The employees were less than enthusiastic and less than helpful. One gentleman who has worked in the Printing Services for decades was inclined not to go out of his way to help me.The environment was depressing.

Great customer service. Place to go for quality work and fast service. Special mention to Jayme from tech support for extraordinary customer service. Highly recommended this place.

As travelers, we have no access to a printer and are also out of data. We needed copies of important documents and Kaitlyn was so professional and while most of the printers/copiers in the store were down, she kept a cool head and got us copies made quickly and very professionally. We left as very satisfied customers.

This is a one star review only because zero/negative stars isn’t an option. The staff was indifferent and borderline rude when asked about desk availability, then when we were told all items we were interested in were out of stock, we were told displays weren’t for sale. Fair enough I suppose. Then they said they were getting in a large shipment of desks on Monday. So we waited until mid afternoon, couldn’t find anyone to help, so we looked for someone we might have recognized from last trip. We found the manager and asked for his help with desks, he then said the shipment hadn’t even left yet in an indifferent tone. So I try to use brick and mortar retailers whenever possible, but it looks like amazon will be getting all my office supply business from here on out. The sad part is no one cares.

Provided us with everything we needed

I placed an order online. The order was ready for pick up super fast. The customer service was outstanding!! Even when I needed to return a few of the items, it was not a problem. The staff was very courteous and professional. I will definitely return for all of my office supplies.

Well, I love the store... And everything they sale.. but dont ever pick an item up and walk around looking at stuff longer than 20 minutes... Because the rent-a-cop will make you put your hands up and frisk you .and after you pay for everything... He will walk you to the door ...WITH NO APOLOGIZING.... Ill never go back in those doors!

It took a while for me to find an employee who is willing to be helpful but when I did he was really nice. It would be great of the store would train all of its employees to just have a basic courtesy when they are out on the floor with customers.

Time 0436pm and while Im a lover of Office Depot this is the second time Ive been faced with such rudeness and unprofessionalism. My experience is long and very concerning. I pray that the powers that be will contact me. My experience with customer is vast but today I wish on my relatives graves I had been a mystery shopper. The young man was obviously annoyed to the 1000th power when he answered the phone and represented office Depot. He did not identify himself but when asked if he was busy he in so many terms let me know he was helping others. Wonder how many heard his tone and what he said? Office Depot I spend tooooooo much money in your stores.....things have got to be better than todays representation.

They are very good people that work there and are not rude to their customers. Like all the other office depots around little rock. And they are very helpful also.

Benton store in saline county. If you want business cards done & be done right with logo, address,& phone #s right & done on same day matte & not days later I strongly suggest another business print shop.Ive been 3 times & have had to go back twice to get cards done the right way.

Convenient location that is close to many retail businesses. Ive been in here several times for office supplies or printer supplies and its always been smooth.

This is your standard Office Depot / office supply store. Was greeted timely by the staff and asked if I needed anything repeatedly. Has all the things you need at an office supply store, you can get in and out quickly.

I came to get shredding done. Before I could say something he noticed when there was a problem and right away assisted. There laminating is too expensive.
