My husband and I were denied a sandwich because they were closing soon. Ridiculous was my husbands first time coming here. We absolutely will not recommend or return!

Ordered (reserved online), went to pick it up an there was a line down the block. Once I got in line I was informed that the system was down and I could only pay by cash or check. I went to Whole Foods & bought a 3 bone prime rib for the same price.

Rude manager. I was wearing a mask but because it didn’t meet her standards she wanted to force another mask on me. When people decide to treat others as people and not the walking plague then we might have unity. I complied and was denied.

Fine dining indeed!The red carpet was rolled out for me today, was treated very well by Patti. She offered substitutions and options for my sandwich meal. Ordered the flagship ham + Swiss, with broccoli salad on the side.Clean restaurant, soda fountain, customer restrooms.

So we decided on ham for our 2020 Covid Thanksgiving. This shop knows how to season the ham just perfectly. We loved the smoked flavor inside and the crispy sweet crust on the outside. We will go here again!

I called to reserve a turkey breast for Thanksgiving and they told me they werent taking reservations, that its a standard stock item. Got here, Thanksgiving Eve, and theyre sold out if you dont have a reservation. What the hell. Now were having ham for Thanksgiving. Thanks for nothing, Honey Baked Ham.

Never order from here way in advance and expect the food to be there when you get there. They sell out and dont tell you until you show up. Way to go honey baked ham!! Customer service at its its best! Order from Tonys, at least they can follow through....

Pre-ordered. Had to wait 25 minutes while the non pre-order lines moved consistently through. Would have saved more time by not pre-ordering. Very disappointed in this process they have created.

Showed up today with my Easter Reservation and they are out of everything I reserved over a week ago.Thank you for ruining Easter Dinner Honey Baked Ham CompanyIf you knew your supply truck is not coming, you needed to send out emails to all the reservations so they can plan ahead.In stead you had people wait outside for 45 minutes only to let them in and tell them all your food is not here.

No Easter ham for you. Had a reservation, did not honor it. One of the trucks didnt deliver. So with a limited supply of ham, the Lady said the Highlands ranch store and others forwarded all their customers to this location to grab the limited amount of ham available that was supposed to be for Littleton-area reservations. Waste of time driving over here. Piss poor management of that situation. They could have denied reservations from other stores and taken care of the Littleton customers, and even send an email out to all people who had reservations, indicating this. Wont bother with them ever again.

Best place to grab a turkey or ham for Thanksgiving or Christmas

Patty and all the staff are great! Ive been a regular customer there for over 2 years, and its a fantastic experience every time I come through the door. What I really love is their sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients and a good value. I would definitely recommend

Friendly staff, great lunch menu, and of course a one stop shop for a holiday feast or regular family meal!Their lunch combos are my favorite, theyre so many options at decent prices considering the high quality of the food and they even have soups, salads and fresh brewed tea! Its a nice quiet place to sit down and eat lunch without breaking the bank and there is even a beautiful Lake behind the building! Cant go wrong!

On holidays I reserve everything I want. However, I got there today and they are out of the Mac n cheese. So disappointed. Its the only thing my kids asked for. I see no point in reserving. Food is all so good. This happened at the Littleton location.

The ham salad sandwich is super unique, never seen it in a retail environment until HBH. That being said, their toaster doesnt toast the sandwiches enough for my liking. They do offer a BOGO sandwich deal if you fill out the survey on the receipt, so great if youre trying to feed yourself and a coworker.

So I waited in line for over an hour and got there at 7am when they open. That seems like a very long time. And there was not enough room inside for everyone so that made the wait not fun at all.

I visited the location near Wadsworth and Quincy, unbelievably good customer service. The whole place is neat and clean and have great food! Sandwiches are anazing!

Sandwiches are great most of the time(80%), service is slow, they always ask you for a phone number for some reason, food here is a bit more expensive

Bob is who I spoke with and he is very professional. We order for work events where we have 75 guests and he just made the whole process so simple and knew every answer to all my questions and on top of it all....the food is to die for!

Food was great as always but service was not best,though she fixed it and apologized it was the other two employees that had attitude and made stupid comments. Asked if they had glaze for the ham, woman that was not waiting on me said, if you buy a ham its on it. I had bought a ham minutes ago. I went back in to fix mistake i noticed on bill.

Good sandwiches. Love the potato salad. Service can sometimes be a bit slow and inefficient but they are friendly.

For 10$ I got a so called half sandwich and soup..not worth it.Dont waste your $
