From check in to getting my vehicle serviced and to check out each and every individual did their part and they were nothing less than phenomenal. Andre specifically was absolutely outstanding. He listened, gave direction, he was very thorough and patient. He assured I understood what needed to be done and he genuinely cared about the safety of myself as well as all of his clients. I recently brought a Camaro, Highlander and Suburban to their shop. This is by far the best auto repair shop I have gone to in my experience. They are reasonably priced and they do really good work. Brought three different vehicles to them to fix various issued that previous shops had worked on and not able to fix. The gentlemen working at the shop are very courteous and responsive to my problems. The main thing is they stand behind their work. They fix the problems. Just in case it was not done correctly the first time they take it back and fix the problem at no charge. Its refreshing to have reliability and honesty to count on with a auto repair shop. Thanks guys!BTW, they give free ride home and pick you up. So, you have car trouble take it to these guys.

I have always had great experiences with this Brakes Plus. They are honest, professional, and very reasonably priced. My most recent visit came after an oil change at a different service shop (one of a five-pack purchased prior to discovering Brakes Plus), where they quoted me $450 to change transmission fluid in the front and rear differential and the transfer case. Thankfully, we declined and decided to get a second opinion at this Brakes Plus where they informed us that our vehicle did not even have a front differential since it was tied in with the automatic transmission. They changed the fluids for the rear and the transfer case and it cost $150 total. They are always on time with appointments, they explain things clearly and are very accomodating and honest. Highly recommend.

This location is so nice and clean well maintained, the customer service is genuine there honest and reliable. The manager there really has the place running like a team, he is an amazing guy really nice easy to talk to and you can tell that the rest of staff follow that leadership. Hands down this is the best location and should have your business, theyve had mine 10 plus years now not 1 complaint

The staff is very competent and they act with integrity. While waiting I overheard the assistant manager call 2 customers to let them know the inspections went great, there were no issues, and there were no charges. Often shops that offer free inspections find something to fix.I would advise scheduling an appointment and dropping off your vehicle vs waiting. I had an appointment for an oil change that took 1.5 hours. This is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars.

Went in for a front end alignment which was completed in a little over an hour. The prices are very good but the cars wheel center was still off after the alignment. I did not live close so they advised me to bring it back later in the afternoon to be redone. On the second attempt the issue was corrected and they were apologetic for the issues. Only problem was not being done correctly the first time and having to take a portion out of my day to waste traveling back and forth.

Friendly & professional staff at this location. Their shuttle service is so helpful for a lengthy repair. My car was repaired back to normal & is now driving great. Would recommend this location for sure!!

Ive used Brakes Plus for many years for oil changes but this was my first for more major repairs and I wish I had done it sooner. TJ and Chris are top notch and highly ethical, and I couldnt be happier I trusted my vehicle with them. Society has conditioned us to fear bringing a vehicle to a mechanic because of the extras they always find wrong, but not this time. The work they did was on point and its rare to have a mechanic go above and beyond.

Always a great experience. Love the free alignment check, fast service, reasonable prices, and easy to find coupon discounts online. The service managers are very friendly and patient. At in the lobby for an hour listening to them talk to a broad range of people across the spectrum of financial issues and they did a great job. Highly recommended, especially compared to the not-so-good competitors in the area.

I had a good friend refer me to this location of Brakes Plus. They were professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They got me in right away and did the work in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and the work was done with no problems. The mechanic Pete Marshall was on point with explaining what needed done and stuck to the service I requested. He told me what his recommendations were to keep my car running well. I will be using Brakes Plus and Pete to be doing more work that’s needed and will bring my other cars in for service there. I needed to have my brakes replaced and was also getting a grinding noise due to the wheel bearings that another place just fixed. AJ was great and he was able to pinpoint the problem and help me figure out what the issue was. First time going to Brakes Plus for my wifes car and it was a extremely awesome experience! They inspected the car and let me know that I needed a whole brake rotor and pads, as well as other things that needed to addressed for free!! Not many places do this anymore! Took in my car to have brakes checked as I was told by the dealership that the rear pads were low. They examined the pads and found 80% remaining on front and 70% remaining on rear. Honest business. Will return in as needed in the future.

Couldnt afford the service on the quote they gave me to get my brakes and rotors done so the manager paid for my brakes and rotors and I just paid for labor. I have made a point of coming to Brakes Plus for all of my vehicles. Specifically, I make sure that I work with TJ Gardner, as he has helped me out with every problem I have brought to him. He was able to fix my son’s car after a wreck, when it looked like there was no hope, and he has most recently put my truck in shape to mount a plow, in a timely fashion and with the utmost professionalism. TJ listens well and is a great diagnostician and I have had nothing but good experiences with him. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

These guys are awesome. TJ the manager is a super nice, knowledgeable guy who takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. I had a minor noise issue with my brakes, so I called and my car was on the lift and fixed within an hour. Their prices are tough to beat too. I was shocked at how cheap it was to get pads replaced, and the rotors resurfaced. I thought there had to be a catch. But they truly are just a great value, and really cool guys to work with. I recommend them to everyone.

These guys have the best customer service! I had the free brake check performed because I was having some vibration. The technician walked me through my different options and what it would cost. It was going to be pretty expensive and I was going to trade my vehicle in soon, so I ended up not getting the service. The check was free and they even filled up my tires for me!I’ll definitely be back if I need my car serviced in the future!

