I went here for gift cards on recommendation from a friend who is a big bbq enthusiast. Man this is a bbq paradise. Every accessory you may need, pellets for your smoker.. Dont have a smoker? They have as selection from several companies as well. Not sure what to grill? They have as selection of great meats to toss on your bbq too. Attended the Brisket class at the Proud Souls Littleton location last night. Tony and Chris are great fun, really know their stuff and have lots and lots to share. The class is for everyone from the beginner to the experienced BBQ home cook. All that and enjoy a delicious brisket dinner!

Took the class as part of a company team building event and it was awesome! This place is the best! Went in there last week to look for a Traeger Grill for my husband for Fathers Day - found exactly what I was looking for! And the reason I found what I was looking for was because they have over 25 different grills assembled and on display! So easy to compare the 2 I had narrowed down and the guys there were so knowledgeable. They also took $100 off the price and included 3 rub flavors and 2 big bags of pellets! Best of all, theyre not only some of the nicest guys Ive met, but compete in grilling competitions around the nation so they definitely know what theyre talking about! After seeing my negative review, Tony (owner I think) researched who I was and reached out to me directly. He listened to my concerns and was very apologetic. Wow! Great place, great products, great people. Stopped by on Tuesday to see if they carried the Yoder YS640 smoker that I coveted, I was immediately greeted by friendly sales people, they answered all of the questions that I had, and within a 10 minute span I had a unit ordered and was told to pick it up on Friday. Friday arrived, they called me as soon as it came in. When I arrived at the Littleton store, I was greeted by Chris who had called me earlier, he took care of everything I needed and when I mentioned to him that it was my birthday he comped me $100 worth of accessories and pellets! If you like smokers and barbecues, this place is a “must visit”, they carry all the best pellet smokers. It will be a regular stop for all of my smoking and barbecue needs from now on.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful… but the owner totally is. Not only does he not have a lot of parking, but after circling the block a half dozen times, I finally found parking in one of his three spots. The whole process was exhausting, so we went to quench our thirst at Rocker Spirits prior to exploring Proud Soul’s selection. Within 2 mins of sitting down the owner walked across the street, sat down at our table, and aggressively asked us to move our cars. We apologized and explained the situation to him, and he caused such a scene that the staff at Rocker’s also commented on the lost business he just caused. Needless to say we won’t be going in to visit after that treatment; literally print out some “PARKING FOR IMMEDIATE CUSTOMERS ONLY” signs and save yourself the trouble and future customers. I know a local small business with lots of available parking that would be perfect for contracting out these types of signs.The owner’s review below makes it sound like we didn’t stand outside his store questioning if we could park there but we didn’t see any signs telling us we couldn’t, that he didn’t follow us immediately into Rocker’s and belittle us though we did nothing but sympathize and agree with him immediately that it was our bad, and that we followed him out to move our cars before we’d been inside for 2 mins.

If you need any type of BBQ supplies or have questions this is your stop. I have only been to the North Federal location but I can say its packed with plenty of good and the staff has the knowledge.Because I wanted to shop local and I was impressed with the shop I purchased a Yoder grill from here but I was also impressed by the stock of sauces, rubs, grills, meats and wood pellets, Wish you had a location further north but in the meantime I will make the trek down here because its worth it.

Overall this was a very well constructed and worthwhile class to attend. Instructors covered their subjects well and encouraged interaction with local and online class participants. Definitely a must attend if you want to improve in art of cooking Brisket.

Was looking at pulling the trigger on a new smoker and after extensive videos, versatility and my own bias, I settled on a Gateway Drum. Not wanting to be upsold for transportation costs and almost planning a two day trip to Missouri to pick one up direct, I did a search near me and found a dealer in Littleton,CO. The intent of the day was to see if any were in stock and if I paid could they hold until Friday when I was off to drive from Falcon, CO to pick it up. The first gentleman, Chris offered to have it brought down by Seth who resides closer to me. Seth coordinated with me and asked if I needed any other goodies. Met Seth and took delivery tonight! Had been playing with the idea of getting a smoker from a while back after hearing from friends and strangers about how much better the food was and all. Had heard of Proud Souls a couple times before and was notified they were opening a location closer to my neck of the woods, so decided to pay them a visit on opening day and see what it was all about. After walking in, I was immediately kindly greeted by one of the owners and he really took the time of answering all of my rookie questions in a very thorough but yet simple way, I never felt pressured or rushed at all. I felt very reassured after this Q&A and decided to walk out of there with a Traeger 575 pro. The box wouldnt fit in my car unfortunately, however they went out of their way to unpack it for me and help me load/secure it in the back seat of my car and they threw in 60lbs of pellets with the deal as well.Their service from the second I walked in during my first visit, to even the couple of times I have been back for supplies has been above and beyond, asking me how the grill is and that if I need help with anything else or had questions at all. Just a very down to earth and helpful group that truly love what they do and arent in it for just a sale and stop caring after you walk out with an item like many other businesses out there tend to do. They have my business for anything BBQ/Smoking related without a doubt moving forward and I recommend them 110% and welcome to the neighborhood!

