This place is a joke called the pharmacy and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I called back and asked for the store manager and was on hold for 14 minutes and during my hold time I am guessing it was the store manager would answer then immediately put me back on hold and that happened 7 times in almost 14 minutes. I would have given no stars but google doesn’t give that option. Update found out that when the pharmacist Ripal is on duty he doesn’t inforcce the techs to answer the phones.
On 1 October 2021 I called the Walgreens at the corner of FM 423 and Eldorado Pkwy in Little Elm, TX to have a prescription filled. The pharmacist was rude and very unprofessional. When we tried to explain the situation to him; he stated that he was busy and that my issue was not his problem. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Doesn’t matter when I come to this pharmacy, doesn’t matter if they text and say the prescriptions are ready. You WILL wait in line at least 30 minutes inside or out. My mother has to use this pharmacy. When I need any prescriptions for me or my kids I use CVS. I recommend you do the same! They are AWFUL!
This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used. Even my doctors office couldnt get through to them on the phone. AWFUL

I wish there was a corporate number to call. The manager yelled at me infront of other customers, which was super humiliating, she even had to step back to calm herself down, and to change her tone. I ended up walking away, and not purchasing anything. She continued to yell across the store while I was walking out. The manager was fustrated at her job apparently. I was here form out of town and I went to cvs pharmacy frist thinking they would fill my prescription that I received from ER of Texas and cvs had me to wait an hour just to tell me that they couldnt fill prescription so I kindly took my prescription to Walgreens and they were delightful and it only took 10 minutes thanks Walgreens for saving me from having to wait until I get back to Minnesota....

Had an appointment at 1:00PM for my 2nd Covid shot, which I was early for and they took some lady that had an appointment at 3:30 and she decided to show up early at my appointment time and they took her ahead of me. What was the point of an appointment then.
I have no choice, but to use Walgreens pharmacy due to my insurance. If I did have a choice, it would not be Walgreens. They never get my medications right no matter how many times I tell them. Always a long wait. Don’t bother coming here!
Why all the negative reviews?? I walked in here to fill 4 prescriptions & was told will be about 20 min if you want to wait! CVS across the street is always who I use but after being told will be about 4 hours then to come back & them ask me to wait again this is like heaven. Will be a repeat customer here for sure.

Agreed with unprofessionalism of the staff. Called to check status on a prescription today. Was quickly answered, informed they didnt have what I need and it would be Monday. Told them this would not work as i need the meds today. The person said she would call around and follow up in an hour. I call back an hour and a half later. Get placed on hold 4 times before being told to visit the location at Main and Teel because they have what I need. It took someone other than who answered the phone less than 3 minutes to find that information.
Completely incompetent have had trouble with them being able to figure out how to bill my insurance 4 out of 6 times, able to go directly across the street and have them filled with insurance no problem - transferring all of my prescriptions today, such a shame.
Have found other items elsewhere cheaper but have found items at Walgreens that are not sold anywhere else
I had a great experience at the pharmacy. Helped me find a coupon, and gave me great help and my prescriptions in less than 5 minutes.

