I have had the pleasure of working with Frank and Lynn on two recent occasions with two different vehicles. In both cases, they have been such a pleasure to work with regarding the car issues.In December, we dropped off a car to get Franks opinion on it because we thought the engine was blown. Frank took the time to inspect the vehicle and pronounce it dead. Through this process, he incurred shop expenses such as quarts of oil and antifreeze to confirm the problem. Additionally, he invested his personal time to review it. Coincidentally, while the car was with Franklynn Automotive, we had a death in the family and I reached out to the shop to see if I could arrange to have the car picked up after the funeral. Lynn was so agreeable and accommodating. Fast forward, I called a few weeks later to settle up on what I owed Franklynn for the time and materials. I was told there would be no charge under the circumstances. Frank and Lynn were so compassionate and patient through this process. Thank you Frank and Lynn.

Destroyed my car took the axel rod inwhich was going to explode in the oil pan then took all of my 4 wheel drive off my suv and left the front tire without a rod so it just follows the other tire...also been stopped several times because he said he fixed the brake lights so the last time I was stopped by a cop I had them talk to him and his famous words are no charge. He also charged me dollar for dollar on the parts and labor...I still need to report him to the better business bureau and take him to small claims court...worse mechanic

I cannot recommend Franklynn Automotive enough. All the things you look for - honesty, integrity, quality work at a fair price - they deliver. Ive only doubted Frank once in three years....thank goodness he gave me another chance to get it right! A recent problem with my vehicle was diagnosed by dealer technicians as needs a new transmission - $6,000....Frank fixed it with a $450 alternator....The Franklynn team are great people and treat you like one of their family. Horrible place!!! Never fixed anything properly - I took my car in because of intermittent idling & stalling which Frank definitively diagnosed as my idle air control. I paid for the repairs to the IAC which went well...for about a month. When it began idling & stalling again, I took it back where he diagnosed another issue. The repairs I paid for this time lasted 3 months before I had to take it back a 3rd time for idling & stalling where he flat out refused to fix it for free because he determined that a lack of oil & oil change was now the cause. This means he never checked on the oil or any of the vehicles fluid levels prior - he admits those arent included in any of the repairs he does, he refused to perform and print out a diagnostic on my 2nd visit, he was also quite conciliatory in his demeanor and a hair rude in every conversation. This was a totally awful 7 months and I vehemently advise that you avoid this nightmare of a shop at all costs! Wife pleasant.
