Shop is top notch. Its full of great attitudes, great work ethics and great customer service! Its one shop that I can fully entrust my vehicle to! They dont run a mentality of replacing a bunch of unnecessary items or excess labor. They are honest and to the point. They always give the time needed, and never have I felt rushed to get the vehicle out the door like with other shops.

Bob and Zac did a great job of finding and repairing 2 problems that others did not find. Im past the old college days where you turn up the radio because you cant afford to repair whatever is making that bad noise. I heard a deep clunk every time I braked, turned the steering tightly or went over a small pothole. And another odd noise as well as it felt like the bottom of the drivers side was going to drop off.Turns out the sway bars in the front needed to be replaced. The really hard thing to find was a transmission bolt and an engine bolt that were loose, which explained the other noises and the feeling that something was pulling the car when stopping or turning.Bob took time to drive the car more than once, first fixing the more obvious sway bar problem and then finding the bolt problem next. Their communication was clear and concise, they also did a few minor things without telling me or charging me but I noticed, and the price was very worthwhile. As a female doing this on my own and the whole funny noise sounds like a deep klunk thing, I was treated with respect. I am a fan.

My Jeep had been leaking oil for a little while and I took it to another shop previously to have it looked at. The shop quoted $250 to fix the leak. We brought it into SW 4x4 and they said they could fix it, if they simply did an oil change. SW4X4 fixed the leak and changed the oil all for the price of a regular oil change. They are great mechanics and wont oversell you. Theyre honest with the costs and the quality of service is great. I would definitely recommend. They even let me know of other maintenance (unavoidable, new water pump) I would need coming up so I can plan to bring it in.

The service here is amazing. I was stuck in a rough situation when my car broke down a couple blocks away from their shop, but even though I had no other choice but to get it fixed here they still gave a me a very competitive price and were extremely helpful. Have taken several of my cars to SW Auto over the past few years. Bob is the best! Honest and reliable. Saved me the cost of a transmission when my radiator and my transmission intermingled. Turns out that is very bad. He tried something...not promising it would work, but worth a try...and it worked! He could have easily told me I had to have a new transmission. That is what the transmission shop recommended. There are other examples where he puts the customer first over up-selling. Honesty goes a very long way with me. They have my business for all my cars! I recommend them to everyone!

This is a trustworthy repair shop!As most others have described, weve only good experiences with Bob and all staff. Other places tried to take advantage of my mother, but Bob and his staff saved her $1400 at one visit and several hundred at the next.

I read the reviews and that’s why I came here. And it worked out for me. I dropped off my wrangler for a new clutch. I mentioned my check engine light and that I would like that fixed too if it wasn’t too much. They gave me a price up front and stuck too it even when other things came up. I got charged for a smoke test which I expected, but they didn’t charge labor on an EVAP part because it was a $100 online part that they couldn’t find and had to get from a dealer for $250. Without me knowing, they did another smoke test after the part was installed and found a leak around my fuel pump. ALL THEY CHARGED ME WAS $20 FOR THE FUEL PUMP SEAL. THEY HAD TO DROP MY GAS TANK TO FIX IT!!!GO WITH THESE GUYS PLEASE AND YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF I PROMISE

These people are amazing. Dropped by with a bolt/nail in my rear tire... they fixed it, put it back on and put complimentary brake lights that were out (without even asking) all within 10 minutes... and everyone in the shop was so nice.