More important, the guys there love their barbecue and have years of experience to share.I did a smoked brisket virtual class with them last night and learned a ton, despite having been smoking briskets for years.Their meats are all top notch. The Midland ribeyes there might be the best steaks Ive ever had.

This place is really cool. I actually found it on Google maps as I was searching to find a place that sold Napoleon brand grills. I went in and spoke with Seth who was very knowledgeable and helpful and a big time grilling enthusiast. Its nice to buy a grill from an expert. They have pretty much whatever youre going to need for grilling with gas or charcoal including the meat and the spices and the grills. And theyre retail space is pretty well done.

I would highly recommend Chris and Seth at Proud Souls BBQ as two people who will go the extra mile for their customers. Last summer I purchased the large Alfa gas pizza oven. It has totally blown me away and far exceeded my expectations. Chris really did a great job getting it delivered on time (even with covid limitations) to my backyard.I recently had an issue with my oven and called Chris. The same day he sent Seth to my house and the issue was resolved in a matter of moments. I’m thankful for this company and their ability to service these expensive ovens. These same team members gave me no friendly greeting, no how can we help you?: just a stern look as if I was inconveniencing them just by being in the store.I really dont care about your politics or views on the pandemic, but when you decide that youre above the law and throw caution for your clients out the window (especially those with immune deficiencies) - I really dont care to give you my money anymore.

Very upset with my experience, especially for the price I paid. The guys on the sales floor are nice, but the guy who came to my house was not friendly at all and told me I was on my own and didnt want to help me when I had issues hooking up the gas line even though I was told that it would come with everything I needed. There may have been some miscommunication from the sales guy, but thats not really within my control.Upon calling and complaining I was given basically the same answer, but as soon as I told them Id update my Google review with an honest review they sent the same guy back out to complete the job. He got the part I needed and installed it and said I was good. During my leak test I found that the part continued to leak no matter how much I tightened it and I had to replace it.While I totally get they dont want to touch things for liability reasons they should be more honest about the process and what to expect during checkout. Had I have known they werent going to help and Id have to hire another person to do the work because the grill doesnt come with all the parts I needed and after another visit things still wouldnt work properly, I would have chose another retailer or have just purchased it on Amazon where it was cheaper. I also found that many screws on the grill cabinet and doors were loose and reuiqred tightening. While the grill is fine, the process has been very difficult for me and made it so I couldnt use my grill upon delivery. If you are going propane or going here for any other reason I dont think youd have any issues at all. I found they gave super helpful and knowledgeable answers on the sales floor and they really seemed to love what they do. I still feel like I like the company as a whole and just had a bad interaction with an unhappy employee.I did give them 3 instead of 1 star because they price matched Amazon on the cover for the grill and the grill still works, granted Ive yet to get to cook on it. Totally not worth all the troubles Ive experienced though.

Just discovered Proud Souls Barbecue & Provisions as a newcomer to Denver. This place is amazing. First, we were looking to build an outdoor kitchen and they have everything -- bbqs, smokers, pizza ovens, and everything to go with bbq. Also saw that they offer bbq cooking classes and signed up and attended BBQ Basics last night. Ive been to a lot of cooking classes, but this has to be one of the best Ive ever attended! The three owners all taught different sections of how to bbq and use smokers. The result was the best BBQ Ive ever had - honestly -- and the guys (Tony, Dan, and Chris) are the nicest guys and PASSIONATE about BBQ! Highly recommend!

A buddy and I went to the backyard basics class and really got me excited about what Im going to try in my own backyard this spring and summer. They also do a great job of helping me figure out which products I should consider when throwing a rager bbq at my own place! Whether you are looking for a new grill, a quality BBQ smoker, sauces, rubs or high quality meats you cant beat Proud Souls. I first met Dan and Tony on the BBQ competition circuit and I wouldnt buy my products from anyone else. Top notch advice from top notch people.

So far I have gone to this location twice and have gotten great service on both occasions. There knowledge on the products they sell is awesome and there customer service was A1.

Awesome place full of everything youd ever need for BBQ. I bought rubs, gloves, rib racks, sauces, brushes, Im basically set for life haha. They did not have a piece of equipment I needed for the particular smoker I recently bought, but I may go back to ask if they are able to order the piece for me.

These guys know the definition of customer service. Had a problem with a Napoleon order that wasn’t their fault, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Huge props, definitely recommend Proud Souls!

Awesome location near Downtown Littleton. Love the new store location from the layout, products, service, to the cuts of Prime and Wagyu meats they have in their freezer section. It’s hard to find any place else that is a one stop shop for all your BBQ needs from spices, grills, pellets and wood to meats then these guys.

Bought a pellet grill off these guys a few years back at their Denver location so I was excited to see theyd opened a store in Littleton. I had some errands to run and made a point to pop into the new location to support a local business. Well if you want to feel unwelcome then by all means drop by their Littleton location. The guy behind the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted the silence of the empty store by walking in. I grabbed what I was there to get and asked about pricing on some pellets while checking out to try and ease whatever the heck was up with the guy but just received short answers. I dont usually leave reviews and I almost didnt but this bothered me... I was seriously excited to see these guys expand and in my neighborhood made it even better but after yesterdays visit I may just take my business elsewhere.
