Wonderful shop, helpful and kind staff, affordable prices and quick sewing machine repairs. Love shopping the quilting cottons- Always $9.99 a yard (and sometimes on sale). My go-to shop for sewing machine maintenance and repair. I also love to go to the Thursday morning Sew and Tell. Its always fun to see what others are making and see the free demo. Today it was for a Glowstick quilted runner.They offer wonderful classes for continued learning for all ages.

Their customer service can’t be beat, and their employees as well as the owners become fast friends! They stand behind the products they sell, from sewing machines and vacuums down to the least expensive notions and attachments. This one-stop store has terrific classes that educate as well as challenge. They sponsor exciting special events that keep the information and products up-to-date. Definitely the BEST store of its kind in the Denver Metro area!

As a casual user of a sewing machine (sewer? sewist?) my machine was long overdue for service.Hoping I could find a shop near me (Sedalia), I read reviews on the closest fabric/quilting store in nearby Castle Rock. Unfortunately that place had a poor review, but the reviewer shared they were very pleased with the staff and service received at Above & Beyond Sewing and Vacuum.I TOTALLY AGREE!!Altho I had to drive a little farther, I am glad I did because the staff was friendly and NEVER once did they tried to sell me a new machine. They also gave me the option of purchasing a service option with either a 90 day ($129) or 12 month ($149) warranty on labor.Originally I thought Id go with the 90 day labor warranty but after learning my timing belt was stretched and it might not perform some of the fancier stitches as well as a new belt, I decided to spend a little more ($149) for a 12 month labor warranty should the belt require replacement (at my expense) during the next 12 months. Knowing the labor would not entail an additional charge was a wonderful selling point for me - especially since I may not work through all the stitches during the next 90 days.I plan to take better care of my machine and hope to encourage others to use Above & Beyond for their service needs.

I believe in supporting small business owners and recently bought a new vacuum here at their new Littleton facility. My experience was TOP NOTCH. I am very specific about my needs and they listened and showed me the perfect vacuum for my family to help reduce allergens etc. I absolutely love my vacuum. Today we accidentally ran over the cord and wires were exposed. They are replacing the cord and get this..they provided me a vacuum to use while mine is getting fixed. I am so impressed with Don and the very friendly staff there. Please go visit them for a new vacuum or if you sew.They live up to their name.. Above and Beyond

At the Littleton store i love, love, love the staff, classes and most of all, the way I am treated when I go there for fabric and the like or classes. They know me by name and treat me as if I am the only customer that goes to that store even when the store is packed with people needing assistance. Give them a try, I think you will love them too.

Their name says it all! I had a piece of my Brother serger go flying off when I tried to push it too far, and was sure it was going to be an expensive hassle to repair. Turns out the piece just needed to be popped back into place. They could have stopped there, or even told me it was going to be a pricey fix and I wouldnt have known better, but they didnt. The lady who I worked with then proceeded to make sure everything was tip top from the timing to the tension. I walked out of there only paying for the replacement needles and with a new go to for all my sewing machine/serger needs!! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!
