McLarty did an excellent job repairing my vehicle after someone ran into me. They kept me informed of the progress and had good communication. They are top-notch and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Update: I was contacted by the manager and he wanted to really make things right and ask me about everything and what he could do to help so that is one good point about it is they are trying to improve customers concerns. They told me that my car would be ready in 2 to 3 days but it was 7 and they sprayed some kind of tire shine on my tires and wheels and the black trim pieces around the bottom of my car and that stuff was so hard to remove and was super thick.

Very polite,professional and gave me a ride home after dropping it off for repairs without hesitation, better than previous one shop I visited in bryant ark, had to get a uber there and back to pick up car they couldnt repair.

Ms Crystal was phenomenal! She kept me posted by text if any & all changes. Said about 3 days, then something was found that needed to be fixed and the part ordered. Being the holiday weekend it was gonna make it ready on June 1st, well I get a call about 5:20 pm that Friday saying your SUV is ready for pickup! I picked up and my vehicle looked good as new and I was able to have my vehicle for the holiday weekend trip. Thank you McLarty for great service.

Had our 02 CR V twice. First just paint, then again for some body work. Both times the results were excellent. The 2 names we know are Tuyet who provides the estimate and Fred the paint guru. Highly recommend both them and this repair shop. Tremendous skill and very high standards abound here. I will never consider another body shop.

The right front tire is not holding pressure. Was a front end alignment done as requested. The body & trim was excellent as well as the painting

Mclarty collision west did a great job on my vehicle. It did take a while for them to complete the work due to some delays on them receiving parts, but the work and the customer service was top notch. My car looks brand new and I am very satisfied.

Not on time, Tuyet had no communication, dropped my truck 9-7 for minor collision repairs, she said it will ready in a week, 1 week later they had to order more parts, with a new expected ready date of 9-24.9-24 at 4 pm I call and Tuyet now tells me a new expected ready date for 9-28 since its still being reassembled???She still could not assure me a real ready date?I asked her why no one had given me a delay status? She did not apologize...instead excused her self for being out sick? Very unprofessional.I chose them over any collision since I believe in reviews.Tuyet better communication on your next client.

I wish there was a better system to get parts for repairs. Ford took a month for one part and still waiting on another part to be sent to McLarty. My truck repairs look awesome. Paint job looks awesome. Just waiting on one parts...teo months total.

I am VERY displeased with the work that was done/not done on my Accord. I was told that the work needed to my car would be 2K, so I asked them to put it back together for pickup. I go back to pickup the car and there were screws left out, and the door panel was off track. I complained and I was told they couldnt get it back on track and the screws were left out for WHOEVER ELSE that I would have look at it. They HALF A@@ put my car back together!! I asked for a refund and CLAY told me the work had been done! BBB here I come!!!

I chose McLarty to restore my practically new vehicle after a deer strike. The sheet metal work was substantial, but the electronic and safety systems were even more challenging. They did a fantastic job in the traditional body area. They were even better in sourcing some of the exotic components in a ridiculously tight market and exceeding expectations in integrating it all together. I appreciated the timely communications and felt like I was a valued customer. Highly recommended.

Crystal was very good at handling a customer that wasnt happy through the whole repair process. The car was presented to me as being complete, but it was far from it. This was going to take 5-6 days but ended up being 20. It took a few times to get the paint right. It was hit sitting in there lot. And a reconditioned wheel was put on when the estimate showed it should have been a new one. Had to go up there 4 times just to get the work right. Still not happy with the way the bumper fits but I couldnt stay in a rental forever.

I was a victim of a finder bender that insurance paid for. With minimal damage, it took a little longer than I expected (20 days) but they explained that they had to wait on parts. My car looks great and customer service reps were friendly. My only complaint is that I wasn’t expecting my car to leave the premises but I had almost 30 additional miles on the odometer and there were dried/muddy dog paw prints all over my back seat (black leather so they show).

Rick as well as his supervisor is very rude and unprofessional when it comes to consumer care. I have had to take my car back on several occasions and still have the same issues. They have misplaced my tag on the front of my car as well is did not fix all things there were associated with my accident. He never told me about the price of tires that were worn-out from the accident but charged me for them. I strongly recommend no one to use their services.
