Very nice young man at the counter. He gave us suggestions and samples to try. Staff was masked and very friendly.Highly recommend this place for an afternoon snack.

Went to the drive-through and ordered regular waffle cone with a scoop of Peanut butter truffle and sea salt caramel. The waffle cone was melt in your mouth goodness; however, the ice cream was okay. The soft serve flavors at this location were from my old days of TCBY experience; I was looking for something “new”. So, I passed up “old familiar” soft serve flavors instead.

This place is very ghetto because of the workers good glee say they close at 10 but they were closed at 8:57pm and the workers were mad because they had to do their job and the young lady threw a spoon at me

The ice cream sundae was really good but the chocolate malt was very disappointing. We went back through the drive thru after ordering the malt to tell them it did not taste good at all. They were kind enough to remake it for us. Although the gesture was very kind the malt was still not good. Instead of going back or having them remake it we just went home disappointed and trashed it. Maybe malts and shakes should be retaught.

I had a wonderful conversation with the owner! Hes putting in some new dairy free alternatives soon and was such a fun story to hear how long this ice cream has been served all over CA. Celebrities and regulars alike cant get enough of Saffron ice cream. I cant either!

On Saturday, 11/21/20, me and my wife finished eating our meal from Chik-fil-a in the Academy Sports parking lot next to this location and we decided to get some ice cream here. In the twenty something minutes it took us to finish our meal, at no time did anyone pull through the drive thru before us. We pull through and a girl on the speaker says hold for just a minute please and we waited for a little less than ten minutes and noticed that the girl *supposed* to be working the drive thru is next to us behind the building standing outside her car smoking weed and talking on the phone totally ignoring us. We give up after close to ten minutes and pull around and the whole time (close to a half hour) theres been a black SUV sitting there at the window. I used to have good memories of this location back in the 80s and early 90s but I will never return to this location again after the rotten service we received here.

I went through the drive thru ordered a regular hand scooped chocolate in a cup. The chocolate was melted. I went inside to get a different flavor. All the hand scooped ice cream was melted or melting. I kindly inform the manager that I wanted a refund. Not melted hand scooped ice cream. As the manager went to get my refund one of the workers called me an idiot for wanting a refund for melted ice cream. I don’t know about her but I don’t eat melted ice cream nor do I buy melted ice cream. I will no longer go back to TCBY on Markham in Little Rock again

I always choose Tcby. This is close to my job. The service could be better, but I have experienced much worse. Today I ordered a small golden vanilla ice cream on a waffle cone. I was given a cup. I told her I ordered a cone. She looked a little upset. It was a little weird.

Ordered a cup of yogurt and they gave me such a pitiful cup that it looked as if it had melted down... I asked for a REFUND... The issue is the customer service... I patronize this location often and have never gotten such a pitiful serving... when I addressed it the young lady working the drive through (Monday, 8/26/19, 3:15pm) just basically dismissed my displeasure as the customer.. didnt offer to remake it or anything... so bc of the lack of customer service, I got a refund and wont be returning...

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! HORRIBLE customer service! AND you’ll get called an idiot for returning melted hand scooped ice cream! I don’t know about y’all but I like my hand scooped ice cream to be frozen when I get it, not the consistency of whipped cream!! I wouldn’t recommend this place, the biggest girl that works in there is the absolute worst of them all!! She’s the one who called us an idiot! No one would have ate the ice cream that I was served!!

This TCBY is pretty old but in a neat way, not in a dated way. That being said, the layout of how you can get your yogurt is a little different than the norm in my opinion. It looks a bit like an ice cream parlor setup with specific flavors in buckets in the front, while most TCBYs now are self-serving. I felt pressured to choose one of the bucket flavors and the employee was really weird. They dont wear gloves while scooping, and that is really bothersome because the guy who scooped mine imediately went and cleaned the bathrooms (without gloves) and did not wash his hands before scooping the next customers. My yogurt was badly freezer burned as well.

Major ripoff. I paid almost nine bucks for a tiny cup of icecream. Go inside the drive through is not worth it. Shakes is so much better for the money.

Yes i had the chocolate dip cone with nuts around it with Rocky Road ice cream and of course I topped it off with caramel and pecans it was so good of course I had that at North Little Rock at Lakewood Village Im going to try the Markham spot hopefully its just as good

If you’re like me and you love Froyo, do yourself a favor and SKIP TCBY on West Markham in Little Rock!!! This place is beyond disgusting and has numerous issues. These are just a few images of what’s wrong with this building. Walls separating from each other (where I’ve witness on many occasions roaches crawling in and out of), nasty sticky mess caked up in the corners, the soda machine has black mold INSIDE IT, so it cannot be cleaned it must be replaced. There is no hot water in the entire building so nothing in the store is being properly sanitized including dishes, tables, counter tops, bathrooms, dip case (where the hand scooped ice cream is), the scoops used to get the ice cream, and even the floor. The floors flood when the sinks are drained due to bad plumbing. The place is disgusting and should be shut down. I’ve already notified the health department and they are stunned by the standing of this facility and will be looking into it further. I hope you care for your health enough to go somewhere else and never give this establishment your money!
