This has been my best source for stylish shoes. The employees are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to enhance the shopping experience. When I walk into the store, they greet us. I learned from one of the employees that the company is part of Nike so many of the shoes are made with very high quality components. I have a photo of my black shoes which have a Nike insert thats very high quality, strong, and comfortable. I have to say, these shoes have been through a lot and not one of my shoes have faded or fallen apart. Thats incredible! It’s incredible because these are not work shoes, per se. These are not boots or construction grade shoes and yet they’re holding up like ones while also being very stylish! I love colorful, stylish shoes but that use to be a very expensive choice. It’s not anymore. I have bought close to two dozen shoes from this place. No, it has been more than that because I bought them as gifts for friends- because why not? The prices here! It is my dream that this place expands to sell more clearance shoes, that’s all I’m saying. Oh, and their t-shirts too! The T-shirts are soft and comfortable while also not too hot. It’s very hot and humid around here and these shirts work well for this type of weather!

I would have loved to give this store 5 stars however they get 2. And the 2 is only because of their new hire, who had been there only two days, provided GREAT customer service - otherwise it would have been a 1. The manager was VERY RUDE. I saw SEVERAL pair of shoes I wanted but because they were located on the TOP SHELF of the racks he wouldnt sell them to me. His EXACT WORDS We dont pull those down they are for restocking the shelves only! WTH??? The new hire got me the first pair down pior to us finding out this info, because she didnt know, and was then told to stop doing it. I would have purchased 4 pair but only left with 1... Ive NEVER heard of a store that would rather stock the shelves than actually sale the shoes.... and they didnt have a shortage....who does that???

The customer service here was amazing! Michael (Bird) was to notch. He made sure we not only got what we wanted, but that we were aware of any deals available. The store was clean and organized unlike some other outlets during this time.

I had never been to the store and my child received a pair of shoes for his birthday that were too big....we got the exact same shoe, same price....and they made me pay almost $4 more because I didnt have a receipt for the gift.....said they dont swap out the shoes even if exactly the same and even if I had the receipt and they had a different sale Id have to pay the difference.....horrible customer service!!!
