I worked for this location for eight years. I went in Friday night just to browse around. Normally at this time of year, the store is getting holiday fabrics in 400 bolts at a time. I know COVID has impacted deliveries.The store wasnt busy really. I was looking at batiks, Christmas cottons and Harvest. There are some pretty Harvest fabrics but I opted not to buy. I went to look at Platittudes and for the winter Ember collection.The fabrics definitely need recovered and married down. I was looking for quilting clips and even with a coupon 27.99 for a bag of clips seems expensive. I chose not to buy anything. I browsed some patterns but didnt find any McCalls that I wanted. It is really okay because I need to sew my stash!

Friendly staff who are happy to help. Large parking. Stock of seasonal things like holiday themed items can be very low or nonexistent at times but otherwise a great location for craft projects.

I was able to use fabrics from this store to build a golf impact projector screen. I saved 600$!

My first visit was great I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Great for decorating ideas and incredible sales.

Did an online order thinking itd save me time. I get to the store look around a bit. Find some things I forgot to order and walk upto the clerk. I ask about my online order. The clerk continues checking me out and after I pay I ask about my online order again and Im told, Oh yeah, it wont be ready for pickup until tomorrow. We have to close. They have over an hour before they close. Good customer service would of been, okay let me see if I could get someone to fill the order. Had someone ask me for help in the fabric department I might be going home and starting my project tonight. But, now I have to wait til tomorrow. Smh what would of been the difference if I bought all the stuff I ordered online in the store...? Someone would be required to do their job!?!

This is one store that actually improved after the Pandemic shut down. The store is much more organized now, there are a lot of sales reps to help select and cut fabrics. Overall, the store has a happier atmosphere. The store is much cleaner now. I am very happy about it as this was not the case last year. Go in, you will be pleased that you did.

I was ready to buy several items but had a few questions. I searched the whole store and found only one associate behind the register, and she was busy. I left without buying anything, and Joanns lost a nice sale.

A place and goods are wonderful. But they have Racest Employe over there her name is Aundera every time we come to that place she mistreated us. She is rude I dont know what is her motive she makes us uncomfortable

Better selection than any other fabric stores in the area, even though most are kinda childish-looking. First time here and had to wait in line for two people to cut a million things. Then found out the one bolt I selected didnt have the length I needed on it. One lady with a million things reluctantly let me go before her, and as there was only one person cutting fabric I got stressed out and left. After trying several other stores, I determined this was the only one with anything close to what I needed and came back to find double the people in line, however there were two people cutting fabric this time. Finally got my expensive fabric cut (end of bolt discount though, which was aight) and had to wait in line for twelve more years to check out. Probably because employees were following the rigid disinfectant standards thoroughly. But they at least had a big enough bag for the fabric roll which was cool b/c it was snowing.

I have going to this store for 5 hrs. NEVER have I gone to this store and not had to wait inline. Also the sales help are horrible. They don’t where things are (probably because they don’t know about products). Staff don’t even seem to notice when there is a line of 5, 6, 10 customers to check out. I have never seen more than 2 cash registers open. Today the scanner wasn’t working (or the clerk didn’t know how to use it) so the clerk had to key in each item. 7 people were behind me. Make sure you aren’t in a hurry when you come go this store.

I love this Joanns! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Of the many times I’ve gone there I’ve never had an employee walk by and not say hello and ask to help me find something. They are doing a great job at keeping things well sanitized, by wiping counters down after each customer, having 6 foot social distance floor markings and etc., and it seems that they have hired more people to keep up with customer demand which is great. The last thing I’ll say is that they are kicking butt when it comes to fulfilling orders bought online with “free in store pick up”. Every order I’ve placed for pick up has been ready within 30 minutes. Thank you to the ladies at Joanns. Ya’ll rock!

I went there to get some dipping ink for calligraphy I said they had it online they didnt even have a spot for the one I was looking for. Did have some other good deals but left very disappointed for what I was looking for.

The website wasnt letting me place an order for pick-up so I called the store. Teagan quickly found all of the items, rang them up, and even honored my online coupon. Not only that, but when I forgot something and called back she fixed it right away. AMAZING! During a pandemic it is wonderful to know that Teagan is making sure we can as least craft since we are stuck at home anyway. Thanks! YOU ROCK!

