This place have been nothing but a poor experience. I took my car to them in February for a replacement for a window regulator. A tech came out the following week to do a diagnosis and ordered the part he said it needed. A couple days later a different technician came out with the part that was ordered and said it was the wrong part! He then told me they would have to order the correct part which took two weeks to get in. Once the part arrived it took them a week and a half to come out install the part. However once they fixed this part my window polarity was off, meaning when you press the window button down it let up and when you press up it let down! They then told me that I would have to bring it to the shop to get checked because they didnt know what happened. I took it to a shop on a Monday in the beginning of MARCH a whole month later. They told me it would be ready for pick up end of day and when I called guess what?? IT WASNT! They stated they had to order a part which would fix the problem. AGAIN ANOTHER WEEK!! I went to go pick my car the next Monday and as you can predict. IT WAS STILL NOT FIXED. I left my car with them at their shop for a full week for them to tell me it was a rats nest under my hood which caused for a shortage in the cable wiring. Well my question is how would that be possible when my car sits in a closed garage with no access which sounded so fishy!!! I took my car without being fixed to another shop and found out nothing was wrong with the wiring and also to find out they put the wrong regulator on and thats why the window polarity was off to begin with. This has been the worse decision Ive ever made!! I wouldnt recommend it to no one ever!! They have kept me in this position for 2 Months and still did not fix my window!!!!!!!

I would never use this company again. They have more excuses/troubles. I took of work 5 days. Phone troubles, service guy put windshield wrong, when it rained I had an inch of water in my floor. Also service DID NOT SHOW UP. Don’t try calling Mr. Hardcastle, district manager. I called 3 times left messages and no return calls. I’m done with this company.

I do not recommend Glass Doctor. My husband and I had them come to our house months ago and give us an estimate to replace the glass in 2 of our back doors. The installer saw the doors, said he could do the job, gave us an estimate, we paid half ahead of time and then waited for the glass to come in. They never called us when the glass came in. So after hearing nothing for a while, my husband calls to check in and they say “Oh yeah! The glass is in, let’s get you on the schedule.” They get us on the schedule, they don’t come with they’re supposed to. We call them to ask what’s going on and they put us on the schedule again. This time, he comes (same guy who told us the job was doable and gave us the estimate) and messes with one of the doors for about 30 minutes - then says “Sorry, we can’t replace the glass in this door” and gives some long-winded reasoning as to why not, and then leaves. Mind you, we had the seller of our home replace 2 of the glass panels on the other doors in our house (that are exactly the same) before we moved in, so we know it is in fact possible to replace the glass in the doors - he was just unwilling/unable to himself. :|So now we’re left with the trim on our BLACK door cracked, it has a massive chip missing, and is covered with WHITE caulking. He claimed someone from the office will call to resolve this and that he’ll be back to paint the door (that he destroyed). We never get a call. My husband calls them, AGAIN, only for them to say they had no idea the glass wasn’t installed and that they’ll send someone out the following week to complete the job. No one calls, no one comes. So, my husband calls, AGAIN and is given a million apologies and told the manager will call him back. Well, it’s been a week - and she has yet to call. We have lost complete confidence in this company and honestly just want our money back at this point - because we just essentially paid them $300 to destroy the trim in our door. Do not use this company unless you want to continually have to contact them and not get the work you paid for completed. It’s been a complete waste of our time.

They scheduled mobile replacement of my windshield. The next day they called to tell me I had to drop it off and it would be 5 days before they could get to me. I arranged for a ride and dropped it off at 8:30am to the most disinterested person I have ever encountered. Received a call around noon saying they couldnt calibrate the cameras and sensors without my gas tank being full. I agreed to have them take my car to the gas station and pay them when I picked up my car. I checked in with them around 4:30 and they told me not to enable my lane departure warning because it wasnt calibrated. I pick up my car after they close to find out my pre-sense emergency braking system is malfunctioning, a scratch on my woodgrain console, and leaves and dried up rain water in my floorboard. I find my receipt for the gas after driving 25 miles and see they have put regular gas in my car that requires premium. (There is a very clear label below the gas cap stating the octane requirements of my vehicle.) Now my car has to be towed to another shop to have the gas drained and the sensors calibrated.If you care about your vehicle, this is not the place to take it.

