I purchased a pre-paid 2 pack of the CO conventional oil change. Once you purchase you need to use within 1 year. I dont drive a ton so I only got the 2 pack but you can save more if you need 3. I arrived at Jiffy Lube with no appointment (as it is first come first serve) around 1pm on Sunday. Someone came over to my car in about 5 minutes. They handled the oil change while I watched football in their waiting room. I was on my way within about 30 minutes of when I arrived. It was quick and easy and the technician showed me exactly all that he checked and how he filled the oil before I left. Ill be back.

We had our brake lines/fluid flushed. The service at this location was excellent and was priced right (much less than the other shops we checked- Meineke, Firestone, and the local Dodge dealership, which you should avoid at all costs- Brandon Dodge on Broadway, who tried to sell us all kinds of things we didn’t need AND damaged our hood and wouldn’t take responsibility, but that’s a different review!) the staff at Jiffy was considerate, kind, professional and thorough. If we were in the Denver area again we would definitely use them!

This is my 2nd time getting my oil changed at this location. The first time not that great about a year or so ago... I wasnt gonna return...but...my intuition said...give em another try cause they are so close by!....and the price is good!This visit exceeded my expectations!!!With HALLIE(newly appointed manager) and her impressive team(Arden and Ryan)the place was clean and organized...the Windows were shiny...they completed my service with great efficiency...and we did a quick under the hood check and all systems were go!!!!Fantastic job team!Thanks!!!

All of the employees were very nice and informative. The women were especially helpful and knowledgeable, asking me questions to understand what I needed and told me all the pricing beforehand so there were no surprises. They were not busy this morning or afternoon when I picked up my car, I would definitely recommend them.

The facility was very busy and I needed and oil change before a long weekend road trip, pulling a travel trailer. The staff here were great. They let me drop off my car while I went to run some other errands. They gave me an estimate of when the service would be completed and also called me when that was done. All fluids topped off, caps secured, and they actually got my tire pressure uniform, which has been difficult (not sure if it was a sensor issue or true pressure difference). Very satisfied with my experience at this shop.

The staff was very quick to get my oil change done, they also offered me a discount for supplying my filter. I would recommend them to any potential new customers.

Your morning guys left my oil filler cap off. Left it in the engine bay. The only reason I went to check was because my hood was all bent out of shape. The cap was stuck between the hood and the headlight bucket. Theres oil all over my engine bay which I detail cleaned last month. And an oil spot on my driveway. $50 well spent. Thanks.

Skylar was really nice, personable and educated me on my vehicle and topped off my washer fluid while another guy cleaned my windows. Everyone was really nice and the service was quick. I was there maybe 20 min. Thank you!

I took a 34 foot motor home to this Jiffy Lube location. It was too big to fit in the bay, but a two man crew crawled under the motor home, drained the oil, replaced the filter and then, by hand, pumped 6 qts of oil into the engine. They performed the service cheerfully and quickly. I will use the Jiffy league for all my other vehicles, even though i live about 5 miles away. I will recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone that asks because of the way they provided the service. The manager and the employees were all top rate.

I just moved here from Montana. Glad I found a team of professional, trustworthy people. Went in for a simple oil change and they ended up finding something much more severe. They were happy to help guide me in the direction I needed to go and action I needed to take. They also took the time to show me everything they did perform on my vehicle, and were great at explaining things on my level (don’t know sh about cars). Will be a returning customer 100%. The other people waiting were extremely pleased as well. Seriously.... go see these guys. Thank you crew at Jiffy Lube!! You know who you are :)

Took my 2012 VW Passat in for a radiator flush.#1. Had to purchase my on radiator fluid because they didn’t have Volkswagon specific G13 fluid.#2. They didn’t know exactly how much fluid the car needed to refill it after the flush.#3. For 2 weeks after I had to keep adding radiator fluid every time a drove it the next day up until I took it to my mechanic, Jeno’s Auto, 2 days ago.#4. They didn’t even do a flush! I found out today from my mechanic whose working on the car now that this was the case.#5. They charged my full price, $175.00 even though I purchased my own fluid.I would really like to talk to the owner or manger about a full or partial refund.

I was in your store - 901 - yesterday. I have the good fortune to have Adam assist me. I needed an oil change for my car and also a new battery for my husbands car which is a 2016 Miata. Adam was aware that there are two types of batteries that could potentially be used in this year Miata and went above and beyond trying to select the right one. Part of his analysis was to have a photo of the top of the battery sent for his assessment. After studying the photo he brought out the battery we needed. Another nice employee -- who told me that he was supposed to be off that day but came in anyway -- took it to my car. There was even a third man who showed great knowledge and fabulous customer service in the process. It was a group effort and they were all wonderful. I usually go to another store for oil changes because this one is farther from my house, but I will happily return to store 901.

The guys were really thorough, friendly, and quick. First time ever going to Jiffy Lube so I wasnt expecting them to go over all the systems with me at the end. I appreciated that service by double checking all caps and going over all the numbers. Ill definitely go back for all future oil changes and services.