Worst Walgreens ever. after one hour customizing my pictures the manager with the gold teeth comes in and tells me these pictures looks like they are professionally done do you have rights to reprint them. I answered yes and I explained to them that I was in vacation in mexico and i had these photos professionally taken and i was given a CD with all the pictures to reprint as I wish. He asked me do I have any thing in writing?. and he refused to give me the reprints for the pictures. Very unprofessional staff and management do not waste your time there.
Does anybody else love this same day delivery? I am still waiting for my prescription and this is the second day. I called to see if it was ready and it is, normally I get a call and an email, but the email I got was for the prescription that was picked up 3 days ago. One time they left (in the heat) a prescription for a half an hour sitting on my porch because they did not ring the door bell and get a signature like they have done in the past. This place is going done hill and needs new management. The assistant manager told me the store manager would call me the next day; that was September 20, 2016 and it is now October 21, 2016 and still waiting for that phone call. If the manager does not care about the customers then why should we care about the store?
Incredibly slow service. Told me the prescription would be ready in an hour, came back 3 hours later and they said it had printed but not been fulfilled yet and asked if I could wait 15 minutes
Literally every single time I come here to pick up a prescription there’s an issue. I have told them every single time I need a specific pharmaceutical brand for my medication and they screw it up every time. Now today I’m here to pick up a medication and they said they don’t have one for me. I called my doctor and she said she sent it in and could see on her end that it went through. This place makes me want to pull my hair out and is so inconvenient every single time I come here** update- I’m still here and once again they gave me the wrong pharmaceutical brand even though my doctor specifically wrote TeVA on my prescription. So sick of these prescription pick-ups taking 30+ minutes bc we have to re-do it EVErY SINGLE TIME
I only gave this place one star because that is the minimum. The pharmacy is so slow and even when they do finally text that your script is ready they only begin filling it when you arrive to pick it up. They accept your insurance and payment though before they tell you this to make sure you dont leave and go elsewhere. Absolutely rediculous! Not to mention, the staff has no concern that you have a sick infant in the car and says that you should come in to receive faster service. Since getting a sick baby out and exposing them to more germs is such a great idea. I will definitely not be back.
Do not go to this Walgreens unless intergalactic nuclear war breaks out and the aliens burn down every other pharmacy in your vicinity.Id give this place negative stars if it were an option!I travel a lot and I get my prescriptions filled at whatever Walgreens is closest to me. I always call them in ahead of time and check the website to make sure they are ready for pickup. I arrived at the drive-thru about 10 minutes before they closed. There was one car in front of me and after about 5 minutes I decide to just go inside instead since the store was going to close soon. The doors were already locked. Who closes their store before the posted time?I went back to the drive-thru and the same car is still there. I try to go to the second lane to pick them up and the guy working says sorry were closed. I tell him Ive been in line for 10 minutes and he repeats himself.These guys act like they dont need your money, and obviously arent concerned with the quality of service they provide. Lazy, and from the sound of the other reviews here, immature and unprofessional as well.
I am an amputee that recently got surgery earlier this morning. As you can imagine I am going through high levels of pain. I was not able to get my pain meds due to an error with the date on my prescription. Considering that it is a controlled substance I understood it was not acceptable. I waited there until I was about to get my doctor to fax a prescription. Because it was not delivered through their E-Script it was also declined. Because my doctors office felt responsible the nurse personally drove 40 mins to drop it off for me. Meanwhile, my wife dropped me off so that I could begin to rest and grit through the pain. When my wife got back the nurse had already dropped off my pain prescription. There was a huge delay due to the fact that they had lost or misplaced the prescription. They began to frantically relocation the missing prescription as the tech you received the script was out on lunch. They still werent able to fill my script. Later they were able to resolve it by finding out they had it in someone elses name. Then my wife had to wait for them to fill the correct prescription under the correct name. What pushed me to the point of leaving a review was that there was no remorse, sympathy, or an apology. The pharmacists in charge should have personally apologize for the inconvenience regardless if he/she was involved. I understand mistakes happen, but be professional.
I pulled up to the drive through line behind 3 people in 1 lane and 1 person in the other lane so I went into the shorter lane thinking I would be taken faster (that is how double lines work) - So as soon as I got to talk to the employee (Sherelle or something) she told me she would be with me after she took the other people in the other lane - which was weird to me again because thats not how double lines work... But I waited while she took the 3 people that were technically there before me which would have been fine. Then she took another car that was actually behind me originally before she finally took me. When I asked how the line works and why that car was taken before me, she gave A LOT of attitude and argued with me saying it was there before me! I was so appalled at how she handled it. So incredibly rude and unprofessional - I will NEVER go here again especially because there is a CVS across the street with phenomenal service!
Pathetic and RIP OFF !! Never go to this location... go to CVS or walmartCharged $170 !!!!!! for a prescription (after Insurance) which Costco charges $40.... walmart charges $55...and CVS charges $90... not going to this place again... it was not a speciality drug... it was a generic antibitioc for strep.... called the pharmacy back today and they said hey cant do anything... that was the price on their computer... thats good to know...
SLOWEST PHARMACY EVER. Even when calling, I have been put on 30 minute hold without any apology. When at the counter, there is no acknowledgment that you are standing there. Someone should seriously take a look at the customer service protocol for this location.
The slowest pharmacy ever!!! Waited OVER 30 minutes without any service, but I have no choice as they have my script. Anyone who shops here has either a lot of time to waste or enjoys terrible service. I learned my lesson and wont be back.
I would never recommend going to this Walgreens. Most of the employees are terrible. They are lazy, slow and flat out rude. They are constantly out of stock of items. They are rarely open at 7am like they state they are. My tipping point came the other day when I pulled up at 7:15am and the door was cracked halfway open but the motor wasnt engaged. I walked in and started shopping, proceeded to the counter and was approached by an employee who accused me of breaking in the store and that they werent open. I said its 7:15 and your door was already open halfway and his response was Oh, I guess it is 7. Needless to say, I would not go to this store.

I wish you could give out negative stars bc they deserve it, they take so long and they freakin promote flu shots “deals” when first off there is no deal in that, they just give you a coupon after you pay, and second the freakin shot doesn’t even work I have the freaking flu now and have to buy the flu medicine that cost over $100 everywhere . They only care about money it’s ridiculous

Among the slowest pharmacies Ive ever been to. Even when they have 4 people working there, they will only have 1 cash register open and will spent 20 minutes talking to one person about their prescription instead of getting another employee to help the next person in line
