Very rude people i will never deal with again

POOR SERVICE! I had an ignition starter switch put in and the job was never done correctly if they even replaced it at all. Work done October of 2015, I called to explain still having the issue and no one ever told me there was a warranty, never told me to take it back in. I was continuously told I would have to pay the $140.00 diagnostic fee for it to be checked. It hasnt even been a year yet and they will not do anything about it because they had a turn over and those employees are no longer there so they cant say what happened for sure. Isnt that sad. Thanks!

They do very good work and have very reasonable prices. No real waiting area for customers and no loaners. They should add a comfortable waiting room.
