Amazingly delicious ice creams! Ive never seen vegan ice cream and non dairy ice creams variety-rich product development! Its incredible. All staffs were super friendly and helpful. Always welcoming and make us feel happy :) Tastes were fantastic and I love this local places like this! I definitely will come down again soon!

Who doesnt love a local ice cream shop. But they are so much more. I got an ice cream with no name. And it was the best ice cream Ive eaten in a long time. And they have the biggest oatmeal cream sandwich that are delicious!! Highly recommended !!

I have alway liked Loblolly ice cream but ever since I started ordering directly from the shop I’m obsessed!The Flavor That Must Not be Named is a favorite but then I tried Pinnacle Trail! Not just because I do enjoy exploring vegan options but it sounded good. OMG Pinnacle Trail may be vegan but no one would ever know. The chocolate coconut cream is decadent with accents of pecans and chocolate chips. I will probably be making a weekly order from now on. Loblolly is that good. I am looking forward to trying their other treats and seasonal flavors. As for the staff, couldn’t ask for nicer people!

The Loblolly ice cream truck came to Malvern for Acme Bricks company wide cold treat day. The ice cream was delicious! I asked for a cone with a vegan ice cream and a regular ice cream.They were both very good! All the guys liked it so much they were going back for seconds and thirds. Thank you!

This has to be the best, cutest and, yummiest small batch ice creamery in the whole state!!!I love the Strawberry Buttermilk flavor and, the color changing spoons were the icing on the cake for this big kid.

This place has some delicious ice cream!If you go to their website, you can see a list of ingredients for each flavor, which is so nice for those of us with dietary restrictions. It was relieving to be able to walk into a place and order without having to quiz the staff about ingredients.I got the salted caramel and the vanilla in their house-made waffle cone, and the whole thing was outstanding!Absolutely go here for ice cream. You wont be disappointed.

Yummy ice cream. I tried the salted caramel and the fresh mint. Both were really good. Though, personally I found the salted caramel a bit too sweet but it would be a great combo with like a chocolate brownie. My hubby got the honey lavender and the cherry limeade. He loved the flavors he got. We will be back!

It was a 15 minute wait when we arrived here on a Sunday afternoon but it was totally worth it!Quite a few refreshing new flavors to choose from.

Solid ice cream joint. Reminded me a lot of Sebastian Joes in Minneapolis. Lots of specialty flavors available. I got Arkansas Mud on my brownie treat with hot fudge and sprinkles for a maximum sugar gut rot and loved it.

Wonderful staff and amazing options. I loved that they not only put the names on display but also the content and allergens information. Also its not a rip-off. The prices were really good. Loved the PB malt. The decor is also pleasing and they seemed to be ready for Halloween.

Let me just start by saying that folks who work here are super nice. I am taking away 2 stars for 2 reasons. First I think Kilwins downtown have better flavors and more variety. Something falls flat flavor wise at Loblolly. Second is that they dont allow customers to try different flavors before choosing one which Kilwins does and honestly every other ice cream place that I have ever tried does as well. By the way I am not biased towards Kilwins I actually dont like going there much (folks who work there are not as nice plus its more expensive).

Really fun ice cream place. I love that they have unique flavors. It was also great to see vegan options for my lactose intolerant friends. I feel like like they sacrifice quality for uniqueness just a tad, but it won’t stop me from coming back!

There aren’t enough good things to say about this place. The ice cream is literally the best-the strawberry buttermilk is my favorite, and my kids love the Arkansas mud. Good, quality ingredients and a sweet little atmosphere. We love this place so much. The staff are always welcoming. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a scoop!

Great ice cream spot to try out.They have a lot of flavors and will allow you to sample as many as youd like.In the back there are freezers full of pints for taking home.In the front there are some trinkets for sale and other snacks like cookies or macaroons.Plenty of seating for larger parties.T shirts are also for sale.

WOW! This place is amazing! All their flavors are fantastic; I tried about 6 or 7 before settling on the bourbon pecan and the pinnacle trail. I have a peanut allergy and it was no problem to come here. I was very surprised to see all the creative non dairy flavors as well. Love the vibe, super cute artwork and merch too - and even dog-friendly scoops!

I live hours away but drive down just for Loblolly. There is no better salted caramel ice cream than here. Their flights are my favorite—try tiny scoops of several options.

I would give five stars for the ice cream that they sell and theres no doubt its amazing. Its my go-to icecream place! The reason I give three stars its because of a very recent experience. Last weekend when I went to the creamery, I ordered for a large(3 scoops) icecream with three different flavors. And I asked the guy who was serving me specifically, if I could get the large in three different cups or would I be charged extra, she said they would be no charge for the cups and so we bought it. At the billing, another lady charged us for individual scoops, so I let her know that we requested the server to give the large ice cream in the separate cups. But she said that the guy who served us did not know and was wrong. First of all the attitude of this lady was pathetic and being in a hospitality industry it was highly unexpected. She said it is common sense that if youre asking in a separate cup you would be charged extra. Well it was because I had common sense I asked the guy specifically who was serving us if we would be charged extra for seperate cups. The faces she made while billing us was pathetic and so disgusting that we regretted buying anything. Also spoiled our spirit for getting an ice-cream on a warm Sunday! I wouldnt mind paying her extra if she had been respectful but this was disappointing!P.S tried the Arkansas mud(Loved it its my new favourite), The one with no name( okayish), and Bourbon pecan( loved it). my all time favourite- Honey lavender. Best one ever!!