I am only giving one star because that is the lowest rating it would allow. When honestly they do not even deserve that. It has been months and still no follow up call or anything about fixing my windows. First we receive an estimate that was inaccurate, and then when the guy arrives we get the correct estimate and I agree to the repairs. However when it came to replacing my front living room window the guy says he needs a tool to remove the frame and he would come back with the tool and then replace it. However the major issue is here while trying to remove the window he broke pieces of it, and simply covered it with plastic. This has been like this for months and even after my husband called, they said they would look into it and call back and still nothing. So now I have to replace a window that wasnt even broken to begin with.

Get ready to have a broken window for a long time. Initial call: March 15th. Work completed...tbd??They were unresponsive after the initial call to set up a consultation. Multiple calls and requests later they finally sent someone out for a quote. They took half the cost as a deposit right off the bat so we were basically stuck with them. Took over a month for them to make the window. When they finally showed for the install, the glass did not fit correctly. Tech arrived outside of scheduled time and did not wear a mask for either visit.

Glass Doctor tech Jose came through for us! Our house has some older aluminum windows that had fallen victim to thrown rocks (from lawnmowing) and they got the glass replaced the same day!

I called Glass Doctor for a quote on getting glass replaced in a cloudy window. He measured and said $330. I paid half up front.Later when the glass was ready, he came out to install and my husband paid the other half. But they only replaced the bottom pane of glass—the top is still cloudy!I contacted them again, only to find out the verbal quote was only for the bottom pane (I’ll be sure to get things in writing in the future). They asked me to send a pic of the foggy pane, and offered to send someone out for an estimate for the top pane to be replaced for ADDITIONAL cost. I got a text confirmation of the appointment. THEY NEVER SHOWED.Don’t use Glass Doctor if you value your money, your time, or you want the job done right the first time.

After taking the old windshield out, it took a month or more to get a new one put in! Never seen or heard of this before. Being parents of 3 small children, Thank God we have an extra vehicle since the windshield-less vehicle could not move for a month! Very inconvenient!⭐

They did promptly schedule a free estimate appt w my mom. The tech was very knowledgeable about sliding doors but they were almost 3 times the price as other estimates I received. I get that u get what u pay for but my mom needed a already finished shower door reinstalled in shower after it was removed and glass replaced . The just had to hold it up( pretty heavy) and screw it into tile where it was already installed before. There did need to be new anchors in wall but 3 times the cost and providing no product at all. So seemed pretty far out of parameters. But very friendly and professional on phone and in person.

I was five dollars short in the total amount and asked if I could run to the ATM and the guys told me not to worry about it and were super friendly. I used the Glass Doctor from Hot Springs to replace almost 50 Insulated Glass Units in my existing windows at my home. They did an excellent job of making my IGUs, and installing the IGUs. Holly, the Service Rep. and Jack, the Installation Tech, were fabulous and very customer focused. I highly recommend this company for replacing your home windows. They went the extra mile to insure that we were pleased with their work.

I set an appointment on Monday for Wednesday to get window replaced. No call no show so I called them at 11:00am and was told they had a glitch and it would be Friday before they could get to me. DO NOT USE THEY ARE NOT LOCAL ITS ALL THRU A CALL CENTER. TERRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION.

I was not satisfied with this company and will not recommend. They are 2 expensive for a couple of broken windows. The technician left and came back the next day told mt son he was coming back next day. I think i got cheated 4 one window.

The technician who came was lovely. On time, efficient, friendly. HOWEVER, Ive called three times over the following weeks to actually get an estimate. Each time the person answering the phone is nice, but no follow up. At this point, Ive decided they dont want my business. Sad :-( Am now speaking with a competitor.

Yesterday I spoke with one of your representatives about having the windshield in my Crown Victoria replace. She quoted me a price and said it would be a factory windshield installed with factory glue. We set this afternoon for the installation. When the installer came I happen to ask him about the type glass and he said it was LIKE factory glass but wasn’t factory glass. He called the office and they said they could put that in but it would be $95 more. Naturally they didnt have that glass with them and I wouldnt have paid the increased amount anyway. At that point I told him no and I was sorry your company had wasted my time.

Glass Doctor of Hot Springs did an excellent job with our motor home windshield replacement. After removing the cracked windshield they discovered extensive rust damage on the frame. Holly called several body shops in the area to see if any of them were available that could repair the metal before installing the new windshield; unfortunately they were all booked up for weeks. Because we live in our motor home full time, being without a windshield and not being able to drive it was a problem. Rising to the challenge, Glass Doctor took it upon themselves to repair the rust damage. 24 hours later, the frame looked great and they were able to replace the windshield. We would highly recommend Glass Doctor of Hot Springs, Ar. A great team!!

