Thank you for being a breath of fresh air in this crazy world. I went into another store a few doors down and encountered who Im sure was the manager who rudly asked me to leave because I would not put my mask over my nose. She did not care that I cant breath with a mask. When I came in to your store I was instantly greated with a smile that showed in the young ladies eyes and she didnt care that I left my nose uncovered. Even our conversation revealed that she cared more about my comfort and went through great lengths to cut apart the gloves I bought for my cold hands. You guys are fabulous.

We have always loved shopping this store whenever we are in Whitefish. The employees have always been very helpful, but this time they really blew me away. I had bought some Keen sandals at a local store near my home in Arizona a few weeks ago, and they came apart on the 2nd day of our trip to Montana. Despite the fact that I did not buy them there, they gladly did a no charge warranty exchange and I left the store with a brand new pair of Keens. Now thats customer service!
Great for all outdoor-worthy brands! Great selection of casual and active wear. Love supporting the local community. Wish they had more BedStu shoe selection for men, but otherwise this store is great!

Was just about to buy a pair of Birks I had already tried on at another store. It was right at closing, and when I went to the counter to get my size they told me they were closed. I guess you dont want an end of the day sale or my business.The employee in the clothes section was very polite and friendly though.

More of a Haute Store. If you have deep pockets please free to roam. Pricea can be a bit steep, and if you are looking for childrens apparel, there is none here. Best part is the attached coffee shop.
Do not use your credit card here. I was from out of town and made a $45 purchase at the Toggery. Over 2 weeks later I had a charge of Over $4,500 show up on my credit card from them. I immediately cancelled the card a reported fraudulent behavior. I called them up later in the day, after they had opened, and told them what had occurred. They did some checking and said someone on their end had incorrectly entered the data. Sure did cause me some inconvenience for an oh well attitude. Not sure why a flag was not raised or if folks charge $4,500 dollars on clothes every day there.

I went here to pick up a item that the other store reserved for me. This store seems a little smaller than the Kalispell store. They carry the trendy outdoor clothes.The staff was very helpful and found a great bargin.
