One of my favorite Kroger! Self check counters are always super convenient! Ive never had an issues when I visited the store. Vegetables and fruits section is always clean and looks great. They keep sanitizing every shelves and inside the store. Also, most employees were super friendly and helpful! I recommend this Kroger!

We have been coming to this store for years. We will not be coming back. Had to use self check out which I dont like because there were only two Checkers and their lines were backed down the aisles. Could not find a lot of things I normally get here. To top it off self check kept messing up and the young people who were supposed to help seemed more interested in phones and such

Usually out of stock on the most popular items. The amount of times I’ve had to go to walmart for things that were missing from Kroger! This place is closer to home, but I wish they keep track of their inventory better.

Great store. They have everything here that you could need. Great produce section. Awesome cuts of meat. Crab legs, whole tenderloins, sandwich meat, fish, frozen goods, etc. There a huge cheese section. Fresh sushi made daily. The lunch bar has a good variety too. They also have a pharmacy and a Starbucks. They carry clothes for men women and children. Also has a beauty section and childrens toys. Theres also a seasonal section. Like I said everything you need you can get at this Kroger.

Cool environment, good products but the management has to care about the cashier lines. Too many and very crowded lines. Over 8 people and 20 min wait time is too much

This is a nice store with a good selection, but they need a complete revamp with their check out and their click list pickup procedures. I’m sitting at the store over an hour in after showing up on time for a scheduled pickup. I just called to see what the issue might be, and was told that they were just about to start assembling my order. Apparently they don’t start putting together the orders until you arrive at the store.And don’t get me started on the checkout situation. Pretty much every time I come in, there are no more than two registers open (with lines 5 deep). They have self-check stations, which are much appreciated, but half of them are usually closed.Bright spot...the pharmacy does an excellent job.

I’ve been using the pickup option from this location, but after today I am about done. The last 3 times I have used the service they have called me and asked me to come later than my allotted time. This is so frustrating and immediately takes the convenience factor out of the service. Last time I was here they forgot a bag and I had to come back and pick it up later that evening. I know they are short on employees and I have been patient and understanding but if they can’t get it right, then don’t offer the service for now until they can get people staffed up and trained correctly. Inside the store the check out lines are always long (both self check out and regular) and that’s annoying as well. It’s a shame because the store itself has a great selection and great produce.

Was once my go to grocery store. But this location is a mess. Few cashiers, very spotty selection. Heard manager was let go. Cantrell Kroger’s is better stocked and faster.

This Kroger is conveniently located off Chenal Parkway and has Clicklist!! If you have never used Clicklist, you should. You add to your cart everything you want to buy, select a time to pick it up and drive up where they load the items in your car. It saves me so much money because I actually stick to what I need.Besides Clicklist, this Kroger has a great selection of fresh produce. You can find abstract veggies like celery root and tons of greens.Avoid last minute holiday grabs. It is a super Kroger so it has a pharmacy, home decor, toys, clothes, and more.

Click list needs to do better! I waited for 50 minutes to receive my order!!! I checked in as normal... Waited and waited... Watch vehicle after vehicle receive their orders... Most of whom showed up after me! After my kids were getting extremely impatient waiting in the truck for that long, I finally called the number to talk with someone, and all that was said was they were getting my order out now. No apologies or anything. When the girl came to my truck with my things she handed me a substitution list that I was never notified about before hand. Definitely would have been better off just taking my kids in the store and shopping myself. Will most likely start going elsewhere!

This Kroger is terrible !! There is no such thing a a quick trip. They never have enough checkers and the ones they have are rude. The manager offers no help. Take your business to Walmart or Edwards until Kroger can staff appropriately.

I went into this store around 12 and went to the checkout where a lady named Dawn was checking out guests. I separated my groceries with a bar because there was someone in front of me. Well while the other customer was showing Dawn something they knocked the bar out of the way so she began to accidentally ring my groceries. Dawn became very angry telling me I’m supposed to use the bar. I said I did but they knocked it out of the way. She was VERY unpleasant and rude. This was my favorite Kroger to come to but I will not be back. My experience was less than 1 star. There needs to be retraining or this will happen again.

Just purchased some wild caught sockeye salmon from your meat department. Upon opening the package I was met with a rancid fish smell. I thought it was just the “wild caught” smell. After grilling it, I tasted it and it tasted like a carcass that’s been sitting for weeks. I guess I should’ve been more suspicious about the sale.

