I avoided buying a gift for the birthday. I liked the 2 oz bottles that come in a 6 pack, making every gift a great addition. I think to experiment with cooking the receiver would enjoy some non-traditional flavours. The staff were courteous and supportive.

I ordered some Balsamic Vinegar the other day. The large box was delivered to the alley in front of my garage door - probably due to the snow accumulation. My daughter did not see the box as she was pulling into the garage and ran over it. Now, his is the best part --- NONE of the bottles were broken. The box was damage A LOT and this just goes to show how well packaged each and every bottle was. Thank you very much for your great service.

Great quality premium oils at a price point that reflects their quality. Due to the pandemic you currently cant test anything before buying and they only allow you in the front door which is great to keep everyone as safe as possible. I would like to have seen the option for their staff to allow samples to customers as I personally have issues with just picking something without proper research or tasting (big reason I use Amazon for most everything I buy). While this might not be as big of a deal for some, I found it disappointing. Im sure this will change as the pandemic comes to an end at some point. This was the only negative thing I had to point out, but will not prevent me from returning as a customer post-pandemic.

Good set up for pick-up just inside the door. An email notification for when an order use ready would be helpful as it is difficult to call and have someone to answer the phone.

I really love this high quality olive oil. I also love their knowledge and love of the business! However, what I dont like is their punch card program. When you are a new customer, they EXCITEDLY hand you a rewards card that states, Buy 10 (12.7oz) Bottles of EVOO or Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Get One Free! So you naturally think, sweet deal? Right? Well, theres a catch. In smaller print on the reward card it says, free bottle of $20 or lesser value. Unfortunately, all of their olive oils are $22.95 or higher and they dont allow you to just pay the $2.95 difference. What they offer is one of their smaller bottles of balsamic vinegar, so really, its false because you dont get a free bottle of olive oil if you buy 10. You get a free bottle of vinegar. I just think its SUPER petty. Ive spent over $250 (some olive oils are $29.95 for a 12.7oz) filling my card and they want to argue over $2.95 that I was more than willing to pay if I could just get a bottle of olive oil with it! Ive discussed this issue with two different employees on separate occasions and they are very defensive and RUDE about it so my guess is that they deal with the upset every time a customer EXCITEDLY hands them their full punch card only to be told, Im sorry, but you dont actually get a free bottle of olive oil.

My best friend and I had a great experience. The gentlemen who helped us knew so much about pairing the different oils with the different balsamic’s, it made it very educational and fun to shop. Definitely going back.

Staff are always very knowledgeable and friendly, and their olive oil is high quality. Love that they have a punch card system as well since we shop here so often!!

This is the only place I buy my old and vinegars. Just bought a key lime balsamic that will make a delightful shrub this evening.

The staff was extremely helpful when I came in and had no clue where to start. The selection of olive oils and Balsamic Vinegars were great and the quality of each was even better. There was something there for every taste and I cant wait to use the couple of bottles I bought so I can go back and get another verity of olive oil to try!

Best EVOO and craft balsalmics anywhere! Mike the owner is a PhD and his knowledge of the industry and passion for making the very best EVOO is amazing. We only buy from here because if your oils are not fight, your food is not right.

Went to a private tasting event at this location and loved it. The olive oil and vinegar selections are unique, delicious, and fresh. Worth the time to stop in and taste.
