I came to this Barns and Noble eager to have breakfast and work on a project in a pleasant atmosphere. Shortly after I placed my order for a quiche, I sat down and was greeted with a rude sign on my table asking me to leave within 30 minutes. I bought breakfast here, but I wouldn’t be allowed to work on my project for much longer than it takes to eat my breakfast. The atmosphere was less than pleasant to say the least. An awful mother had brought her toddler to the bookstore at 10 AM and was allowing the child to scream and shriek so loudly that I could hear it over the music playing in my noise cancelling ear buds.If you are looking for a pleasant place to relax in peace, I suggest looking elsewhere. The store policies are rude and careless and the customers are inconsiderate and loud.The quiche was acceptable but a bit too expensive.

This Barnes & Noble is one of the best in town! The employees are so helpful and they always go above and beyond. This store is organized, clean and friendly. If you are looking for any kind of book this is the place to go. 👍

Very organized. Employees generally leave you alone to explore, but express their opinions on merchandise enthusiastically. Recently Ive gone for the vinyl records and CDs and they have the best selection of newer records.

My absolute favorite Ive ever been to! So clean, warm and such friendly and helpful staff! No judgements as I carry a screaming baby up to the cashier either. Love it!

I do love this particular Barnes and nobles. Not only is it a great store to purchase books, it also has art supplies, puzzles, books, games, and one of a kind items you wouldnt even think of! I have 3 kids and even though only 2 are avid readers like myself, all 3 children are more than happy to go shopping here and manage to find TOO many things theyd like to purchase! Even with the good deals they usually have on lots of different items, its easy to spend a fortune just because of all the things youd longingly love to purchase. Gift cards to here are always the first to be spent after birthdays and holidays by choice. I just think people dont think of Barnes and nobles for a lot of things they overpay for elsewhere. That being said though, be careful what you Do purchase, they have a strict return policy thats angered and frustrated me more than once. I dont buy people presents from here but gift cards because of that fact. And be sure to gift give the membership with your gift cards also, otherwise they will overpay on some items (accessed through phone #). Its a tricky store to take full advantage of (I always bring my dog so my whole family takes advantage of the adjacent lake and park before or after our shopping) but its well worth the effort once you understand all the benefits and navigate the rest of it. Ive always loved this place! Theyve done a good job of selling things other than books in order to stay in business. My only problem is that everything is kind of pricey...probably a result of people buying less books. Still, I dont know who would pay $25 for a 5 toy dinosaur. Otherwise, I enjoy it here and the book selection is good.

I-Love- B&N!! But not this one: This Barnes & Noble is so cool being located just off of the lake. However the highlight ends there with this place. It is the worst B&N Ive ever been to. It truly lacks warmth, book selection and welcome. Unfriendly staff, no where to read or study. It draws in a rather ice cold personality of customers. I cant stomach ever coming to this location again. Id rather drive an extra 15 minutes to Lone Tree

I could spend an entire day here, world events permitting. The smell of fresh books always brings out warm feelings in me. With my membership card I also get books for less than the sticker price (tax included), which is always a good reason to shop here. 🙂

B&N always has a great selection of books. I also found a Charley Harper jigsaw puzzle. I didnt need any help. Checkout was fast and I had a fun checker to talk to.

Im glad they are open again. I love this place. Lots of room and cafe is round, right in the middle of store. You can also go outside and sit by the lake. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Its so warm and cozy at Barnes and Noble this time of year. I just wanted to stay curled up with a good book and some hot cocoa. There are beautiful displays of books for everyone and so much to choose from. What a great place to find special gifts for my family.

I never knew there is a cafe inside this bookstore, but my mom in law and I went there for breakfast last week, and the food selection was good, and we loved what we ordered. They also have the best baristas in town!! Check it out for yourself. So good! In addition, the book staff assisted me in finding the items I was looking for, when I had a specific need. They were all so helpful, that I became a member that day!

Please support local bookstores before they are gone. I still buy most of my books online in an audible format but head hear for stationary, book supplies, AND they surprisingly have a really good toy selection by ages, if which, mostly are STEAM quality.

Good place to get model kits and books, again is a chain so it serves its purpose well.

I love going to an actual book store, picking up books and smelling them. If my body would have let me, I would have browsed a lot longer. I am a self proclaimed bibliophile. And as Reeses commercials say...NOT SORRY. haha

Employees are inattentive and pushy. I was asked 3 times to become a member and cashier pushed me to provide my email address after I declined. I was the only person in line yet I wanted for 5 mins while the cashier was busy sorting books. This is my first time in B&N and due to my Negative experience I will not be returning. Ill buy online.

This is the coolest, best laid out location ever. I honestly have never been in a more beautiful B&N. Having the café in the center is a stroke of genius and I honestly cannot wait to return here with my wife. We had friendly interactions with the staff and we were truly impressed. Date nights are changed forever.

All the seating areas have been removed. Difficult to look through your books to see if you want to purchase them. I know its all about distancing and I felt the seating arrangements maintained that rule.

I needed help finding a book so I went to the Customer Service desk which is shut down because of covid for some reason then I continued walking around store confused by their horrible system and after having absolutely no one help me for 45 min I just left. I would have asked for help from the first person on the floor i saw but there was noone.

This is my favorite Barnes And Noble. Everyone at this location are super friendly, and I like the ambiance there too. They always have a bunch of great books, and I find a lot of new ones whenever I go. This Barnes And Noble also has a nice cafe with yummy treats and plenty of places to sit. 💜

They have the best selection of adult coloring books..and fiction section is always my other favorite

Great all around location. Well stocked book and magazines. If they dont have the title you are looking for often times it can be ordered. The order can be delivered to the store or your house quickly. Employees are amazing and very helpful.