Ok, love the store itself. But DO NOT do the pick up here, if nothing else but for your own sanity. Its 2 o clock in the afternoon on a Thursday. Ive been here an hour. 3 others around me much longer. There are pickup spots available. So its not like there are a ton of people picking up at this time. Its not 5 oclock after work where people are swarming home and getting groceries on the way. I really could just pick up my own groceries if Im going to sit outside for 2 hours. Which is apparently what they prefer you to do.

Edited: just keeps getting worse...... Love Kroger. However, if you’re going to make us check ourselves. Don’t make us wait in long lines. Open up your self check out registers....

I love going to the Doctors office so I can visit here and shop. Its a wonderful place to visit. If they dont have it you dont need it!

Checking out. Dawn was my cashier. Did not care for her attitude. She apparently doesnt want to be a cashier. I had an item that was on clearance and it did not have a price tag on it. Instead of calling someone right away to do a price check, she kept throwing my item back on the conveyor belt and saying it doesnt have a tag on it. After ringing up all my other items, I asked if she was going to get a price she finally called for one. No one came. The sacker went to get it, but couldnt find the item. I went and got the item because there was a line behind waiting on me.

3 average. 5 stars for having a good selection. 1 for the poor customer service. The staff is is polite but checkout is terribly understaffed. On a weekend and after 5 on weekdays espect 30 minutes to 1 hr check out.

Used to be good. I love kroger and actively avoid walmart if possible but they have completely quit stocking checkout personnel. Ive got in there 4 times now after work to see one self check out section open and one manned checkout station open. Both with lines all the way back to frozen foods, is avoid going unless you want to wait forever in line.

This location while at one time was very well run has consistently continued to lack in service and efficiency. Today they only had two checkout lanes open on a Sunday. After an hour of loading a cart, i stood in line for 30 minutes before deciding to just leave without my groceries.I expect this from Walmart, that’s why I don’t shop there and chose to shop at Kroger years ago.This has been a consistent issue for several months. This is not a “Covid issue”, there are plenty of registers available to spread out for proper spacing. This is simply a lack of staffing detail by management creating a poor customer experience. They’ve had time like every business to adjust to a new business environment.I’ve tried using click list and having groceries delivered on 2 occasions. One time the produce and meat delivered were not what I would have selected but it was my first time so I figured that was on me.The next time they began shopping 4hrs early for my order and when I very clearly said they cannot be delivered before the time selected on their form, my order was canceled by the store.I have shopped at this location for several years (over 10) but after tonight I’ll just start going to Fresh Market or Whole-foods. They are both more expensive but the value of my time wasted at this Kroger is far greater. Honestly, this place might as well be a Walmart, and when Costco moves in next door these kind of issues will only become more of a reason for other customers to abandon this place.

Always a great experience! Love that bottled Sweet Tea, fresh grapes, cherry tomatoes, deli sliced Colby Jack cheese, and Ritz chip crackers! Perfect snack plate and drink on a hot summer day! 👍

Horrible pick up service! I’ve ordered my items last night for a pick up between 5-6pm. It is 7:21pm and I have not received my order! Spoke with management (Jay) around 6:15pm who states somebody had informed me “my order was pushed back” (which is not true) he then said my whole order would be ready in next 15-20 minutes. Walmart and Sams pick up order was the best! Shame on you Kroger! I was hoping since we pay more, we get better service!

Whoever was the check out number 7 station cashier should be fired. I just came back from shopping and she was deadly rude and unhelpful to me. She definitely should do inventory at the back instead of dealing with customers like we are welfare mothers. such a bad luck to have such abusive manners from her.

The store gets 5 star for size, inventory, cleanliness however I give it a zero for providing safety for its patrons and employees.I shopped there yesterday....NO sanitizing wipes at entrance, at least half of the employees were not wearing gloves or masks. Why would they not want to provide as much safety as possible! I questioned an employee who was helping me by asking why were the employees protected.... their response was “I guess they don’t want to spend the money!” Kroger would not be earning the money if those employees were not risking their safety by working. Wake up Kroger!!!

Checkout is always horrible at this location. You always have to wait forever to get any checkout, self or regular. Doesn’t matter you will be waiting for 10-15

Good employees, clean store

Generally, a great variety of products with fair prices (though reduced availability since COVID). 2 stars taken off because of persistent lack of employees at the checkout line. They use a system where they try to guilt you into bagging your groceries yourself.

Once again I am here after 5:00pm. A pretty busy time, and 16 of the self-checkout stations are closed.

I think its great good people work there and I have so far had a amazing working experience there and looking forward to many more

I went to this store today. I saw some people were not wearing their masks. I let the staff know that. However, they never took care of it.

