This is the place to go for all building materials one may need for any project, from small repair jobs up to & including complete New home builds. If Kaufman Lumber doesnt stock a particular product one wants for a specific project they can get it relatively quickly & usually under cost charged by big box stores. Staff is very knowledgeable & strives to ensure customers are happy with the experience.

Today at Kaufman was a good day and I went and got what I wanted and the cashier was great and funny and gave me directions on how to used the item in a careful manner... that I bought . So to the Kaufman hardware store enjoy your Tuesday.

Always been there and been fair...great inventory and great staff. I have bought material from Kaufman for 40+ years and they have always had what I needed. I am a homeowner and not a contractor but I know contractors who share my opinion. I have built a couple of houses over the years with my brothers.

Workers at kaufman lumber are always helpful

They gather up everything I need. Get me a stool to set on. I will never go to home depot or Lowes again. They are wonderful.

I set there 30 mins waiting for sombody to come see what I needed I seen guys racing on forklift and playing and just driving around

Very slow attention, and when you have to pickup the wood, is worst, helpers have the worst attitude. You most be ready to spent 30 minutes to y a couple of 2x4. Very stressful be there.

Great customer service and you just cant beat a place like Kauffman for fasteners and specialty items. Unlike the big box home improvement stores, here you can just get what you need and not have to spend more than you need.

I had to wait 30 min. in line with only 4 people in front of me. I ended up leaving, the staff didn’t seem to be motivated to get anything done and not a single employee was wearing a mask, or they were wearing it incorrectly. Not going back.

Went in for items pertaining to my pet dog. Staff was very 🆘 and they got me in and out in no time.

Overall A Plus experience. Sales desk helpful and friendly. People in the lumber yard area were as well. Was able to get good quality cedar 2X4s for a good price.Didnt even have to sort through the wood myself, the yardman did a good job of that, too! Will become my first choice for lumber and etc.

First off, They are a lot closer than you think. Its a quick trip on new 34 to 175. I called ahead for pricing and to make sure they had what I needed in stock. No getting passed around, just quick information. Recent purchase - treated lumber, every board was perfect, didnt have to get a cart, sort thru lumber (Home Depot) Price was lower than Home D & McCoys. They loaded it for me, was in and out quick and back to work.

I had to write a bad review today about an experience a one of the Kaufman stores today. I dont think it is fair to leave a negative review about a company without mentioning the countless positive experiences also.5 stars, definetly!Almost every employee is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. When you walk in the front door the clerk, typically, greets you and everyone at the sales desk are great. If you have to go to the lumber yard the quality of service is consistent throughout your presence there. Overall this store and everyone who works there are top Aces in my opinion.Keep up the good work, everybody!

This was my first time going to Kaufman and I only needed a couple of pieces of lumber. I was unfamiliar with where to buy and pick up the lumber and the staff I worked with at the front desk wasnt particularly helpful or friendly. It wasnt what I was expecting since their website claimed I would be met with Outrageous Service.
