Was looking for a formal dress for a wedding. Such a cute store, but was disappointed in service. Wasnt greeted upon entry. Tried to talk to employee and ask a question multiple times but was blown off for the one other customer in the store. Decided to take service elsewhere.

Such a cute boutique. First time I checked out this shop was about 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices considering the super stylish clothes and quality material. It reminded me a little of Intermix in Georgetown, DC. They have really pretty and feminine sweaters that I love. I will definitely come back.

I almost never write reviews for places where I didn’t buy anything, but Rooted deserves some credit. The woman helping people in the store was exceptionally kind and even checked sizes on a manikin to see if there was a size that we were looking for. It is clear they want you to feel cared for yet not pressured at this store, and they had such great dresses, tops, and sweaters!
