They have a bunch of guitar paraphernalia, some keyboard, brass, and clarinet stuff, but nothing for oboe.
If only 0 stars was an option. That is what this place deserves. Rented a sax for 3 years, it was stolen at 2 years. We had insurance on it so no big deal. This place did not tell us that they opened up a new account for the new sax which killed our 2 years with of credits.Today we called to see what we could use our credits on and they told us we could apply it a piano, great thats what we want. Get to the store and the children working that day says that is not true. From day one this place gives mixed messages. Dont waste your money here, everything is overpriced. Buy an instrument outright from somewhere reputable.Way to take advantage of parents who want to get their kids into music. Shame on you and your business of swindling people.
Music & Arts Littleton rocks!Very well thought selection of musical instruments and accessories here!Even better is their service. I came in needing something that was not in stock, instead of just saying no, Hope (associates name) took it upon herself to locate the item at another branch and had it sent to this store, I received a call a couple days later and went down to pick it up. It is nice to have great service like this whatever the size of the store. I will return to Music & Arts in Littleton the next time I need anything musical.
Not very willing to help me. Very disappointed in this store.
5 years of a rental at $28 a month, strangely I didnt have any credit with them? ( $700 in change? That I cant use? ) Would have been better off purchasing an instrument straight out, rather than renting never late on a payment, now they want to charge me a down payment $1,000 for an instrument thats about $1,000 ?Made phone calls to the manager and was in the store for about 45 minutes.... This is complete BS. Buyer beware.
They helped me figure out the best option for a rental for my daughter. She is very excited to get started, and we are so greatful with how helpful they were.
Great store and service.
I came in several times to ask questions and get ideas about guitar prices. Im not a musician myself but wanted to buy a new one for my husband who is. Every time I came in everyone was more than happy to answer my questions. Today I finally bought one of the guitars (A yamaha electric-acoustic) on a great sale after seeing it a higher price last week and my husband was overjoyed. Thank you to everyone at this location for being so willing to help me where i was obviously clueless and give my husband a great surprise!
I needed a string replacement and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I definitely could tell that the staff are trained to help assist in any instruments
My daughter needed to get her strings changed on her rental viola. We came in and even learned how to do it too! Awesome!
Jasmine was helpful and polite. Always mu choice location. lesson teachers and staff are phenominal.
I came here looking for a guitar and guitar lessons for my son. This was the fourth store I came to and besides being the cleanest and most organized, the staff there were also the cleanest and most helpful. The manager Rick answered all my questions and then some. I learned a lot about guitars in the half hour I talked with him and it was clear he knows a lot about them and music. My son has had a few lessons with Scott now and is thrilled to go each week. I almost didnt bother to check here after looking at the other three stores but I very happy I did.
Went here to buy a few things for my guitar. I checked online to see if a specific item were available in this particular store, and it said it was. I go there and there are only 2 other people in the store. I look around myself to find my particular item and I didnt see it. The store itself has a very small selection so it took maybe two minutes to check around. I didnt see what I needed, so I waited near the counter to be helped. I was in the store for at least 15 minutes, and during that time, no one acknowledge my presence or even made eye contact with me. I just needed to ask a question, but apparently they were just way too busy helping the other 2 people there in that 15 minute span to even look at me. I just left, but it seemed liked it didnt matter anyway. I definitely wont be returning here.
Good selection of music.
I love this store. If they dont have music I want, they try to get it for me.Keep up the good work.
We had trumpet lessons planned for over a month. We get a call TODAY that the instructor is not available any longer - same day as our first lesson. Ridiculous lack of communication and no advance notice - unorganized and disappointing. .......................And it just got even worse. We rented a trumpet here despite the first experience - it lasted for 6 weeks - so took it back and we were told that since we didnt buy the damage waiver, we would have to pay to have it fixed - the damage waiver clearly says its for loss or theft - we explained that we were given a defective instrument to begin with. It should last longer than 6 weeks when played 3 times a week. So we just left the trumpet at the store and they threatened to charge our credit card anyway. WOW! .....WORST experience ever - we do not recommend this place for lessons or rentals - worst customer service experience ever!
I play Euphonioum, so it is not surprising that they did not have a Intermediate model in stock. What was extremely disappointing was the fact that they promised me two discounts (when I original inquired about buying an instrument from them) and failed to follow through with either discount when I showed up later. This meant that they wanted me to pay 700 dollars more that the agreed upon price. I do not think they were purposeful misleading customers but clearly there is an issue with communication somewhere on the chain of command. They also have a very small supply of accessory items such as mouthpieces. Also, their website does not tell what a specific store actual has in its inventory.
As director of Resonations Studio (and member of Columbine Music Teachers Association), Music & Arts is my GO TO place for all print music, sound equipment, and accessories. If ever the print music (or level) I was searching for was not in stock, the staff called another branch or ordered it online for me. Preferring to buy new warranted sound equipment, I continue to consult their in-store/online inventory first for my studio. The Littleton, CO store manager--Erin Coggins--is a gem! Erin was instrumental in acquiring approval from Music & Arts corporate to provide keyboards and sound equipment for Christmas On the Keys live performance event Columbine Music Teachers Association and SW Plaza Mall jointly organized recently. Thanks to Erin Coggins and Music & Arts, SW Plaza Mall, and CMTA performers the event unfolded magnificently.Thank you!
Fantastic staff! Couldnt be happier with my new guitar!
Best sheet music collection in the Colorado second only to the Campus Music store up in Greeley. Love this place!
Its gone from good to not-so-good. The selection is small and the staff is non-interested.
Excellent customer service
Low guitar selection. Great for beginners, but not top choice for a seasoned player.
Amazing really helpful staff
Signs of poor management/corporate involvement. dont ever order anything from here. just use amazon or something, trust me..
I found all the things i needed there
Great selection of electric guitars and basses and accessories, and trumpets and saxophones and violins. Strings. I would not try to buy a French horn here. Lots of other good musical accessories. Friendly staff. Open until eight. No complaints.
