I have been working in Denver for about 3 weeks now. The staff is amazing!!! I have noticed that they know a lot of their customers by name including myself. They also make you feel very comfortable once you step through the door. I have to visit a lot of Pioneer Landscape Centers in multiple states throughout the year because of my job. I can say without a doubt this is the best location in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD. Amanda, Jessica, and Dan are the best!!! Thank you for making my experiences at your location a memorable one.

Hell yeah to the truck driver on C470 today. He did a fantastic job avoiding the family of ducks making their way across the highway. So did everyone else. Last thing I wanted to see on a Monday morning was duck carnage. And Thanks J.D. for directing my call the the proper people.

I cant say enough good things about Jessica. After stressing out all morning trying to find a wall block that nobody has in stock and nobody wanted to help le located, Jessica went abobe and beyond locating and getting th block ordered and ready for pick up. Its been along time since receiving service like that. Very knowledgable, asked all the right questions immediately gave me pricing . figured sq footage . process was complete start to finish with 30 min including habing to call the manufacture

Easy to work with, staff is friendly and they were able to deliver gravel the next day. They are similarly priced to everyone else in town, but WAY more professional than any of the others I called and I called every single place in the metro area. Id totally do business with these guys again, Id recommend them and as I have a need for more landscaping items I will certainly be coming here without checking anywhere else first. Very happy with my experience, hope you like them too!

Were working on a diy project and pioneer landscape was absolutely amazing in answering our questions and guiding us through the process of selecting the right material for our project. Brian even went out of his way to not just consult but also help us load the pickup truck with rocks and making sure all our questions were answered. Came to get some mason sand and Colorado red stone for a patio. Went to weight in, waited five minutes before getting the green light to go. Got my sand 30 scoops. got back on the scale waited another 5 minutes before the green light appears to get off the scale. After getting my stones and sand went to pay at the office. They say we didn’t weight you so they change me for half ton. Are you kidding me for 30 scoops a load that can’t weight more then 400 pounds. They didn’t even bother to check my load after I told them I got 6 stones. For my little truck 1000 pounds of sand would make the bed go way low. What the girls in the office need to do is less socializing with each other and pay more attention who on the scale. When I went to pay that all there were doing talking among each other only to tell me they didn’t weight me. When I spent 5 minutes each time on that scale.

This place is great, best helpful staff. There is an artist available, who often works on-site, that cuts, drills and sculpts stone in any way you want for a cost.

Found what we needed here. they had the right selection and the price was reasonable we were able to handpick what we wanted loaded in our car. Looks great in our landscaping at home.

Came in to buy put my credit card on the counter then they tell me they can’t deliver unless I buy so much, but they didn’t tell me that when I was on the phone trying to order. then I drove an half an hour to get here now all of a sudden they can’t deliver it unless I buy 2 tons customer service here sucks Guy at the counter has a personality of a wet towel.

We had a wonderful experience at Pioneer yesterday! Leah (the sales expert at the front desk) made what we thought would be a difficult effort, as easy as a pie! She is so organized and has the system down. She made the calculations seem so simple. No question stumped her. Her suggestions were spot on. Her multitasking skills were on full display and she took care of everything without breaking as much as a bead of sweat! Im happy to say that as long as shes there, no paving, gravel, or landscaping project will ever be too much for me to handle! Awesome job Leah!

This facility has some of the best customer service Ive ever gotten from a stoneyard. Leah was very helpful! Bought all of my materials from this facility and will continue to do so. This place is worth the drive

Ive been doing business with Pioneer for going on 3 years the service has always been amazing Leanne Leah Gail and expresly Kim Kim goes above and beyond each and everyday to take your experience from good to great and then even goes outside of her normal job to make sure that everything is on point and On time IF you dealing with another landscape center youre in the wrong place Pioneer is the place to be.

I have been into this facility several times, I have to say this one of the worst experiences I have ever had.My material was supposed to be delivered today April 22- 2019 I had ordered this 2 weeks ago to get this date!There are 4 people working there in the office, 1 who is the manager Gayle, 1 other person is one of the two that knows how to give pricing, the other two are in training.The first day I went in to get help they couldnt help me with pricing because the two people who new the pricing were on lunch and the they didnt want to be disturbed.If you need land scape product go some where else and save your self a head ache!!!Very True.If those 2 people worked for me they would be terminated.Signed Denver Business Owner

Pioneer Sand had a lot of patience with us and their customer service was amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a project big or small.

Bought some of the flat rock today. Guy at the scale said I couldnt pick it from the tub out front, I had to drive around to the back and get it there. Pity. The stuff out front was way prettier.

Came for sand. Was not disappointed. They have sand.
