My appointment was scheduled for chip repair at my workplace from the hours of 12-5. I got a text message confirming my appointment with the name of my technician and I waited by my phone all day. Not one phone call, text message or voice-mail came regarding my appointment. By 5 p.m. no one contacted me and no service was done. I called to inquire today and was told the technician had put they tried to contact me and couldnt reach me.As I know my phone number was correct in their system because I received a confirmation text earlier that day, Im extremely disappointed in this service.

Most incompetent and unprofessional service. This place inconvenienced more than helped. We had to get my husbands windshield replaced, so he goes to the appointment and they replace it. A couple days later, he gets a call he has to come back in so they can finish getting data from his backup cam. He goes, they messed up his backup cam sensors and fixed nothing. He then had to go back a 3rd time for them to fix the sensors. Once he gets there they once again messed something up and my husband had to drive to the car dealership for them to fix it! Safelite stated they would pay for the dealership charges, but didn’t even pick up the phone when my husband called for them to cover it! Husband drives back over for the 4th trip to safelite, and they ended up “covering” the dealership cost by taking it off the invoice total. For all the inconvenience and wasted time we got a zero dollar discount and nothing… will try my best to never need this service again.

My mother and I were driving on I-40 when her sunroof spontaneously exploded and scared the you know what out of us. We were so frightened and didn’t know what to do. We decided to driving to Safelite AutoGlass where they saved our day. They were very compassionate, professional, and prompt.I love these people!!!If you need any assistance please don’t hesitate to call them.

I had a small chip in my windshield of my new truck so I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed before it got worse. My appointment was during work hours and when I got off I found that not only was the chip still there but.my windshield had cracked more then it was before the repair was done tried to call and was on hold for an hour waiting on someone to talk to only to never get a service person to answer. I basic paid for safelite to make my poblem worse.

I made an appointment online. That appointment got rescheduled due to rain. They rescheduled me and on the day of the new appointment I got a text message reminding me of my appointment & an email with the name & picture of the technician. 2 minutes before the window of time for the appointment I went back online to find out what was going on and they wanted ME to call their shop, no other information given as to the delay. I told the rep I didnt think I should have to call them because theyd already confirmed the appointment, they should be calling me. The rep again insisted that I call the shop. Instead I canceled the appointment. Their customer service is ridiculous. I will never use them. Update: Another company is able to come out tomorrow. They stepped up even before they knew of my experience with Safelite.

I came in to get my windshield replaced. I also had them look at my passenger side window... I threw a drink at it lol and it sticks. They did a great job on the windshield and got some of the sugary gunk out of the passenger side so it rolls down easier. Excellent customer service, pricing and I wasnt there that long. Thank you so much. I definitely recommend this place.

We needed a new windshield so we scheduled a replacement with this company. The first time we drove 45 miles to get it done they didnt have the right glass but said they would get it in in a couple of days. The second time we drove up they had received the glass they ordered but it was not the right glass after all. Then they were going to come to our house to replace it when the proper glass came in so we arranged to be home all that day, but they never showed up and when we called they had neglected to put it on the schedule for the serviceman coming down here. They finally got it right on our fourth try, a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately the glass they installed has developed some sort of crystalline growth inside the glass that is taking over the bottom of the windshield so we tried to call to see what can be done, but they DONT ANSWER THEIR PH0NE. You sit through several minutes of cutesy advertisements and advice on how to access their website, and then it just hangs up on you. So we will make yet another trip up to see if there is an actual person there who knows how to take care of business...but I am not at all pleased with this company.

I was connected with the company through my insurance after my windows were broken as part of a vehicle break in. I was told the soonest appointment was 9 days out. The replacement window arrived damaged and my appointment was then rescheduled almost daily for an additional week and a half as I was repeatedly told the part only needed to arrive on the next truck. Finally I was told that the part was not even at their warehouse. I called competitors and was able to get my windows repaired the same day for 1/3 the price I was originally quoted. When I have reached out to the company to complain, I have been dismissed and given the run around. As a result of their misrepresentation I am out over $2000 in renal car fees. Would not recommend this company!!

