The quality of service has drastically changed here. This is the only place Ive had my vehicles serviced in the past 10 years. Theres a grumpy old lady who should find another job. Shes just flat out rude. I was quoted my usual price over the phone when I made my appointment for my oil change. When I got there she told me a price that was almost $30 more. I dont mind paying for good service. However when I asked about the reasoning for the price difference her response was a dry I dont know. π€·ββοΈ I had other questions and her response was the same. I later returned to the counter to ask a different associate about the price difference. She then wanted to intervene. His reasoning was that the price of oil increased from $6.50 to $7.24. That still doesnt equal $30. Nevertheless I proceeded to get my vehicle serviced. Upon checking out the rude lady told me they suggested additional work. I respectfully declined. Unbeknownst to her Id recently gotten my vehicle back from repair at Landers Collision following an accident and all those things were already done. She then told me that I am badly in need of wiper blades. Again I respectfully declined because new ones were JUST put on 3 weeks prior.
8am appointment. Tire rotation early for appointment. Over 1.5 hrs and still waiting.
The only good thing was my sales lady Tabatha. Ray from finance manager was not thorough. Threatened to take my car back when the mess up was on their end. Now they messed up again and 6 weeks later I still have no paperwork. Now I am willing to take the car back and get my money back but they wont allow me too. Why when they are screwing me around. I also wanted extra stuff done to my car and I didnt get very far with that. Guess they dont want any more of my money. His name was Justin. Maddie from titles was very rude from the minute she picked up the phone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OR SUGGEST TOYOTA! BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE.
Took my vehicle in for a no start after a snow storm. Thinking maybe bad battery, alternator or starter. They diagnose a charcoal canister repair and stated that was the problem. Repair @ $1,555.00 then come back with with another diagnosis @ $1,450.00 . They are playing a guessing game at my expense. The have been completely uncooperative and rude. Ither I sign on for another repair or tow my vehicle away. They miss diagnosed my vehicle and will not accept responsibility at all.
Had some of the worst customer service and they could care less about the paint job on my car. had to go 4 different times to pick up my car and was not ready horrible customer service . And they tried giving my car back when it wasnt ready and they told me had to deal with the other department bc it was not their fault no accountability at all . I will not be going back there for anything because of the way I was treated terrible
They were fantastic. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I was in and out as promised. Toyota Care great. I checked and their normal oil change price is competitive with my local jiffy lube. Even after my initial 2yrs free service, I will definitely be bringing my Camry back here.
Over all i had a wonderful experience ; the saleman great, the person over lic, tag, titles, great the people that answer the phone, great also good coffee ! but there one person who treated me very poorly bad attitude, no patient, very rude, that the person that make you go somewhere else to shop for your next car . That male person whos office i went to to do my finance paperwork. very unprofessional .He took away two star needed to make 5 star

Good People to Deal with
We are from out of town and they worked us in when our tire warning light came on. Fortunately it was a minor issue, but were grateful they could work us in.

Customer service was horrible! After over an hour of waiting I had to track down a supervisor only to find out that they hadnt even put my vehicle into the computer for service. Will definitely be finding another dealership to deal with

They are providing pure professional services with all worth efforts. But the price they quote is too expensive and the price they are are giving you for your old Toyotas for buy back or trade in too bad.

I want to know youre awake to try to get a car and the next thing I know theyre taking it away from me said theyre going to call the cops if I didnt bring it back I would not recommend these people I would recommend Nissan Benton before I would over these people