Have been visiting this Kroger for a few months since we moved across town. Wouldn’t recommend going at peak times because it can be a mad house, but overall not a bad place to shop! Their hot sauce and salsa selection is a bit lacking, but I’m not going to fault them for that too much.The meat so far has been fresh and the veggies always look pretty good.Would much rather get fresh groceries here than try and fight the crowds at Walmart.

I normally am never out this far west, but there I was and I needed milk. This place is a circus! They even had giveaways going back in dairy. By the time I had walked back there I was too tired to stand around trying to win a pillow. They DO have Beavis and Butthead t-shirts tho.

I have been in line at the register for 20+ minutes. There is a self checkout with 12 registers that is entirely closed down. My groceries are thawing.

The expiration dates are always expired. Bought some yoghurts and they had been expired for a month. Went in the store and everything I buy I started to look at the dates and nearly everything is expired. Poor management and stocking for this. Dont shop here.

Kroger has progressively gotten worse over the years. Deli has shrank, pushing self check outs, prices are generally higher than Walmart on the same items. My one positive is employees are generally nice.My main issue is the grocery pick up, especially since they charge a fee. There is always a long wait and it seems that they have trouble keeping employees. I have had to wait over 40 minutes and at that point I could have done my own shopping and been out within that time.They will pick substitutions that are not remotely comparable.

This is my go to grocery store. You can usually expect big crowds during the usual busy times, but they do a good job moving you through the lines. They also have self check options at both ends of the store if you prefer to go that route. When you need a break from all the people watching at Walmart, I highly recommend knocking out your shopping at this location.

I stopped by this morning to get a couple of cupcakes from the bakery and had the most lovely customer service experience with Jessica in the bakery. She immediately stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed help, stopped what she was doing to help me, and was incredibly sweet and helpful in general. I was having a rough morning and this made it a little better. Thank you Jessica!

Used to love this Kroger, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The reason its no longer 5 star is because there is way too many self check outs and not enough regular checkers. Makes lines longer no matter where you go and way too many problems with self check machines.

Too big. I typically prefer Krogers over Walmarts but not in this case. It’s nice and all but waaay to big for me + it is set up too confusing.

This is definitely the Kroger of my choice in the Little Rock metro area. The store is nice and clean, well laid out, friendly staff and a great variety of grocery items and floral. There is usually no wait at checkout. I do not recommend self checkout if you have more than a couple items.The shelves being full are hit and miss, and although the staff is friendly none of them go out of there way to say hello or to help. If you track an associate down and ask for help, if its not their department it could take a lifetime to get an answer.All in all this is our go to grocery store. =)

The pick up is probably the worst you could have. Claim items are out of stock but if you walk inside, they are there. Substitutions aren’t even remotely similar to the items you originally asked for.

This is such a nice Kroger. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is super clean. I love that this location has more than just groceries as well. This is a great one stop shop for all your needs!

Good produce and usually have what I need in stock. Curbside pickup is great and I love getting the fuel points for discounts on gas.

Displays were colorful and attractive yet well-placed. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Obtaining their affinity card was a piece of cake. The aisles were clearly marked with the merchandise they held. Comfort facilities were well-marked and clean. The layout seemed very familiar, maybe because it is similar to the layout of a large and excellent Texas chain of grocery stores. The store structure was like a ranch house, very long but not too deep. This makes for easy access to the store from the parking lot, as long as you know which part of the store you want to visit. The only complaint I have is that Google Maps directions both by voice and by visual map led in a different direction. Maybe theres another Kroger north of this one.

An awesome Kroger with pretty much everything you could want. Produce section is generally well stocked and of top quality. No complaints honestly, the place is nice and well run.

Its a global pandemic with massive unemployment and this store, which has probably had record profits through this whole ordeal, has a single register lane open during busy shopping hours. Hire more people! Come on, Kroger!This has been a frequent occurrence for months.

The store on Chenal Parkway is enormous, offers clothing, toys, freshly prepared sushi, and a hot-food line, which while not delicious, is definitely a solid choice for a quick lunch or a take home family dinner. Deli offers Boars Head products. Seafood and butcher cases with strong variety. Floral department better than most supermarkets.

Click-List. This location offers it and its amazing. Going inside isnt bad, but sitting in my car while groceries are delivered is better. Inside there is everything youd expect from a grocery, and more. Nice wine and beer selection and sushi. Great meat products too.