In March I had Safelite out to my job to replace a broken windshield. The tech was both on time and professional. However, when I went to drive home (6 hours of cure time, BTW), there was a buzzing -like a blown speaker- sound from the passenger side. I called Safelite the next day and they arranged to send another tech. He checked for a water leak (why? That was not the problem I reported). He said he couldnt test for air leaks, I had to take my vehicle in to the shop. I arranged to have a coworker follow me down there the next day. They found the air leak, but the replacement glass was pebbled (apparently means chipped), so they did not fix it the third time I tried, and worse, I had to leave work twice for NO REPAIR! I called and they said bring it in, so, I did. Again, I had to clock out, as did my coworker. I got my Jeep there and they had NO NEW GLASS FOR IT!! They didnt order it, although the appointment took a week, because they had to order glass! So, again, I left without my truck fixed. Then, two days ago, they sent another tech (with NO GLASS), who managed to make it WORSE!Now today... A tech (Joseph) shows up (on time), he actually has new glass with him! He then begins to pick apart my Jeep; What happened to the roof? My dog got up there and mashed herself a bed. YEARS ago. Not the problem here. He then mentions a nick on the fender skirt??? I told him that happened between the 3rd and 4th times you were supposed to fix it. He says he needs to drive it to hear the issue. Stupidly I told him he could. 45 minutes later he was still gone in my truck!!!!I called the main number and the girl got his manager to try to call him. Joe didnt answer (according to the lady on the phone). As Im holding for the manager to try Joe again, here comes my truck.Joe was pretty defensive when I asked where he went with my truck and why had he been gone so long. He said he needed to get on the interstate to see. I told him the interstates are 1 mile in one direction and 2 miles away in the other. THEN he says he took it to the shop???? He didnt tell me he was going to the shop, he was going for a test drive. I told him I was like 1 minute away from reporting it stolen. He was not a fan of that, but before it could escalate, I told him just go. Safelite can refund my $300.00, and Ill get another company to repair it.I never raised my voice, I never cursed, I was nothing but polite, but really? SIX chances??? And you take my vehicle for over 45 minutes and go somewhere other than where you say you are??This was the worst professional interaction Ive ever had.And my refund? They are making me wait 7 - 10 BUSINESS days for a check from corporate.What a joke.

.... Safelite charges 400 some odd dollars to just ruin the rear left door, trying to replace a window. I dont know if the guy was new, hungover, or stoned, dont care. You scratched the hell out of both sides of our door with the panel, which must have been your first panel to remove....smh. Then we noticed a whistling noise so I double checked your craftsmanship. Sir.. You didnt affix the trim between the quarter glass and replacement. See the photo with the window down and that 3/16th gap? Versus the one with the window up and no gap? THATS THE AMOUNT OF PLAY THAT YOU GUYS DIDNT CHECK FOR AFTER LEAVING YOUR TOOLS IN THE CAR AND COMING BACK FOR A WHOLE OTHER PROBLEM.What so, one week training, couple youtube videos and you just smack your techs on the butt and tell em, get out there killer.Never use these guys.

Just had my front drivers side window replaced this morning. Safelite made it really easy. A tad expensive, but not as much as my deductible. Jonathan was my technician and he did an excellent job. Good clean up afterward and very courteous. 5/5 stars. Will use again in the future if needed.

Ive had six windshields and one side glass replaced over the last 15 years and we always use Safelite. I have always been completely satisfied with the service. Im pretty picky when it comes to our vehicles and the techs have always addressed any issues on the spot.

Never returned my call, never confirmed my appointment over the internet, and wont accept verbal calls. Apparently they dont care about any form of customer service and after 3 windshields on various vehicles they wont need to concern themselves with any of my business going forward. Ive made multiple attempts to reach them using all of the methods they provided. Zero stars if it were possible.

I would like to thank the company and my technician LaMarcus Westbrook, he even arrived early. While the entire instillation took about 30 minutes I was surprised to look at my window and see it fully installed and if and only if I could have tipped him I would. Good Job LaMarcus Westbrook 5 STARS

Heres a fun chain of events:1. Get window smashed in by a criminal2. Pay $250 at SafeLite to get it replaced3. Door still has shards of glass in it which break the regulator4. SafeLite refuses to fix it for free, apparently this abysmal workmanship isnt covered by their fallacious warranty5. SafeLite forgets to even get me a quote and doesnt answer my calls6. Sick of their bs and dealing with downtime so I had Discount Auto Glass install the regulator for a fair price, less than half of what SafeLite wanted.In summation, I will never get work done here again, even if its covered in full by my insurance. Theyll just cause additional damage to your vehicle and not be held liable for it.I added some photos of what I found after removing the door panel myself. Loads of glass shards in the top of the door seal. How they missed something this blatantly obvious is beyond me.

Scheduled to have a windshield replaced a week in a half in advance, took half a day off and drove 25 minutes to have it done just to be told that they dont have the correct windshield and itd have to be rescheduled. Also couldnt get a discount since it was through insurance. They also know there is an issue in their system with Subaru windshields but still let people come to their appointment when they dont have the correct windshield in stock. Will not be doing business with them again.

