Our Rep Taylor Markowski is absolutely fantastic. He is truly working to earn our business. We have used other equipment rental companies for years but Taylor had shown us why United Rentals is the better option. We plan to continue to keep using United Rentals because of Taylor.

Justin was very helpful in arranging my order. Delivery driver was prompt and very nice. I wish I would have gotten a call when they were on their way to pick the item up. I needed to top the fuel off a couple of gallons. I had to run out to get more to fill it all the way :(

Delivery process was quick and simple. The representative was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The equipment is in good condition and functions as expected.