Kroger is always a great place to shop, with great selection, and fair prices. Getting in and out is very easy. Handicap parking available. Staff is quick and efficient.

It seemed like a store that has all the things you need. I would consider it better than Wal-Mart due to member benefits with a Kroger Card. Very clean store. I was just in there for blue bell ice cream but the store is huge. It was difficult to find bit eventually I find it. I would recommend coming to this chain of store to just see what they have to offer.

Checkout lines are always a mile long and the shelves are never restocked.

Excellent selection and store size. They even have a toy isle, several at that. Isles could be slightly wider, if its crowded youll notice when youre trying to get your buggy past another persons. But overall its great place to shop.

This is a pretty swanky Kroger. The organic/whole food department is the best of all the Kroger stores I have been to. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. The clientele is typical of West Little Rock/Chenal area, and I think that adds to the atmosphere. I would recommend this place for sure.

This is the best Kroger location by far. It is in a perfect part of town with ample parking and access. The supply of items and selection has me astonished every time I go in. The produce department and meat area is fantastic. They even have a hot lunch and breakfast. They will cook your lobster and steak too. What a cool place. Everyone should check it out. Walmart is everywhere. Go to Kroger.

I have been through the checkout line twice now with the checkers never saying a word to us as they were to busy visiting with coworkers. There was once a thing called customer service, definitely lost at this location.

Store has deteriorated & is not always stocked. I have written management several times re: keeping handicapped electric carts charged. This week there were 3 carts in the parking lot & 2 sitting at the front of the store, all non-functional. Its ironic that this store actually has a row of outlets at its entryway to keep carts plugged in, but none of the outlets were being used.Krogers charges $9.95 for delivery. Save some money: use another delivery service that gives you the option of having multiple stores to choose from. Like Instacart.I do try to get my groceries delivered, but I dont get a 10% senior citizen discount which is offered on Tuesdays, unless I shop in person.Krogers tries to practice social distancing, but with inadequate room at the front of store; lines are long & block the front aisles.

I stay over 30 minutes away and arrived on time and was told to come back in 2 hours. When I got here I waited another 30 minutes. What would have taken me 30-40 minutes to do myself took me over two hours. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! Publix please come to Arkansas!!!!

Never mind that the roof leaks in spots after heavy rain, or that Clicklist carts dot every other aisle. I still love this place. Both sale and regular prices are highly competitive. If you just have a Kroger card and havent linked it to an online digital coupon account, youre missing on even more savings. I shop here because i save bank on groceries; its 3 minutes from work; there are frequently jaw-dropping overstock and closeout markdowns, and I flat out love the staff here. If you dont feel that way about your grocery cashiers, try this place. I feel so welcome here. Good job!

A Kroger so big you can make an afternoon out of it. Every few months, I take the trip out to very West Little Rock just for this store, passing by many other more conveniently-located Krogers. I always wind up finding new products that I havent had before, simply because other stores are smaller and lack the display space. While I dont typically make use of the non-grocery aspects of this store, there is a clothing section, a seasonal section, and a few other sections you would not normally find in a Kroger. Worth the trip!

This is the classiest Kroger EVER❣It was like Pier One, Kitchen Collection, Zales, Western Union, Kroger & gourmet deli plus Whole Foods all rolled into ONE!!

So far my experience with Kroger has mainly consisted of ordering my groceries online and picking them up at a set time to my most convience and so far I really dont have complaints towards the service. I would recommend this to everyone really, why spend 15-30+ minuets shopping when they can do it for you for a small fee and you dont have to waste valuable time shopping. Pull up at the back and call the # on the post and theyll bring your groceries out to you and even load everything! Not one finger is lifted using this service. Now sometimes when theyre out of a specific item theyll substitute it with the closest thing to what you wanted and they even mark it on the paperwork to show whats been subbed for what. Excellent service and like I said above, I recommend everyone to do this. Imagine a grocery store with nothing but employee s inside shopping for you! Plus the job growth for employees to maintain this service would grow exponentially. 10/10 customer service.

The low stars are for the low customer service. The bags in the produce department are always low or out in the places you need them. The shopping basket bin by the entry door is always empty and yet the bin by the exit door is always full, are the employees really that lazy? The shopping cart containers in the parking lot are always full. Im from the northern part of the country so Im used to a higher level of service but the service at this store is low even for Arkansas standards. I think the high ratings come from Arkansas natives who have never left the state to experience what real quality customer service is like.