Jo-Ann in Littleton is a friendly place to come! Fair warning, the free WiFi is very difficult to connect to. They require an email (for solicitations) and then additional confirming agreement following your previous agreement. I was counting on using the WiFi for research while in the store and ended up going to Michaels for most of my supplies needed. It was an expensive project so I wanted to make sure everything was right. The prices and quality of the products were not as good as at competitive stores. But the employees are very friendly!

Im not much for appearances, I dress how I want to and sometimes, people only see what their fears tell them to see. Im not often pinned as a crafty person and because of that, Ive grown used to being followed around stores like Im up to no good, assumed that because I dont look like I belong, I must have bad intentions. Ive never once been followed around this store. Its located in my old neighborhood and some of the employees have been there long enough that I trust in their decisions when hiring new people. Sufficed to say, this store in particular is among the few remaining non-superstores in the area where everyone seems to be a specialist in crafting in some way. Its not easy finding an employee when I need help, but I can deal with scaring them away if it means Im not assumed a petty thief.

I went into this Joannes location looking for microfiber fabric. I had read online Joann sells this material. After walking into the store and being there for maybe 15 minutes I started looking in the fabric section. I must have made eye contact with 3 or 4 of the sales people there. Not one asked if I needed any help or if they could help me find anything. So I finally got to the cashier and asked her if they sell micro fiber material. She kindly said she didnt know and she would get on the radio & ask. Suddenly I hear a nope barked from the cashier behind me. I turn around and she made no eye contact and when I said thank you I didnt even get a response. I have never received this kind of service from Joanns before. I just know o wont be going back to this location!

Thoroughly disappointed. They make you stand in line outside, like youre waiting for bread in Soviet Russia. No personnel inside the store to ask questions. Looked around for what I needed and left without finding it. I wont be back

This is such a great store with helpful and friendly staff. As a seamstress, I am in the store quite regularly. They have a good stock and selection of items and absolutely fantastic sales! I help with a non profit, and the store is wonderful to work with for tax exempt purchases and making our fundraising dollars stretch further. This location does get busy at the cut counter and check-out during sales but always keeps things moving as quickly as possible. I continue to shop at this location and highly recommend it to others as well.

They just will tell you the aisle something is in instead of taking you to the item type of folks overall.Today, I had a very different experience that left me in tears trying to purchase my fabric and get out as quick as possible.I am hearing impaired. And that means that, in the world of Covid, sometimes I have a hard time with things. Sometimes no one would know. And sometimes it is very apparent just depending on the person talking and many other factors. I do feel very unconfident in public right now with communication, but I am trying.Today I tried. I went to the counter and set down the fabric. I needed quite a bit. Much more than I had purchased before. I debated for a moment and asked if I could have “8.”“8 what” the lady responded rudely and curtIt took me a moment to figure out what she said so I cautiously and questioningly responded “yards.”Unknown to me because I hardly purchase in larger amounts was that typically a bolt only comes with 8 yards.She informed me of this with an attitude comparable to my third grade students when I tell them it is it time to line up. It was know-it-all-like. And she certainly knew more than me, but I don’t think we need to communicate with pomp.I was leaning in to understand things. A habit and something I’m working on as a hearing impaired individual in a world that needs to keep distant. This is my fault completely, but rudeness is not needed. There was the table and space behind the table still between us. She said very rudely“I need you to back up.”I didn’t understand.“What”“MOVE BACK NOW. The trash can is over there for your ticket”I got the move back (though I didn’t understand the aggression) but not the rest until moments after I had asked “what” yet another time.She was annoyed.I get it. It’s annoying when you think people are being rude and not listening to you.I just asked for the rest of the bolt.She measured. Her attitude was pompous and with a turned-up nose. She treated me like I was an imbecile.I informed her that I’m hearing impaired. “Okay” she responded. I was trying to explain but at this point I was too embarrassed and annoyed with myself and my inability to communicate like everyone else. And I don’t think she thought much better of me based on her attitude.The rest of the conversation about amount and this and that was a blur. I nodded and agreed and I think she said I got part of a yard free. At this point I wanted to run and hide.I took my fabric and left as quickly as I could.This location is convenient for me, but I hated how stupid I was treated.I’m unsure if I will come back here. I think it was a one off experience, but it was unkind, apathetic, unneeded, and unprofessional.I’ll work on my flaws that led to this, but I believe some empathy and understanding that people are all different and work and function differently and that is okay may be needed for a few folks here.