Just had the pleasure to visit Jiffy Lube at Griffin Fast Lube Denver, 2411 West Belleview Avenue where I received the fastest and best service I have ever received at any Jiffy Lube anywhere (I’ve had at least 100 visits across the country). Very qualified and thorough staff who actually performed a completion checklist where work done by one professional was visually double checked by another. If you have the luck to get help from Skylar when you go it will be an extra lucky day for you: He was efficient, knowledgable, polite, a real expert and a true Pro.

They did not put my oil sticker on the car. It was quick but compared to most jiffy lubes it took longer then I’m use to. I stopped here for convince only and if I were you that should be the only reason you go to this place.

I really liked the quick service. The men were polite and considerate. The manager also found and showed me my filthy air filter.

Quite expensive for an oil change and windshield wiper blades that cost $174. I asked for a quote for winter snow tires I was told Id have the quote by 9:00 a.m. never got the quote the Staff was friendlyIm truly sorry I meant 174

In and out quickly. They need to HAND the key fob back to the Owner upon completion and not leave it in the console.

I have been to Jiffy Lube enough times to expect the same service. The cashier did not go over different pricing for my oil change and without my consent choose the most expensive one! I also asked for an estimate before they started service and failed to do so. I had to ask twice. I’m very upset that I payed for a service I did not agree to. They also tried to top off my coolant for 8.00$ I thought too off service was free???? Very disappointed.

There is a big difference between jiffy lubes and you can tell with this location. They have great customer service, tell you what maintenance needs to be done for your vehicle, and go over fluid caps and show you your oil level after you get an oil change. Sydney is also super friendly!

The team was very professional & knowledgeable. Thank you to Skyler, who was understanding enough to allow me receive service after hours ( I arrived a little after 6 & car entrance doors were closed). Skyler could have asked me to come tomorrow during business hours, but his compassion and consideration of the circumstances will have me always service my car at this location. I would like to recognize Josh for his great knowledge, persistence & hard work removing the troublesome filter on my Mercedes. Another young man with ponytail (I feel bad for not asking his name) kindly and very patiently showed me how to check the level of the oil on my vehicle. I would like to recognize his knowledge and professionalism because it was not easy for me to find things under the hood of Mercedes Benz. Thank you Jiffy Lube on Bellevue and Federal!

Absolutely amazing service! Everyone was very professional and welcoming, and for those concerned, they also all wore masks at all times.I got my oil changed, cabin filter replaced, tires rotated and filled with air, and brakes and rotors checked. I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes, definitely in a jiffy.Would absolutely go back for more service needs. Great staff, clean work area, and pleasant interactions.

Took my car to get an oil change which was fine and went how you would expect. However, the staff tried to convince me that I needed to get my brakes changed and that my car wasnt safe to drive since the pads were so worn down which was a surprise to me. I took my car to the dealership to get a second opinion and they informed me that my brakes were nearly new and there was no need to change them.I wouldnt recommend trusting this place with anything other than oil changes and get a second opinion on whatever they try to upsell you.

I have used this Jiffy Lube location for over 3 years. I am always treated like they truly appreciate my business and the staff is always friendly and professional. I will never go to another oil change business as I am so very satisfied with their work and appreciate each of the employees for they treat my car as their own .

The service team was excellent! They explained all necessary and needed services. They double checked with me throughout my visit and printed out for me details of the services I needed. Never once, did any team member pressure me into any service.

Always dread getting an oil change. However, the Belleview store crew was professional, efficient, and fast. I was out of there in about 15 minutes. The Manager even showed me my filters and suggested I could wait until next time to change one of them. When does that ever happen?

Both times I’ve been here the service has been outstanding. $105.72 for an oil change? Why do I feel so violated? I switched to synthetic blend and brought it down to &86.64. I’m grateful they can take me with no appointment but Icannot afford this luxury going forward.

I have taken my car several places around the Denver area and this Jiffy Lube has never disappointed. I actually drive out of my way to come to this location because they have always been kind, professional, and thorough. Skylar (I hope I spelt that right) has been especially kind and helpful each time I’ve been in! Yes, it’s a bummer when you come in for a simple inspection and you’re told that you need new tires because they’re bald, but that is a normal part of car wear and tear. The employees worked with me (a grad student with little funds) to get my unforeseen repairs done quickly and affordably. I will be back for sure!

I needed the differential oil checked on my 1934 Ford Victoria Normally I would do this myself but it’s hard to get back out after I crawl under it these days. After the local Ford dealer Phil Long told me they can’t work on cars older than 1980, (true stuff) I found these guys in the neighborhood. They put in the oil I needed and told me they can service the car from top to bottom. They were great and I am glad I found this group of guys and will use them for all service needs moving forward. I highly recommend them for your service needs

Do NOT go to Jiffy Lube for brakes. FOUR HOURS! They couldn’t figure out how to put on the new brake pads. I was tempted to YouTube it for them. Waste of an entire day!

I’ve been bringing my car here for many years for oil changes and when I needed brake work done they didn’t disappoint! They took the extra time to show, and educate so that I could make an informed decision (which I value highly)! Very professional, and thorough, as well as being great communicators. Went in and told them my car starts to have a little shake around 50 mph, they said I have to get my tires rebalanced and you will be fine, I’ve gotten tires balanced in the past that cost 20 $ a tire, it’s 40$ a tire a jiffy lube! Insane. I paid and I have the exact same problem a drive in there with, nothing was fixed.