Firstly this Kroger has all you could need or want in a grocery store. It is well stocked and clean. There is so much more than groceries available at this location and it is a very nice place in a good neighborhood. That being said some of the staff is not accommodating. They act as if it is a problem for you to need them to do their job. This has happened in the seafood department and in the sandwich pizza area in the deli. 2 places where their service is of importance and directly related to handling the requests and needs of the customer. Also I arrived just a couple minutes before midnight not knowing that was when they closed. I was promptly told they were closed bit they let me go get my eggs quickly... That was a nice thing. But upon my checkout they did nothing but try to guilt me for having come so late and remind me about the doors or whatever inconvenience it was causing them. I do appreciate they let me get my eggs. And I thanked the manager profusely. But instead of saying welcome to me and how they love their customers I was made to feel as if I was a burden. Im from the poorer side of town and I guess needing eggs late at night is more understood than it is on the rich side of town where so much money is spent that the employees feel the customer should be grateful that Kroger has provided a place to get groceries and poor service all in one convenient location. I dont mean to sound ungrateful and to most it may seem old fashioned to expect that great customer service should always be present... And by great I just mean people who dont make you feel bad for having burdened them with a job they are being paid to do. And if they are going to be nice and allow the last late commer a chance to buy eggs, being gracious and smiling even though it was an allowed inconvenience and remembering we are all human beings.

This was the worst store I have ever been to. It was so busy I couldnt find what I was looking for. I asked the boy at the butchers area in the back for what their best chicken was. He responded very unprofessionally and rude. We waited 45mins to check out. And the cashier was really rude and questioned everything that I had in my cart

Huge store. They pretty much have anything you would look for in a super store. It is very big so and its hard to find things so I wouldnt​ go here if I just want to get something quickly.

I love Krogers but this store makes a practice of holding back the organic milk until it expires so as not to compete with the bigger dairies. Getting harder to find true organic foods as they are mixing it with clever look alikes. Update: they have moved the organic milk out and its easy to find, but now they moved the organic soup under the other soups. Now you have to lay down to get to it.

I get all of my groceries here on way home from work. Great promotions and I love the gas points I get from using my Kroger card to make purchases. Also love where you can customize a 6 pack of beer!

Awesome selections at the ready food counter. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the options. The tamales were really good!

The employees are almost always eager to help. The store is large, giving it a great open feeling you would miss at other grocery chains. Kroger always has good deals!

Of the two Krogers on the west end of Little Rock, this is the better one - larger store, appears to have more product offerings, nice deli section. For both Kroger stores, the prices on many items seem higher than the local Wal-Marts.

Love shopping at this store. The clothes are priced right. Constantly have sales on them. Been with the pharmacy many many years. They know me by name.

I like this store. Almost always I can find the items that I want/need. The meat and seafood items and the pharmacy operation, IMO, are particularly high quality and well -run. Staff is generally congenial and helpful.

Its my go-to grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Easy to get to and get out quickly.

I live in OKC, a place where grocery stores go to die. As a diversion, since I travel a lot to different places, I like to visit grocery stores just to see what nice ones are like. This Kroger is amazing. Not only great foods, but also clothing and other items. I found a great sale on coffee. BTW, this is a place you can buy Kauai Coffee in K-cups. In my opinion, Kauai is the best Hawaiian coffee you can get stateside, and happens to be reasonably priced. I wish we had a store like this in OKC. I would drive 20 miles to shop there!

Great time shopping with a live band and the lights going out. But Kroger had it back on in seconds. Great job.

It is really nice since they have upgraded. Its almost like having Whole Foods in part of the store. There are also trendy clothing items available.

I hate coming to this Kroger. Few times have I been inside and actually been helped out in the floor or felt welcomed. It’s the closest to where I live, though. The friendly people are SOME of the cashiers. I once had an associate follow me around with one of those wide push brooms. I figure he was following me because 1. Others were looking at me/us funny & 2. He bumped my feet, nearly tripping me with it twice. When I looked at him, he tried to hide the stupid grin on his face. I came today to use the Western Union, which opens at 8:00a. It was 8:15.... not a big deal so much that no one was at the counter. I asked three associates that were just walking around chatting with each other before one even tried to help. The woman that did “help” looked me up and down, looked at her watch, went to the end of the counter, waved her hand in the air, and turned back to me saying “She’s over there.” She turned and walked away. I won’t be back. Other than the Walgreens out here, and unless it’s an absolute necessity, I think I’m done with all of Chenal out towards the Promenade. I hate it out here and I’m ready to move. For it to be so “nice” out here, customer service and nearly everyone’s attitude sucks.
