Wow... hmm dont know how I can thank this business enough besides loyalty and hopefully this review that may help others. My family has been repeating customers since I was a little girl playing with my brothers outside while my mother waited inside for her car repairs. The memories still fresh, I have continued to use the same business for my car and havent been able to find a comparable mechanic shop thats as truthful about what u need and dont need. Prices are very on point and not overpriced. I have always been quoted lower by others shops and in the end paying way more. This shop specializes in Toyota and Honda but they do take all makes and models; they are highly knowledgeable. Thank you Dean and Ralph, as well as all your employees, you are officially the best!

Great service. Very honest, fair, thorough, and prompt. Too my Acura in for scheduled maintenance, they checked all the fluids per recommendation, it only needed to change 2 and not all 5. Mist shops would just change them all regardless and charge you for it. These guys are great.

Simply the best! I have had my car serviced there a few times and they have always been fair, honest and reasonable. In fact, I just picked up my car from them and was astounded to have a $0 bill! A few years ago they fixed something on my car that I had long forgotten. Apparently this part was the same thing that caused my current issue. They quickly diagnosed the root of the issue - and saw that they had done the original repair. They fixed it promptly and didnt charge me a penny.I wouldnt have had a clue if they chose to charge me. It takes a great deal of scruples and ethics to do what they did. They have earned a customer for life!

Wow! This is the best auto repair shop. They are very honest and will not overcharge you for something you do not need. I’ve brought in my Acura MDX several times and they will be the only mechanics that work on my car. I highly recommend them!

My family and I are longtime customers of Ralph and Deans shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. Not only do they do excellent work at a great price, they are very honest and strive to build long term relationships with their customers.The first time I used them was around seven years ago after a dealership in town botched a timing belt replacement on my WRX,which resulted in me breaking down on the side of C470 on my way to work. The dealership refused to take responsibility and quoted an egregious amount to fix. My dad told me to call Ralph and Dean who fixed the problem for about 25% of what the dealership wanted. A couple years after that I slid into a curb during a snowstorm resulting in a bent wheel. Dean saved me a lot of money by finding a used one that Ralph inspected before installing so I never had any problems with it.Theyve done numerous oil changes, timing belts, transmissions, clutches, etc on my familys cars, and the cars that werent a total loss due to accidents or hail (Colorado has some of the highest insurance rates in the country for a reason) went for 250 - 300k miles.This is the place to go If youre looking for a shop that you can trust and is a great value.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dean and his team. I had been using an auto shop near my house but they couldnt determine the problems I was having. I took my Honda over to Dean and they new exactly what the issues were and gave me my options. They were knowledgeable, honest and worked with integrity. Ive never taken my car to a shop that was so easy to work with. Dean takes as much time as you need to understand everything. These guys are as honest as they come.I wouldnt take my Honda to anyone else.We had out transmission rebuilt. They finished it early, the price was LOWER than they quoted, and they threw in an oil change!!If you have a Honda or Acura, this is the place you need to go.

These guys (Ralph and Dean) know their craft inside and out. Been going there for years, and am grateful they have kept my cars running that whole time.

Used these guys for about 5 years until one visit where i had them fix a wide range of issues on my truck while i was out of town. One of these issues being my ABS light had come and stayed on. I was told it was an issue with the computer of the truck and it couldnt be fixed without running the risk of destroying the computer. 2 Months later brakes locked up (upon being engaged) i skidded into concrete divider of interstate doing roughly 50 at impact. Truck was saved by its massive brush guard bumper. Upon limping home and inspecting how to reshape and weld bumper back together, i discover the cleanly severed wire for the A.B.S. wheel sensor hanging down. When i Spliced the 2 wires back together warning light turned off, and proper braking traction returned.Im ok with not being able to diagnose something. Im even ok with forgetting to (they fixed a few things, and i added abs lastly), however i feel dooped when being told computer malfunction and very risky when in fact i personally discovered the issue while kneeling next to parked truck looking at bumper damage.I will note, other than this one incident they have been pretty good. However once youve been what i consider dishonest, i gotta keep looking. You want to trust your doctor, dentist, and mechanic. Plan on everyone else trying to squeeze as much out of you as they can.

Excellent repairs made in short order to an essential component. The electronic part was expensive but beyond their control.

Great service & extremely honest

This is a very reasonable and ethical auto shop for Honda/Acura automobiles. I have been in there twice. The first time after my dealership (Courtesy) told me I needed to spend $800 to replace the bearing in one of my front wheels. This shop looked at it for free and then told me it only needed tightening and they charge me nothing for it. That experience brought me back. I had my oil changed and referenced a whining I was hearing in my engine, an open door to tell me I had a major problem with my 2002 Acura (195K miles), but they checked it and told me all good, only charging me for an oil change. Great shop with honest mechanics. I will be back.

Ive taken all my Hondas or Acuras here since I learned to drive over 15 years ago. There have been some doozies towed there in that time, and lots of general maintenance. Ive always had great experiences and fully trust Dean and Ralph.
