Received the worst costumer services today. Not only did I get yelled at and spoken down to when I called to get clarification on my order that status read delivered, the delivery person thought it was ok to let themselves in to garage of the person receiving my order and placing it in their fridge without their permission. I will definitely not support this location again.

Way overpriced and you get hardly anything and the fruit in mine looked old and not very appetizing. You could make chocolate covered strawberries yourself for so much less and they would look better too

UPDATE: *Still terrible, owners response is a joke, I called the 877 number in their response and it takes me to the Littleton store.. I do not want to talk to that store.*Terrible customer service, I ordered a strawberry platter for $69.99. First the delivery charge was 10.99, the next day it changed to 12.99 and when I ordered the platter on the telephone the delivery charge became 14.99. I asked them to add a balloon and they said there would be no charge. I was told my total cost would be $84.98. This was going to an assisted living community and they did not deliver the platter until after 5:00 p.m. on Mothers Day.I got my credit card statement and it showed they charged my card $90.98. When I called today, June 3rd, at 3:17 p.m. I was on hold 12 minutes and 15 seconds and no one ever picked up the phone.I will never use this store or EArrangementsagain. Buyer beware

What a disappointment. I spent $80 to get old mushy bananas, and salted caramel apple slices that the caramel was so rock hard I couldnt bite through the fruit or even break the caramel in half (they were literally inedible). I chose the CYO box (which is the more expensive option) so I could pick the white chocolate covered pineapple and they gave me milk chocolate. Cant believe this!They called me back to try to fix this situation and the lady argued with me and acted like I was making up the fact that they messed up my pineapple order. She basically accused me of lying. They tried to send me more bananas but I wont trust that ever again. They are delivering a new Box so will see what they put inside of that Box but I wont ever go through this location again. Honestly, i dont think i will ever go through Edible Arrangements again. These products are too expensive to be expected to put up with such poor results and customer service!

Received today. It was pretty, but as we were about to open it, there was a small 3in-ish piece of hair on the pineapple star. Yummy, especially in times of covid!

Ferra delivered the basket to my sweet friend who has special needs. We had to coordinate over the phone about 10 times! Ferra was willing to go twice to make sure my friend received her birthday gift. Thanks so much Ferra, for literally going the extra mile! :)

The owner, manager and crew at this location are top notch. Delivered on time, absolutely perfect and beautiful! My wife and her friends loved it. Great professional and personable service. Highly recommend.

Great store!A franchise business but actually family run buy a local Colorado family. The manager truly cares about the quality and presentation of her products as well as the look and cleanliness of her store. And will do her best to make sure that your happy with your arrangement. All the while with a cheerful smile. The fruit smoothies are amazing! And the arrangements though sometimes a little pricey will always be the center of attention at any party or gathering? You cant go wrong with this one! And who doesnt like yummy fruit in a beautiful flower like arrangement?!!

So I had a cute box of strawberries and dipping kit delivered for mothers day. I live out of state and really wanted to surprise my with a fancy gift. They wrote the wrong name on the box and then scribbled it out!!!! Kind of takes away from the presentation! Would it have killed you to get a new lid? I just dont understand how you guys thought that was acceptable.

I called in a hurry to get something sent to my wife to childrens hospital and Seth did an excellent excellent job making sure everything was spelled correctly and the my message was correct. He was very nice and very pleasant and you could tell he cares about what he does. Never met him before but I hope they give him a raise. Thanks again Seth!!!

Love the arrangements. The staff is great, and ready to help you with whatever your needs are. Prices are a little high for me, but its so goid, that is worth it.

I had messed up the message in a surprise arrangement to be sent & so I called the store who had it fixed immediately. The driver also gave me a call right before she had delivered to ensure everything was going to be received by a person & not left at the door. Nice work guys!

Purchased the red velvet strawberries for Valentines day and was disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture online! Was only half the strawberries (mostly lettuce)and the tip was only dipped. Definitely not worth $90!

I am giving this review a 5 star even before my pre-order is delivered tomorrow simply because of the personable and helpful service I got via telephone with your associate, Aaron.I am in NC and my son and his husband are in Littleton. I called almost at closing time but Aaron still gave me very helpful instruction on how to order and also chatted pleasantly and respectfully the whole time...when I know he surely wanted to go home.I have a feeling I wont be disappointed with delivery or product quality as Aaron made me feel that way.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought and paid over $85 for a same day delivery arrangement. I called the store as soon as I placed it and was told that the making of the bouquet would not take long but the delivery because they were sharing the driver with another store. They the arrangement would. Would be delivered between 2:00 PM MST - 5:00 PM MST. They called me at 12:51 PM letting me know the driver had arrived and was taking the deliveries out and that the order was en route. That was over 4 hours ago and the delivery has not been made. The store is now closed and so is the customer service number. I have been charged and yet have nothing to show for. This was a gift for someone who was extremely sick at home. I will be calling whoever I need to get a full refund and consider it obvious that you have lost a customer.

Had them deliver my girlfriend a thing of chocolate strawberrys just to surprise her. but however the driver delivered ones that said I am sorry your mom as passed away, completely ruining the surprise. I called up the store and all they told me was they were going back to give her the right ones. I am sorry I spent good money to surprise some one and it did the complete opposite, very disappointed. however the fruit came out amazing!

I was sent a beautiful delivery on December 21st from my son that I had given up for adoption when I was 16. We have not met yet but are just getting reconnected. I called the store and asked for the manager to see about storing the arrangement until Christmas and she said it would not last that long. She told me how to break it down to save part of it until Christmas when my whole family would be at my house. I thanked her and told a little of my story and that this was my 1st Christmas present from my son who is now 57. She paused, then said if I would bring it back to her, she would make me a new one to pick up on Christmas eve. Thank you Tia. You restore my belief in the good people in this world. I was out of country so decided to order Edible Arrangements instead of flowers this time. It was to be a surprise. They delivered 5 hours late, called to tell my wife they were coming, so no surprise. I was charged 13.99 for delivery instead of my wife picking up arrangement. They are only 3 minutes from our home. But I wanted it to be a surprise. Upon arriving home, I called the location to complain. The manager could have cared less. All she did was argue with me, would not refund the $13.99 and basically told me I was wrong. Horrible experience. The fruit and display was good, the service horrible, along with customer service. They not only lost my business, but dozens of future orders. Back to flowers, they know how to handle customers.

Horrible customer service!! I called 2/13/19 inquiring of I could walk in and grab an arrangement on 14th and informed NO PROBLEM. I JUST SHOWED UP AT 3PM AND MET BY A PUNK KID WITH THE GUAGES IN HIS EARS. He informed me they ran out of fruit! I asked if they always mis manage on high volume days, and he proceeded to put the blame on me for coming in at this time. But I reminded him I called yesterday and told to just walk in. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered the Large Today We Celebrate You fruit arrangement with the extra chocolate covered strawberries and pineapples to be picked up at 4 pm. When I got there to pick up the order I was already running 25 minutes late and when I walked in no one was at the front desk to greet me then after waiting 10 minutes the woman working asked if I was the pick and then went on to tell me that it was not ready and she needed 25 more minutes. When I told her a phone call would have been nice she just stared at me. Once I finally got to my party and unwrapped the fruit arrangement it looked horrible and rushed and tasted even worse than it looked. All of the chocolate dipped fruit look like a child did them and put it together than to top it off the fruit was overripe and tasted gross. When I finally was able to talk to a manager about this she made it seem like it was my problem and did nothing to correct the experience. When you pay over $130 for fruit I think it should be a close to perfect product. I dont think I will never be going back to edible arrangements and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
