I wasnt aware that they delete their emails every 30 minutes. And I had sent my email the day before. But they actually recovered my email and printed up my shipping label. And then they even mailed the package off for me. Great customer service. Very professional.

This location is great. I called the store and spoke to Helen. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and so patient. I needed to have obituaries printed. I emailed them and by the time I arrived she had completed the job and they were professionally done. Prices are very reasonable here too. I will definitely make this my preferred location.

There is a printing and shipping store, EZ Pack & Mail on Maxham Road up the street. They offer faster and friendlier service than this store and they offer UPS, FedEx and USPS services. They also have a Notary Public on site at all times.

This is the most efficient and friendliest UPS location within 10 miles. Everytime we come here people are helpful and friendly. From the young people to the management. KUDOS for a great experience time after time.

Long wait over 20mins to print a label. Only one employee on a Thursday morning. Maybe more than one employee would be great.

Price gouging during COVID-19. Notary is $5.00 other UPS Stores charge a standard $2.00. Certified mail is 2x local UPS stores. Owner Debi seemed to get offended when asked about the drastic difference in pricing. They assume you will not notice. Do not go.P.S. The owners name is Kaufman. Jason and Norman Kaufman are FAKE reviews. Youre welcome.
