Great place for hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers. I got lost and needed assistance from the friendly sales person. Found what I needed and brought home an awesome scented candle for my living room. I will return soon for further exploration.

I love the store especially when the sales are going on but the lady that holds the key to the cages with the spray paint was beyond rude. The lady needs to be placed in a different environment because customer service was not her thing. She was extremely irritated when I asked for her assistance in getting the paint out of the cage and to buy an air compressor. The air compressor was a big purchase at that store and because I interrupted what she was doing she was completely passive aggressive and almost make me not want to go to that place ever again. On Wadsworth location anyways so good luck hobby lobby

This store is always clean and well organized. It is tough to find help if you need it, but the store is so big they get a pass on this one. The staff is friendly and helpful when you interact with them. Always good sales and well stocked.

I love Hobby Lobby. However, I have started shopping at Michaels because they do coupons and HL quit. so I only go to HL once in awhile and only buy what on sale. I used to go every week to HL and bought all my supplies there.

Nice sale. Good selection for price most of the time.

They had a sick employee working the registure, no mask, no regard to sanitation. She kept wiping her nose than touching everything I was purchasing, even after sanitizing everything getting home, I am still sick.

I am happy to take my paintings and posters to the frame shop at HL. Preservation glazing is always expensive, but it is less expensive here. The work is always perfect. I follow the sales online and am sure to save money. Just cruising the store gives you ideas (insert husband eyeroll here). Thanks HobLob.

The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They immediately were able to help me find what I needed and recommended some other accessories to go with it. Love having good customer service like this. Ill be back soon!

Love this store and swear Ive never paid full price for anything. 🤔Not loving the staff they never seem to have a good idea about what items they have. I asked if they had planters and the woman said no because they were seasonal. About half an hour into my trip I found a bunch of planters! Probably has something to do with their outdated systems.

All this for 210$. Have been searching at Homegoods, walmart, target and amazon for the same items where we wouldve been able to get 2 or 3 item for $200 not over 10 items. Almost everything was 40 to 50 percent off.

Out of all the craft stores hobby lobby has the most ready-made for the home decor. Their Christmas selection unfortunately this year seemed to be only two aisles which is a huge difference from before covid. However, I spent two hours walking through their store trying to find a gift for someone who is a crafty person and I walked away with one $15 Wilson cookie decorating kit. Whether thats my lack of seeing what was there or their lack of having interesting things rather than just basic supplies we will never know.

Hobby Lobby is the best place to find any and all craft supplies and projects and home decor.

I was going to purchase from another chain fabric store with excellent selections but knew it usually took too long a wait to have fabric cut. With Covid, I prefer to get in and out quickly. Hobby Lobby had what I needed and quickly cut my fabric. A quick trip. Sure wish they had curbside pickup.

Staff always ready to help and very pleasant.

One particular manager is very rude. And completely unpleasant. Followed me around the entire store. When I asked her if there was a problem she said very rudly Idk. Makes me think twice about spending over $100 there again. I was very uncomfortable shopping there. She was welcome to talk to me and check me however I gave her NO reason to think I had done anything wrong. VERY 😡UPSET

I brought yarn for a blanket took longer than I thought but with working full time never noticed a sign u only have 90- days for returns. Took back extra was told they couldnt return it with receipt. Finally got return and store credit

Better sewing selection at Wal-Mart.

Love their selection of artifical flowers. Little pricey but catch their sale. Enjoy browsing this place and different themed sections. Fairly good selection for fabric and no standung in line to get it cut like another craft and fabric store which will go unnamed.

This hobby lobby is like any other Ive been to. Its clean and the staff are always nice. I had no problems finding things. Its enjoyable to just walk around and look at possible next projects or get a nice decoration.

Probably one of the biggest Hobby Lobbys I have even been in. They were taking every precaution during this COVID-19 time of crisis. They have one-way aisles and designated spots on the floor for people to queue. It is very nice to have this so close to home. Definitely will be back.

Fabric choices are dwindling. They are not replacing empty bolts. Other locations have a far better selection esp in childrens prints. Too bad.

No one greeted me when I entered the store. And while the store was clean, I felt like a ghost. I finally found a person who worked there and did not flee from me so that I could ask where to locate my item. She pointed and said two rows down and to your left. She didnt even look at me. Got my item checked out and will never go back. Ill stick with Michaels, they are nice and friendly.

Spent two hours here recently with my 2 adult daughters - we were buying Christmas decorations. Had a blast! Could hardly decide - too many great things!

They have a lot of cool decorations and such but it is so incredibly confusing to get around the store or try to find anything specific. Oh but they always have discounts on literally everything.

I love Hobbies. I wish there was a way to improve their employees. Ive been dealing with years of condescending attitudes there. One store, lady stalked me through the store like I was going to steal something. Second store, asked for crimpers for wires to hang pictures. Lady I asked was very pleasant. Guy she asked said, we dont crimp here, we twist! She may be able to find crimpers in the jewelry section, but please, we dont crimp here! You need to train manners, not condescending

I used to love going to the store but after being discriminated by the manager Robin my boyfriend and I will not be coming back to the store. Just because were young does not mean for anyone to follow someone around and profiling them.
