The service and people at Hearing Life are exceptional. When I need to go in for adjustments, hearing tests or supplies, Jen and Andrea take care of all my needs in a friendly, informative and efficient manner. This past week when I went in for my annual hearing evaluation, I jokingly complained about the complications of wearing glasses, hearing aids and a mask all at once. Andrea immediately offered to give me (no charge) a mask extender that attaches to the mask at the back of the neck. It is a huge improvement. They are always making my hearing issues better, and I appreciate the professional and friendliness of this office. Thank you Andrea and Jen!

My Mom was not treated with respect by this location. The sales lady did not have my Moms best interest when she sold her a hearing aid she did not need and now my mom was to receive her refund in 30 days. Here it is 30 days and where is her refund. Do NOT use this location. Very unethical business practice goes on here!!!!
