My friends and I had a wonderful time at Journeys! The store was clean and neat. The salesperson who worked with us, Devin, was awesome! Very attentive and great advice. The rest of the staff was amazing as well giving us tips and advice on what product would suit our needs best. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Excellent sales associates but one of the all-time worst shoe shopping experiences ever. I wear a size 12 - fairly common in the US one would imagine. Of the two Doc Marten styles I picked from the display shelves, Journeys had only sizes 9 and 13 in stock. Lame.Two weeks later...All about second chances so I made a return trip. Again, sales reps (two young men) were upbeat, friendly and eager to get me in a boot. And also again, the boot I picked from the display was not in stock. Bummer.
