I just moved to the area and was roaming the aisles for some inspiration, an associate found me completely lost and totally helped me transform my bare circle into a Christmas miracle! It was hard to find something flat that could go with a neutral colored background and she gave me this awesome idea to do a simple paper snowflake to match this super cute ornament! I loved the help and can’t wait to go back!

Online purchases have more items to check out and sales all the time. I just bought 4 golden fluid acrylic paints online and I had a 20 voucher there I didnt know about on to of the 20 percent of so I literally pay 2 dollars and 6 cents for 4 incredible golden products

DO NOT use this location as a UPS access point. They will accept your package and less than 24 hours later, reject and return it to UPS. When I inquired as to why, the older gentlemen working around 430pm June 25, said “we don’t accept then reject packages.” The tracking does not lie. I strongly recommend the UPS on Coal Mine, they are AMAZING!

Good Micheals location. I get framing done here sometimes, which they do well and at a reasonable price.

I like it for what it is, a craft store. They dont have as much stuff as hobby lobby, and I find stuff more difficult to find. Thr aisles are a lot narrower as well, and its a tad but note expensive than hobby lobby.They didnt have Halloween decorations so thats a bonus!

Its a great and adventurous crafting stores. Youll have fun smelling the candles and feeling the fabrics with your hands.

They’ve always had what I needed, and the workers are super friendly and helpful! I’ve done an online pickup order there as well as just browsing. I’m always assisted and find exactly what I’m looking for!

Had what I needed. Even found earrings that were $12 dollars for one at Kohls, but less then $4 at Michaels. Cashier was extra friendly, nice young lady.

Today I went in with a mission. I have a brand new apartment community with a 2-story clubhouse to decorate. They have so many amazing specials and the coupons are always so helpful. But the best part was the people that helped me today. My cashier, didnt catch her name, Dave and Lisa all went above and beyond helping me. I had to load 5 different carts and they stored it all for me upfront securely while I continued to shop.They made sure everything was accurate and that I got all the benefits of the coupons.Lisa even helped me find boxes and foam wrapping for all of my big oversized items AND she helped us load it into our vehicles and made sure it was secure! Just awesome!

Helpful and friendly environment. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful for ideas with projects that you have been struggling with just a little. Go there for almost all crafts. Recommend this store for your first stop for all art and crafts.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We needed to replace the glass on a picture frame that was an odd size. They cut it right there in less than 5 minutes and it fit like a glove.

ENJOY SHOPPING AT THIS MICHAELS SEASONALLY. THEY DO HAVE A SMALLER SELECTION THAN OTHER STORES, BUT, STILL ENJOYABLE. AMPLE AMOUNT OF ARTS & CRAFTS SUPPLIES. STAFF ARE CORDIAL.

They have such a wide variety of arts, crafts, and supplies here. I was able to find some odd-sized frames here for pictures printed from my cell phone. And there was a great sale as well. Buy 1 get up to 2 additional frames free. Got some very nice frames for less than $10 each.

Great place for all things crafty. This location is a little smaller than other big name craft stores or even other Michaels but still has the essentials.

Unfortunately for the crafty, this is one of the many stores where you will end up buying way more than intended. The shelves are always well stocked, and organized, making it easy to find what you need /might need /want

The store is always clean and merchandise very nicely. The staff is super helpful when you can find someone. I like this location better than some of the others because of the staff. Prices seem to be comparable to other craft stores. I have found their selection of yarn and knitting supplies to be amazing.

The store was in pretty decent condition especially considering it was black Friday. They had decent prices, the black Friday sales were not really as great as most other similar type stores. They have virtually no fabric whatsoever and things like elastic and thread were very limited.They have a huge framing and picture department! And there was a lot of yarn as well. I think they had quite a bit of jewelry supplies as well.They already had a huge amount of Christmas stuff out.I think that depending on what you are looking for it would be a good place. They had some makeup supplies which I found odd, but I suppose could be helpfull for some things.The only instant where I would say not to shop here would be if you need any sewing type products. Everything else you could find at least a decent amount of products for your project.

Michaels has a massive selection for arts and crafts. We tend to spend most of our time looking at things we dont necessarily need but WANT. There are some great deals going on almost everyday and you can always find coupons online.

I think the other place has more of what they dont. I go to both. The employees are very nice and away make you aware of the sales and coupons. I like grabbing a pack of Airheads in the impulse register buys too.

Courtney was so helpful. I was going to purchase a stock picture frame for a photo that I had just purchased. She helped me with a custom frame for almost the same amount. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Plus who doesnt LOVE Michaels.

This is a clean and pretty decent establishment. They offer 30 and 50 percent off a lot so be careful about prices of things and know with a little patience you will be able to get that item half off, as long as they dont put it on sale during the Coupon time.

Big and the price beat the other local stores. They have crafting items you dont find in other stores. And there is all the fluff to sort thru. You can browse ans not get overwhelmed.

Workers were less than helpful. My grandma asked one gentleman for help and he told her, “no, not right now!” Super rude!!!

Holiday deals that you cant beat. I feel that the checkout is a slow process, and sometimes you are running all over the store to find some products, but I know they have a lot to put on display so its got to be hard to do that.

Lots of ideas here! I shopped for party gift, birthday gift and a Christmas craft for the family! Definitely a place with lots of options. Even with the sale today, lines moved rather quickly.

This location is very clean, always has the supplies I need to paint my Didgeridoos.I buy a lot of arts supplies here for my daughter too. A very friendly floor staff, the front cashiers are very nice and helpful.If you get the Sunday paper there are always deals for Michaels, plus they have amazing deals each week, I joined their rewards club for free, and now you can even shop online and pick the items up at the store. I still prefer going there and checking out the supplies.Overall I would recommend this location to any fellow artist, or any one that just wants to find a fun creative project.

I really like the framing department. They have a good eye for color and do a great job. They are friendly and the store is always very clean.

Aubrey at the front always super friendly and helpful. I aksed for a basket to shop with and she told me that theyve been experiencing theft lately so she would have to get a manger to get me one from the back. Not problem at all, Ive done retail before theyve got to protect their own. But when the manager goes to give me one he tells me the same thing acccept for in a very accusatory way. Saying now I know what your face looks like and looked me up and down as if he was sizing me up. I told him that people are jerks and that I just wanted a basket to shop with. He proceeded to follow me continuing to tell me about theft to the point that I had to tell him that Aubrey already explained it to me and I would like to get on with my shopping. For the next few minutes I noticed he wasnt too far away from me. Which just made me feel like a criminal for going in there. I understand that you need to protect your store, I really do. But making people feel like theyve done something wrong for asking for a basket to shop with is a little overboard. If youre that worried about it take an ID for collateral or find a better way to let your customers know about the situation you are trying to prevent.
