I have always hated going to a dealership. Not anymore! These people are so on top of their game! They are knowledgeable, courteous and so friendly! And another amazing thing they are is honest! They are unlike anywhere I have ever been before. I am definitely a new fan who will definitely be going back there with any of my auto needs. They are top notch! Love, love, love them. Absolutely love McLarty Honda! Susann was our Service Advisor and she was the BEST! We came in for an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. While waiting, [the awesome!] Mr. Jim was able to drop us off to get something to eat and our car was ready by the time we came back! The technician, Chris A., did an amazing job, our car is running smoothly! The entire staff was communicative, professional, helpful, and friendly!Highly recommend!!

I visited the McLarty Honda Service department in Little Rock on 11/28/20 for an oil change. The gentleman who approached the vehicle was extremely short with me when I attempted to ask a question about the services I receiving and to address an issue I have been having with my vehicle. In fact, he cut me off before I could finish my question. When I brought it to his attention that I have not finished asking my question he continued to be disinterested in my concern. I asked another associate if I could speak with the service manager only to find out the person who took my vehicle in was the service manager!!! He is very unprofessional and does not appear to place customer service as a priority which is very disappointing.