This store is always better stocked and cleaner than the Colfax location. Better staff at this location as well. They have a huge fabric selection, including Ninja Turtle print.

They had what I was looking for and much more. Employees were helpful. I look forward to attending a crafting class.My only issue is that prices were a tad steep an products I could probably have shipped directly at my door for less.

Got coupons in the mail. Went to the store to cash in on them. Bought a bunch of fabric for a project; lady doing the cutting was very helpful and friendly. Went to the counter to pay and was told the coupons arent actually good for anther week. Did that stop this employee from applying those coupons? Nope! I was very grateful! And the employee gave the coupons back to me so I could use them again for when the sale actually started. Hot diggity! 20 out of 10! Will go again! Better than hobby lobby!

Great coupons but watch out for the details in order to maximize your savings. Also love their pickup for online orders. Makes it simple and quick.

They tend to give whatever discounts are being offered that day even if you do not have the coupon. I have had saff hold items for me and theyre always so sweet while doing so. My experience here was one of the worst I’ve had at any retail store because the staff was exceptionally rude to every customer I saw— including my mother who is an extremely nice person who asked if something was on sale and was ripped a new one by Nikki. I would not recommend this location of Joanns to ANYONE. I think Joanns is the best craft store for knitting and quilting so it’s disappointing that I had such a horrible experience and I hope they take my evaluation of this store seriously because it was an unacceptable experience. I’d be happy to go into the details with anyone considering going here and suggest you go to the Highlands Ranch Or any other location instead

I came in looking for yarn and some knitting needles. I found a great selection of yarn. The employees were very nice and very helpful

The store was mostly organized and clean. They have plenty of variety in craft items and current Christmas seasonal items. However, the cashier struggled with a transaction for 10 minutes while the line went from just myself to 12 people and waited until she had finished to call for help. She then was complaining about working. Unfortunately, she made a bad impression on me regarding their customer service. Hopefully, next time the experience will be with employees will be better.

Their website and door say they are open until 9... I walked up at 7:58 and they were not allowing anyone in because they were closing at 8.....

My go to for anything sewing. They have a huge selection of fleece, quilting supplies, and decor fabrics. Upholstery and crafting supplies are abundant. Frequent coupons by email round out the deal. One caveat: very little for my industrial sewing machine - bobbins and thread.

Love the store, the selection is pretty comprehensive, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices and very compatible with the online retailers and if you have a coupon you can really stretch your dime. They lost one star because they always seem to be under staffed.

Always the go to for fabric glue! Also picked up some patches and materials. They have fun staff that always know how to help or what you will need for your craft project. I love the fabric selection!

I loved the products and the prices where reasonable. I gave them a low rating because one of the employees asked if my 5 year old son was retarded. My son is not a special needs child but even if he was I feel it is not publicly appropriate to question customers shopping your store about the mental capacity of their children.

They have a lot of material that my wife used for Halloween costumes and they have many deals and sales.

Will only go back there if I have to. Obviously, the women working in the cutting dept. are not trained in customer relation. Rude is the word to describe them. The older woman there talks like a smart aleck. Not pleasant.

They need more help. Standing in line to have fabric cut when there was only 1 person at the cutting table with several customers waiting & then having to wait in a much longer line to check out? I hesitate to go back! There were lots of people on the floor putting items away but I think customers are way more important because without us, you are not needed. I worked at a fabric store & we had to stop to help customers then go back to putting items away. I had to ask the lady at the cutting table to please call someone to help. She did but the person who came to help was not happy about it. No smile, no telling the prices of each bolt & seems she would have rather not been there. To top it all off, the fabric I was buying was crooked & she spent so much time cutting off about 4 to even it up, throwing the excess away! Seriously?

