trying to access the issues and did mention that we should have never been charged that much but still couldnt figure out the issue as we just bought home and seems like system was piece mealed together and had number of wiring issues. Even called out supervisor while he was working and could not get it figure out and just advised would probably require a whole new wiring job and would need to put a proposal together but said would probably be well over 2K. That was June 25th and still never got a proposal. Not a very good way to do business.

8/18/21 - I need to change my review as since their manifold installation the last zone has the worst noise ever. I have tried to call Tyson multiple times without any response from him personally. He did send Logan to troubleshoot, who wasnt able to figure out what is going on and told me to run my sprinkler at 1 am .I work from home and the noise is so disruptive and extremely loud. Running the sprinkler at night would wake us up, so that is not really a solution.I would have thought they would stand by their work and assist in solving something that didnt exist before their tech swapped out the manifold and changed the sequence of our zones.We are going to have to contact another group to solve this because its not normal and is probably going to cause other issues down the road.Historically gave them a 5 but when issues were not resolved, changed to a 1 star. LIDC was great and had time in their busy Spring season to quickly fit in installing a new all inclusive manifold for us. We are looking forward to green green grass, if they dont limit our water this year. Thanks Jason!