Tim came to repair a knock in my windshield. He made it worst. Within an hour I get a call from Safelite asking me when I wanted them to come out and replace my window. Sounds like a good way to upgrade a customer against their will. Make it worst instead of doing the repair correctly.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The manager came out and spoke with us and every effort was made to see that I got a fair price for the work. Safelite, being in 97% of the US, means that there warranty should be easy to use should I ever need to. You should use there service.

Terrible customer service. Said they would be here between 8 and noon. Fine with me. It is now 5:06 pm and no call no text no no one has showed up to put in my windshield. You can’t talk to someone local. You have to go through a call center which is totally useless. Use Glass Doctor. Better price AND better warrantee.

Were not able to complete job when first came out due to rain though we told them it wasnt covered. After they did complete the job after 5 days of our window being busted out if it leaked along with one side of our windshield panel being almost completely unlatched (no idea how it was possible or even how it happens?). We called and they tried to tell us we couldnt get in until 5 days from then when it was their fault for not completing the job correctly. Then after we complained all of a sudden there was a spot open that day..... Then sat there for a hour and a half to fix the leak. Will go somewhere else from now on. Also, they dont wipe off the mess they make on the inside of your windshield. It was just a pain.

Theyve cancelled my appointment twice. For my first appointment, they had my car for 30 minutes before calling to tell me no one was available to fix my windshield. And we had this appointment for a week. I live 2 hours away from this store. They rescheduled me for Tuesday and called me once again to say they had to cancel. So, I havent had rhe best experience here.

My installer, Rick, was incredibly unprofessional. He kept badgering me to drop it off at their facility as opposed to doing the remote install (I paid for remote install). After multiple attempts to explain to him that I would either need to reschedule or cancel if they couldnt do the remote install on scheduled date/time, I had to just hang up and call their corporate number to cancel the appointment.

Did a great job replacing windsheild, but everyone should be aware that only 1 tech was able to drive a standard transmission. The first seen it was a standard, and walked away. The second finally was able to find reverse, and rode clutch into shop. The third appeared to be competent with a standard. I brought this issue up at service desk to avoid anyone riding my clutch and was assured a tech could handle it. The ones that tried, obviously dont understand the damage and wear that can be caused by not knowing how to operate a standard. Just know before going in.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars! They were amazing, I originally had them coming to my work to do the replacement, but it was forcasted to rain so they came, picked up my car up and fixed it in their shop. It all took less than 2 hours. I am so very pleased !

I called this place ONCE and will never again. The tech called me at 8am saying he was on his way. At 2:30pm he called to say he was REALLY on his way. I told him I had a doctor appointment and would not be here. I reminded him he called at 8am. He proceeded to cuss me out. The next day I took my car to a reputable place and had the windshield fixed. Safelite is unprofessional and a joke.

Friendly knowledgeable quick service! I was on vacation and my rear view mirror fell off from a previous windshield repair gone wrong. The bracket comes attached to the windshield so had to replace the whole windshield! Thought it would be a problem for days. This shop got me in right away, had my exact windshield in stock and replaced it within the hour! Great big clean shop with good coffee while you are waiting!!! Highly recommended!!!

FantasticHad the windshield replaced on my 2016 Toyota Prius. Chad came out and was very professional and courteous. He was very honest and had lots of experience. I would not hesitate to have work done by Safelite again. I was put off by most of the bad reviews on here, but I can confidently say that I had no trouble and not a single complaint.

Do not go here. I scheduled an online appointment with a drop off time between 730-10am. I dropped my car off at 8am. I asked the receptionist if someone could look at the crack to see if it was too big to repair. She didnt answer me, so I thought she hadnt heard me, so I asked again. She huffed and then got up, didnt tell me she was going to go look at the crack or get someone to look at the crack. I should have left then. She came back and said the windsheild needed to be replaced. I had to be somewhere at 12pm and asked if they could have it done by then. The receptionist said she would put a note in the system. They were not done until 4pm. No one called me to update me on why it was taking so long, and I had a very hard time calling the actual store to see if the replacement was done. I kept being transferred to some store in Tennessee and the place I was being transferred didnt know why I was being transferred there. When I came back in to pick up my car one of the people that worked there gave me a very indifferent, Sorry it took so long. When I got home I noticed a scratch on my new windshield. I was going to call them back about it, but it wasnt worth trying to go through the trouble to try to get them back on the phone. I just read the reviews and the service seems very hit and miss. Not worth the time and trouble.