I cannot say enough good about this shop On Country Line Road. We have been using them for several years for various vehicles of ours and have found them to be trustworthy and honest. The care and attention to our issues have been more than excellent. We recently moved to the rural parts of Texas where options are super limited. These guys were like leaving behind a good doctor. Consequently, on two road trips back to the Denver area we needed to get in to have them look at a couple issues and again, they far exceeded expectations. I know what its like to not be sure where to go. Try them out. I cant imagine they would ever steer anyone wrong (pun intended).

I am someone with no father figure in my life to help me with my car repairs. I have extremely low knowledge of cars and have been taken advantage of in the past with things I didnt understand. After getting quotes from a few places, they ended up being $100 cheaper than the place before them, who claimed to be the cheapest around. Not only was Andre very helpful, he worded it in a way that I would understand, and just treated me like a human being and not someone they just want money from. They were very patient with me, very kind and responsive. My “battery not charging light” came on as I was on my way home. Tried a couple places nearby and nobody was able to help me out for a couple more days. Got to this Brakes Plus location and spoke to TJ. He tested my battery/alternator right away and let me know what the issue was. They were able to squeeze me in same day and got me on my way home. I have been searching for a good auto shop and have finally found it! TJ and Rick were the gentleman I worked with and they were fantastic, very professional and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would!! This place is wonderful. Our car started to make terrible noises as we were driving home. We pulled over and Googled a near by shop we could go to right away. We found PepBoys and Brakes Plus. We called PepBoys and explained our situation, it was 4:30 pm. The guy said bring the car, well look at it tomorrow. Then we called this Brake Plus, weve explained our situation and TJ, the guy on the phone was AMAZING! He was so helpful and efficient, he told us to bring the car and took care of us right away. He was very accommodating and Sooper kind! He looked at the car and immediately knew what was wrong with it. Even though it was nearly closing time, he took care of the problem and fix the car for us, staying past closing time, so we could drive home safely. The service was extremely professional, fast, courteous, and accommodating.Now, you probably think they charged us extra for an emergency service? Well, youd be surprised, they only charged for the brakes and even gave us a coupon discount!! What an amazing place! This place is definitely our auto repair shop from now on!!! They are very professional, very honest and very kind ! Its hard to find this kind of service these days, they are awesome. These guys do a great job at a good price. I had break fluid leaking on my exhaust. Another repair shop told me they would need to replace the exhaust system ~ $1,500. These guys fixed the issue, not the symptom for half the price. They have won my repeat business.Follow up 6+ months later 3/23/21: Took my 2002 Truck in as its leaking oil and had a change oil coupon. They changed the oil and told me I should come back next time I need an oil change to replace the oil pan gasket??? I brought the truck in early to take care of the leak. Im not driving 20k miles a year, more like 5k during COVID. So they expect me to put up with my truck leaking oil everywhere I go for a year???? Perhaps I should have been more direct in my communication. Why is it you get good service one time and very poor the next.I am down grading them a star for today. Im giving Christian Bros a chance at my business with the leaky oil pan gasket.

Brought my vehicle in because I was experiencing shaking in the steering when I would brake coming down hills. The manager Tj told me to bring the vehicle in and they would inspect the pads and rotors free of charge. I assumed the worst and figured I would be replacing both since they have never been replaced since I bought the vehicle. He informed me the pads look fine and the rotors had slight warping and they could resurface them so they would be good as new. I was thrilled to receive this news and how quickly the techs gave me answers. I decided to have the shop do a full tune up replacing my cabin air filter, the engine air filter, and a full service oil change. Its been one week now and all my braking problems have disappeared. I will definitely be going back to this brakes plus for all my future car care needs. I will also be recommending this particular brakes plus to all my friends and family. Great, professional, fast service two thumbs way up!

Im extremely impressed with the service I was provided both times Ive visited. My mother referred me explaining that she gets treated like Gold by Shane the General Manager and Jeremiah who seems to always be at the counter both times Ive come in. Ive been to this Brakes Plus in Highlands Ranch a few times for new brakes, struts and wheel alignments. They always do professional service. Today I came because a bolt on my wheel is broken and the lug nut is gone. Because Ive been a repeat customer they offered to repair it free. Thanks team at Brakes Plus!

Took my car in for an alignment and they told me I needed ball joints, but it ended up costing me $800, which I was not expecting and it took 2 days to fix. They also are not Covid safe if you care about that.

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews even though I have had experiences that warranted a review in some capacity.This was my first experience with Brakes Plus..I came in for an oil change without an appointment (didnt realize I needed one) I was told it would take about an hour by Shane the GM. He did say he would do his best to get me in since I didnt have an appt and they did seem like they were really busy. I was in and out within an hour! Thank you Shane! They were very transparent about what was going on and how long my wait would be.I will be back!

It was a really good experience working with Brakes Plus on County Line Rd. Rich, the regional manager provided an exceptional customer service and besides their good job on the brakes and rotor, generously fixed an issue with my cars studs for free. I have been having issues with my vehicle that has under 30,000 and brakes that were new less than 7,000 miles ago. They were quick and honest . They turned my rotors and suggested things to watch for. Sadly, I was back at the shop a week later but they trouble shot it for two hours and fixed the second issue. The plus to that was there was not dianostic cost and it only cost me $24. Nowhere else would work on your vehicle for two hours and not charge you. Love the service provided here!

I took my truck here with an clicking issue. They were able to get my car into their shop within the hour of my call. They called me shortly after with a very reasonable quote. I picked up my car a couple hours later and everything worked great!! I was pleased with my bill and the staff was very informative and helpful.