There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between the office and the technician who came out to fix the window. When I called them, they told me they would send someone out to look at the window. When they arrived the technician never checked in with the front office. We are a school and everyone MUST check in.After the technician left, I received an invoice for the project. I called down to the front office to see if they had completed the work and the receptionist stated they never checked in so they were unsure. I called the Principal and he stated that the window was still not repaired. I called Glass Doctor to see why we received an invoice and was told it was supposed to be sent as a quote not an actual invoice. Once I approved them to move forward with fixing the window it took another 3 days before they came out to fix it.Not particularly impressed by our experience with Glass Doctor.

Called for a window leak in a commercial facility last Wednesday. It was an emergency service call. The first time they went out they told me it was too wet for them to do a water test and that they would have to come back out after it dries out. The second time they went, which was today, they called me and said they cant fix it because they are not equipped to work on wet glaze curtain wall systems. I asked why they told me they would go back out if they dont work on those systems and the lady said because they thought they could fix it however the leak wasnt coming from where they thought it might of been coming from. But she said dont worry I am going to lower the charge to only $250. I asked how can I justify that charge and she said well we are giving you information that you didnt have. THAT DOES NOT FIX OR HELP MY PROBLEM! So basically if its not an easy fix they charge you even if they dont fix it.

After a free estimate, it took a week to schedule me for a for 2 non emergent window repairs. It was scheduled wrong, for just 1 window and the wrong type of window, but when they realized it, they fixed both and had someone else come out and help so it could all be done in one night. It wasnt the most prompt but I appreciated the effort made to fix it. Cleaned up and looked good. Very satisfied!

My technition was on time and stayed late to finish taking the order and completing the installation. He was onsite on three different days because I added additional windows/screens to replace. I will definitely use and recommend Glass Doctor of North Little Rock for future window repair or replacement.

I was working on a Saturday morning Feb 9 2019 when I broke a glass door at one of my customers businesses . I called Glass Doctors ultimately I dealt with Dustin, he was professional and knowledgeable as soon as he looked at the glass he mentioned it was an odd size and would have to be ordered, no problem . Dustin stated it would be in the following Tuesday after discussing with my customer we set this in motion, I get a call on Friday 15 Feb. window installed . What a disaster!!! First the windshield they installed had some hazing inside the glass... The plastic strips on the windshield post got broken and one came off destroying the front cover of the passenger side mirror... The rearview mirror is loose and shakes so bad you can hardly see out of it.... This is a 2014 Explorer Sport $48K car... I was offered a $50 refund on the $421.86 job they did... Lost use of the car for a week because the plastic trim on the left side is loose and the wind noise from the missing trim on the right side is unbearable... Their solution was to put TAPE over the windshield post... Like I said this is a $48K car.... Now they called and cant get another windshield for 16 days.... Asked for a full refund and for the trim pieces they destroyed to be delivered to me. Was told they would do that... Still waiting on both.... Chose them to do the work even though they were 40% higher than my other quotes because Holly convinced me they were the best.... Had the other company install windshields in two cars the next day... No problem and half the cost....

Was told someone would be here between 1:30 and 3:30 and would call when on the way. I called the office at 3:30 and was told the technician was still at previous job. Not even 10 minutes later the same lady calls back and tells me the technician wouldnt be able to come today. They claim they called me and didnt get an answer. Double checked my call log to confirm that isnt true. Doesnt make sense anyway based on what I was told 10 minutes prior.

I received my call from Glass Doctor and Larry was out to fix the star in my windshield that same morning. Very pleased with the work and promptness of the company. The work also came with a warranty, and he provided a can of glass cleaner as well. I highly recommend them.

The initial technician that came out to measure estimated the delivery time to be 10 days. Three weeks later another tech finally came with the window, but it was the wrong size. Two weeks later we had another appointment scheduled but the window was broken in transport. After 2 months I finally had a window again instead a piece of cardboard and duct tape. I probably had to make 10 phone calls into Glass Doctor to track down my window, and didnt even receive an apology, which would have went a long way, I understand that mistakes happen. I was also promised a partial refund, but that never happened either.

Glass Doctor responded quickly, great communication and friendly service. I will be using again.
