Not the friendliest crew to deal with!! They act like your interrupting their TV show & not gonna offer any suggestion & expect you to know a part number, etc.!! I would definitely go elsewhere if they werent the only case dealer. I ordered a part & recieved a call that it was in...went & picked it up to find out I paid the freight! Never told about being charged for shipping, just assumed Id pay i guess!😕 If Id known, i could have ordered it myself online & had it shipped directly to me!! Quite frustrating...😞

Wouldnt call them again if my dozer quit while pushing over their building. Guy acted like I was bugging him and without even asking the year or serial number of my dozer just said he didnt have the part.