Staff was great and very welcoming. I enjoyed the double vanilla and lavender chip. I make a point to visit local creameries while traveling and this one slaps so good! The ice cream is what I would consider on the softer side so you have to enjoy it freshly scooped.They also offer alternatives like hip-branded marshmallows, oatmeal cream pies and French macarons for additional sweet snack attacks!

Amazing ice cream. Whenever Im in Little Rock I love visiting. Handmade in the store waffle cones cant get any better than that. They have so many flavors and you can try them all for free. Reasonably priced and super friendly staff. Store and the bathrooms are super clean. I would recommend and I will be back for sure.

We go here every time I want a milkshake. It’s very good! Sometimes there is a long line but they work as quickly as they can, so it goes fairly quickly.

We ran across their ice cream truck at Arkansas Surgical Hospital and decided to give them a try. OMG that Salted Caramel ice cream was the best Ive ever eaten. So good 😋. That was nearly worth the drive into Little Rock by itself. So yummy! Favorite ice cream ever! Now Im sad I cant get that at home.

Employees were nice, friendly & helpful. Ice cream was good but not an abundance of flavors or toppings & a bit pricey. $30 for 2 Sundays, 1 shake & 2 kids dips. And I didnt even get whipping cream or a cherry...😥

Weve had good experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Theyre a little covid crazy because you have to take a sample outside in order to taste test anything. Thats a bit extreme but the ice cream is excellent and the portions are generous.

This was our first time here and it was fantastic! The staff is so sweet and took time to explain everything to me. I tried a lot of their different ice creams and they are so unique and delicious. My favorite is the strawberry mint! I also bought some macaroons that I cant wait to share with my family and an adorable shirt! They grinded my bag of coffee just the way I like too. Such a nice and unique place! I highly recommend to everyone!

Was really great. Loved the decor and atmosphere, great staff that were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We had the affogato with double vanilla, hot chocolate float with marshmallow overload, and a sugar cookie. Nothing to fault. Everything was extremely well done. Will definitely be back.

I knew it was going to be good when I saw a line out the door. I got 2 scoops. One was salted caramel and the other was bourbon pecan. It was delightful!

Our family has not been here since the pandemic started, yesterday our family decided to get out of the house and enjoy the nice day together. We got 2 shakes and 1 scoop of ice cream in a cup for our daughter. We were charged $18. The shakes were watery and made my husband and I sick at our stomachs instantly and for the next 12 hours to follow. We even woke up with stomach aches. This place is a bit over priced, especially for the times that we are living in with the highest unemployment rate. We just wanted to enjoy some ice cream but we got sick instead. If your shakes are going to cost that much they should at least be digestible.

This little shop is a treasure! The ice cream is top-notch and the employees are always friendly and patient. Great value too, imo.

Absolutely loved this place! Amazing variety of very unique and very delicious flavors (including mashed potatoes, honey lavender, pumpkin cheesecake, and all the classics), great coffee, and extremely nice and understanding servers. I enjoyed a pumpkin spice latte scoop in a very friendly and welcoming environment, and would definitely reccomend it.

Had my heart set on ice cream after dinner at the Root. Couldn’t cross the street fast enough due to all the fire trucks racing down the street. Walked inside and was told they had closed 3 minutes ago and the employees weren’t friendly about it. If you want to close then you should lock the door at that time. I saw one of the employees run outside to chit chat with friends so she wasn’t in a hurry to participate in the closing.

In town visiting and ran into this cute little spot. Like the aesthetic of this place. They had a nice selection of fun flavors including a hot cheetos flavor. Even had some vegan flavors as well. My kids and I loved the flavors that we got. Also got some macarons which were tasty too. Will visit again if Im ever in the area again.

What a delicious experience! We decided to get an ice cream flight, which offered smaller scoops of eight different flavors of our choice. We were not disappointed! The texture of the one sorbet we had was slightly grainy, but the flavors — as with all of the ice creams — was excellent.

Wow! Just wow! Something to write home about. The ice cream flavors vanilla coconut and the flavor that must not be named was divine.

They have unique ice cream & sorbet flavors. I really enjoy getting macarons & trying the adventurous flavor combinations, which always turn out so yummy! Spiced pumpkin cheesecake, caramel apple, spicy chocolate, birthday cake, pink champagne!! With the ice cream, Id suggest getting the $11 flight so you can have 8 different flavors to choose from in half scoop sized cups. A party for your mouth!!

I had never had Loblolly before and one day they were kind enough to drop off dozens of cookies to our homeless shelter for clients and staff and it was an awesome blessing to our community. Shout out to Loblolly for providing a wonderful experience today. I was greeted with friendly waves and a big hello!! I felt extremely safe visiting today with the pandemic going on. All of the staff wore masks, our scooper was extremely friendly. She was also very clean!!! She sanitized her hands prior to scooping and wore a brand new pair of gloves!! I ordered the Banana Pudding along with my favorite Bourbon Pecan!! Yum, yum, yum!!!!
