I was definitely impressed by the attentiveness to the need that I had also on how fast the product was returned to me when they say theyre going to get it back to you in a day and a half and they will do their best they mean it took one day and a half to get my product back and I am very pleased thank you once again may God continue to bless your companyπŸ‘πŸ½

BEWARE of This Company!! The Owner/President Brian Duncan made very raciest remarks to me today and was very rude, and irate. I have never experienced such rudeness from a business owner in my life! Long Story Short, they were doing product labeling for me, I went in to pick up my labels up which was just suppose to be a sample, and they completed a full order for me, without my permission and tried to force me to accept it. When I advised the Business Manager she went and got the owner Brian Duncan who came out of his office already in what seemed a bad defensive mood and he looked at me and said look we dont do small orders and basically you can take this or leave this, I dont need your business, he went on and on trying to belittle myself and my company telling me he had state contracts, etc, and that my little business was nothing. I advised him that this was clearly miscommunication and that the person handling my labels never communicated to me any minimum or maximum order statues, etc and that I specifically requested a sample to submit to the company that was handling my cosmetics, I told him to contact the person that did the labels to clear things up He told me he didnt care and that I needed to stop trying to Jew Him down, and that I was stealing profits from his business by trying to Jew him down. I found this very offensive!!! Brian Duncan Owner of Digital Print Imaging, told me my little money was nothing to him and then he snatched the labels out of my hand and said honey your nothing and I advised him that I would contact everybody I knew and let them know how horrible he treats his customers and he said You cant do anything to my credibility and your people dont spend enough money with me to pay a bill around here so tell who you want to tell. He basically shuffled me through his door. I feel that this man is a horrible person with some serious issues, given the degree of the issue. He was very hot headed he had no concern for my issue and he didnt even ask the person that did the labels what happened, etc he just completely went off, and as a business owner, he should never have used the Jew him down statement, nor should he have called out my race. Please beware of this company, I will be posting this information and letting everybody know about this company. I will also be contacting the State of Arkansas because he has contracts with them also and should not be able to serve the State of Arkansas and be such a Raciest!!!!!P lease pass this along to everyone you know, this type of attitude should not be tolerated and people should know who they are spending their money with. and he should be held to a higher standard when serving the public. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
