I made the mistake of going to BikeSource at first. After being ignored by their staff, I left and took my bike for service at REI. Despite being super busy, Sean took time to help me and my bike simply needed 2 quick adjustments which he did on the spot in about 90 seconds. No charge. Super service. These guys are fabulous. I’m so happy BikeSource ignored me. I’m certain they would have charged me too.
