Good place and very unique shop around here. It is very authentic middle eastern grocerie shop. This was first time I visited today. I living in Arkansas over a year but I never know this store. I used to live some middle East yeas ago and I also like some middle East foods. My friend took me to the store today. It was great experience. They have a lot of types of groceries and some fresh vegetables. Also they have good quality Dates!

Wow!! We stopped here on our drive from Chicago to Central Texas and it was worth the extra time on the road! Great selection of Mediterranean groceries and the best Grape Leaves and Shawarma sandwiches (from the cafe inside) weve ever eaten! You should definitely visit this spot. It will not disappoint!

My experience wasn’t the best here went in had to wait while they took care of a delivery. Then got pushed aside by another customer who came in behind me. This place has its own way of doing things and its not fair to each individual customer.

I had the gyro plate and baklava. It was absolutely delicious. I had so much food on my plate that I took half of it to a co-worker to enjoy, and enjoy, we both did. The hummus was fabulous. I will definitely be back!

Im not from Little Rock and have only been here about 2 years; but this is the best tasting and most authentic Mediterranean food Ive had. The chicken shawarma is excellent (seen in photos). A good indicator of a middle Eastern restaurant for me is there hummus-this one is of a thicker whipped consistency, tartly hearty from the garbanzos. Top marks for Ali Baba from me! Dont miss the authentic, attached middle Eastern market where all those ingredients come from!

My wife and I are from out of town and decided to check this place out. Quaint would not begin to describe the atmosphere. Grocery slash dine in place serving hummus (fresh, there is a difference!) to swarhma to gyros. We got hummus and lamb gyros. OMG, the first bite of each was the best we have experienced in our lives. Portions were HUGE for the price. $2 plate of hummus and $6 gyros? Unbelievable. I would have paid DOUBLED for both of them. They were outstanding! Recommended to everyone.

I was a little disappointed when I went in this time they were out of some of the teas that were my favorite. The chicken shawarma that I always love tasted like it was full of mustard so it did not taste traditional.

These best goat & Lamb plate ever. Fresh salad. Sandwiches are yummy. The server is on top of hygeine- changes his gloves & wash hands frequently. The food preparation area is very tidy

This is my favorite place to get my pita bread, also their fresh chicken and ground meat is best in taste compared to any other halal meat shop for some reason. These guys are very nice and humble, often they dont even charge me for candy or drinks if I had my kids who grab them. Please support our brothers and their small business.

We drove 21 miles. We arrived at 6.06 pm. The employee there said the resturant is closed!! He wasnt friendly at all.. I told him we drove for 21 miles.. He did not even feel sorry or apologize for this.. It said they close at 8 pm.. So bad experience

Good place for authentic middle eastern food. Nice friendly staff! When you order you pay at the front register when you are done eating. Pick up drinks in the back cooler. The Gyro are a bit messy from the yummy sauce so be prepared and don’t hold over your pants. Will be back again

Hands down the best chicken shawarma I’ve had in the US. I’m pretty picky about my shawarma. I’ve had some of the best food in my life when I was overseas. This place was very hospitable and the food was AMAZING. Great prices as well.

They make great gyros around. Served with lots of meat, and all the makings that go on them. Pretty good french fries that go with. But you have to get there early, by 6 pm to get them.

The store manager /cashier is rude.He even doesnt know how to behave with customers.No wonder,the guy is from Middle East.I politely asked him why he overcharged me for the item,he could not answer.Rather,he became mad at me without any valid reason.

We have been going to Ali Baba for over five years. This is a grocery store with a small order-at-the-counter, dine in/take out grill featuring gyros, chicken shawarma, and falafel sandwiches, hummus, baba ganoush, etc, plus a range of delicious entrees. The store has a wide range of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean products. Great food (probably the best falafel sandwich, anywhere) and very affordable!! But its just a grocery store, remember...If you want the restaurant that (I believe) sprang from Ali Baba, visit Al Seraj Mediterranean on Rodney Parham; but I prefer to stick to the source!

Its a nice place to find some decent meats. They dont carry seasoning salt or vegetable oil. I think thats only what Americans use.

The only truly legit Arabic food that Ive found in Arkansas. One word: SHAWARMA. Soooooooooo good. 6 bucks for a Shawarma sandwich that will blow your mind.

The falafel and rice are PERFECTLY seasoned here, the herbs are visible and flavorful without being overpowering, with a perfect moisture balance as well. The falafel was made when we ordered it, so it is fresh and perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The tzaziki sauce is homemade and perfect. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the friendly patrons and kind employees are welcoming, as we walked through the grocery portion. We came for the falafel, as the Mediterranean restaurant just north of here doesnt serve it, and were glad we did.

Delicious Veg sample plate. The falafel is made to order. The hummus is creamy dreamy. The pits is hot and soft. The dolmas are tender, lemony, and glistening with olive oil. I love this this place. Got to see a couple a shwermas being made. Looks like they could feed two. They were piled high with meat and topped with tahini salad.

My favorite Middle-Eastern restaurant in a 100 mile radius. The food is always fresh and well prepared. Lamb is served when available fresh from their own butcher shop.

Big surprise! I didnt really have any expectations when I found this place, but I left with some of the best Mediterranean food in the city. It is also a small grocer with a nice selection of goods. Ill be back again!