I am new to this area and I have heard from other people that this is a store to try and avoid however, I am one to try things for myself. I went in today and was in need of some fabrics. When asked where I can find items the staff would send me to an area where what I was looking for could not be found so I went back for some help and the employee told me she would meet me in the aisle and she never did and so I went to go ask for help for a 3rd time and the girl flat out told me that she forgot about me and said she was tired because she had been there since 6am . We finally found the item I was looking for and the employee just kept talking about how sick she was feeling to her co-worker so the other employee told her to go home. The new person who was helping me had me wait and while doing so she had me help her roll fabric onto a roll.I also watched another staff member tell a customer to please watch out because she was in her way.....Professionalism is something this store does not know a single thing about.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Terrible customer service while doing a return. The employee Teresa was so rude and has made it so I will not shop at Joanns ever again. It is a shame that employees are allowed to have the kind of attitude towards customers as Teresa has.

I always enjoy shopping at Jo-Anns. The staff is helpful and pleasant. I use thecoupons I receive and get great savings. Theres always someone to help direct me to the area when I cant find something and help with my beginning sewer, sewing questions.

I am a sewer and Crafter, so Im always going to Jo-Ann Fabrics. I love how I can find their coupons online and in the mail. I took off a star because the store is very packed, they have everything you need but theres little space to move around. Also a lot of the employees are not too knowledgeable about sewing.

The store always has good sales going on and it is never too crowded.

Best fabric store huge selection of things. Little over priced on products but lots of great coupons on app and website. They have sales all the time so if you want some thing that is full price either wait a week or two or look at the coupons.

I really had no idea what i was looking at when i walked into the store. I felt terribly out of place but 2 different staffers pointed me in the right direction and even offered some tips for the project I was working on. I cant speak to the prices at this store as I am a complete novice but I got what I needed quickly and with a smile.

I was looking for a cotton blend. They do not carry any blends, only (many hundreds of colors and prints) 100% cottons for quilting, plus of course, a lot of specialty fabrics. Cotton/poly blend should be common. I found some elsewhere at Hobby Lobby. Joann was very busy and not enough employees to help or check out. Frustrating, but unfortunately there are not many fabric stores close by.

You can find all craft, sewing, upholstry fabric. Lots of kid crafts and seasonal items. Sometimes the store is extremely crowded. Lots of coupons, they are always helpful.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences here. I ask a lot of questions about various topics and get opinions on what they think would work best for what I’m working on, the employees have been nothing but helpful to me. (I’m a frequent shopper)Katie was a rockstar today. It’s the holiday season so it’s crazy busy as expected - there was Katie working two registers at once to get people out as quick as she could. She was getting two people out quicker than others were helping one.I’d give 5 stars, but as a frequent shopper I find myself waiting a long time to check out a majority of the time. I wish the wait was fixed!

Good selection of stuff, but the manager is very rude. I needed a paint sharpie for a project, and it was locked up in a glass case. Went to ask for help, and she said it’s because they need to ID for it. I was ready to show my ID, and made a comment on how I thought it was kind of funny that they would need to ID for a paint pen. I wasn’t even being rude or complaining, it was really just a comment on my thoughts. I didn’t even say it in a rude tone. Then she didn’t even let me buy the paint pen, and she stormed off.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. The staff cannot measure fabric, leaving me over 1 yard short of what I asked for and then charging me for morefabric than what I received. The staff is also extremely rude and unhelpful and could frankly care less about their errors. I WOULD NOT recommend going to this store for anything. Save your time and money.

I like JoAnn better than other fabric/craft stores Ive been to. It took a while to get the help needed at the fabric cutting station, but once they came it went very quick and they even helped us get a cheaper fabric that was basically the same.

They are always helpful and have all of my sewing and crafting needs

Just left Joanns after standing in line at the fabric counter while one of the cutters walked away from the counter and started to organize the bins. There were 2 of us in line. The other cutter walked over and tactfully suggested that cutter #1 serve some customers. She was ignored. Dreadful service in that store! I left.

I love this place. Coupons available online all the time pretty much. Great selection for anything crafty. I prefer jo-ann out of the 3 craft stores in the area. Their prices are better prices than Michaels. And they have a Huge selection of yarn here which randomly goes on sale often.
