I purchased a drive belt for a washing machine here. It was almost $40. Amazon has it for less than $10 but I had to wash clothes quickly so I couldnt wait. It was the wrong belt which was their fault. I opened it and could not get it on. I got a different belt to work and tried to take this one back two hours later. Thats right--2 HOURS UNUSED. They refused because it was open. Not used (because it would not fit) but open. Horrible place. Horrible rude service. Do yourself a favor and use the laundrymat until Amazon can deliver. Youll save a ton of money and a headache if its the wrong one.

Tony was able to find parts for an old refrigerator that I have. They have saved myself and other family members lots of time and funds by providing parts to rebuild and refurbish household appliances and equipment. All salespeople are always friendly and attentive to get the customer the best products at fair and competitive prices. I dont remember needing a part that Mid-South didnt have in stock. Thats a real convenience when appliances are down. I dont buy much, but Im sure Ill be back.

Best in town for appliance parts. The LR location usually has just about most standard replacement parts in stock for just about any brand. They have always had what I needed in stock. And they are priced about the same as online stores. Shop local, the counter folks are really awesome.

I called for a price on a hose for my whirlpool washer. The lady who helped me over the phone was friendly and she put the part I needed aside for me to pick up. The front desk person was helpful and considerate. I will definitely go back to mid south distributing.

I searched Central Arkansas high and low for an affordable refrigerator with an ice maker for a small space. MidSouth Appliances in Conway had what I needed at a price I could afford and the fridge was delivered for free an hour after I bought it. You can’t get any better than this. Thanks, guys.

Did not inform me there was no refunds onELE. Didn’t have any statement on my invoice. When I drove 25 miles to return my partNo refund. Never installed part now I am out140.00. I found the part on amazon for 115.00No tax no freight. But thought I would try to do business with a local company. Bad decision.Don’t buy from this Thieves.
