Everyone has trouble at the self checkout and they make you go there. I leave everytime. I am almost DONE with CVS. Sadly i used to love the store, not anymore !!!!!!

Horrible customer service!I’m not sure if this miserable lady is a pharmacist or a tech. She has Brown hair maybe in her 50’s. I can’t speak on behalf of the other staff, but this broad needs to stop working with the public. I came to pick up multiple prescriptions and as I asked her a question she looked at me in a rude manor and said “wow! I can’t get rid of you, can I?” I said excuse me? She said “and one more question, and one more, and one more”she was very annoyed that I had more than one prescription and a question.. needless to say I never said I have one more question.. I don’t care how understaffed you are, no one should ever speak like that to a customer! She was nasty snd rude! I will never return here.

Horrible customer service if i could give it a 0 star rating i would, i will never return to this place. The girl taking care of the patient’s pick ups has the worst attitude, seems like she is there for the money not for the care and the well being of the patient.

Terrific place, a a lot Pricey on items, in other drug stores they are much lower on the same items. But I do enjoy going to CVS for home Products and the Pharmacy is Very Good

The pharmacy staff is rude and not accommodating. They shorted pills for my dog’s seizure meds and wouldn’t take responsibility. They apparently would prefer that my dog has a seizure even though it is their fault I am short medication. The tech even made up a story about how their “count” doesn’t show any discrepancies. I used to be a pharmacy technician for CVS and know for a fact that they do not “count” this medication. Not everyone are drug seeking junkies and some people are actually good humans who are just trying to take good care of their pets. Thanks for nothing.

I have been going here for years. Most of the time I go through the drive thru to pick up any medication and its now become an unpleasant experience . There has been two different people that are always in a rush have a stank face and don’t like when you have a question or have anything to say. I had three scripts to pay and it was costing me over $100 . I asked if she can tell me for which ones to see if I can find a coupon on rx for less and it’s always rushed and with an attitude. I have just recently found out that stop & shop has the same medications for more then half less . So I will be switching over for prescriptions to them . I was paying double for attitudes and being rushed to get the same exact medications

Store is good sadly the lack of good manners from the Pharmacy team got you 2 stars.Saying good afternoon or at least answer back to the client is essential in the service industry.I hope you take this in consideration since they refuse to connect me with the store manager.

Greeted the technician and said I have to pick up for three people, she rolled her eyes and said “ugh okay tell me”. I work in a CVS pharmacy myself, if I were to do this to a customer, I would have gotten fired for being disrespectful. Picking up for 3 or 10, you should not have this kind of attitude. Technician name was “LIZ”

A drive pharmacy where your told to get out of the car and get it yourself seems a pointless service.

Very clean and very fast at counter service

It would literally be easier and faster to build a lab and synthesize your own medication than it is to get anyone who works here to fill a prescription.

Friendly and very helpful. Staff whether store or pharmacy have always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

Pharmacy dept was able to easily fill my RX earlier before I left for a business trip. They were incredibly helpful and very kind. Everytime I pick up meds their team is helpful, knowledgeable and very kind.

No matter what time of year it is, time of day, the pharmacy always makes us wait minimum 15 min. It was fine the first time or two, it was busy, but even when its not busy, its the same wait times or more. A bit rediculous, hire an extra hand for behind the pharmacy.

This place is great. I am going away on vacation and the Pharmacist Mike was able to help me get my script before my flight tonight. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Mike you deserve a raise!

Awesome place when you need anything - if you need a thermometer, lighter, snack at 2 am they got it. BUT BE AWARE: pharmacy isnt open 24 hours, the store itself is but pharmacy does close.

They take forever to fill prescriptions, going to Rite Aid from now on instead. They don’t answer their phone either. Amazed how these people are trusted to handle patients’ medicine.

Nice lady is helping me figure out why my insurance isnt going through.

Helpful staff pharmacist is sweet

Really disorganized in medical prescriptions. They send messages saying that the medicines are ready, but the orders are not complete and you have to go back again, wasting time and money. Enough with CVS

Great place good customer service

How can you be out of albuterol for the nebulizer? They say they can keep only small amounts in the store. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment cause cvs dont keep albuterol liquid...Thats crazy to not have that in stock.

Worse pharmacy in the area. They never seem to get the prescriptions right and never have the medicine i. Stock. Horrible pharmacists in the area and copiague cvs is no better!!!!!!!

Workers have no dress codes, piercings in noses, lips, pants dragging down so underware shows. Very disorganized, never milk and when there is we the customers need to go in walk in and get it... not enough cashiers, always need to wait..... should i keep going? Manager states they cant hire anyone, not enough employees.....

Extremely upset with staff at this pharmacy. They switched my birth control pill prescription to a different brand without even letting me or my doctor know, when I asked why they said it’s been discontinued and they switched it to the same type of pill but after research I found out it’s not the same and a two months later the same pharmacy gave me my old prescription. I asked how is it possible if they are not making this brand anymore and pharmacy member said they just weren’t getting them delivered for a while and now they are again. So unprofessional and everybody who works there makes it very obvious they don’t care about their customers.

Fix the damn money gram already!! Its june and it hasnt been working since last year..Update..... its august nowAnd guess what? It still isnt working. New store is a joke!Update... its 2019 now and guess what? Still No Money Gram...

Horrible service,,, horrible management,,7 hours wait, to find out they didnt have the SCRIPT,, then we were told, they didnt have medication till MAYBE MAYBE THURSDAY!!!UNACCEPTABLE

Unbelievably unorganized and nasty. I’ve actually gotten yelled at for calling to see if my first prescription with them was ready instead of just “waiting for the text message” only to find out they had my phone number wrong. I’ve paid out of pocket for “insurance issues” only to find out that the request was never even sent to my insurance company and the latest issue was when they received the script from my doctor and didn’t bother to even order it because they couldn’t figure out how to submit it to my insurance even though it was a refill of one successfully submitted the month before. When I discovered the issue the day it was supposed to be picked up I spent a half hour there trying to fix the name error and was told it would take a day or two since they didn’t have any in stock. When I called the next day I was told it wouldn’t be in for four day because it still hadn’t been ordered yet. How are these people still open?? I really wish Caremark had more choices for pharmacies.

Yesterday Saturday 3, 2016 I went to ask a pharmacy technician about the name of the prescription for my daughter she just had surgery on August the 22nd, she had a tumor removed in her pituitary gland, and there was a woman telling me she cant release any information because my daughter is over 18, (she is 20) the only way is having a f...ing legal power, or bringing her to the pharmacy to prove that she was my daughter, what kind of woman if she can be called woman or human be request that?? And guess what I have to take my daughter to CVS pharmacy to prove she is my daughter, with just 11 days after surgery my daughter had to walk with me into this pharmacy just to prove this stupid woman she was my daughter and she needs the prescription, I hope karma can teach her how to show some compassion for others humans!!From now I will never go back to CVS for anything I prefer to go to Ride Aide, Walmart or Walgreens!!

Terrible experience, did a photobook there and as i finished wanting to print it they told me it was broken. The guy promised me i would have it the next day because i needed it the next day. Here i am a week and a half later and it is STILL NOT FIXED, and they told me i can not send it to another cvs to be printed. Talk about ridicolous!

The worst pharmacy in the area. In addition to not having medicine in stock the lady gave me quite an attitude.

Prescriptions are regularly not on hand in a timely fashion, despite recorded messages from prescribers.

They do not pick up the phones. Doctors office called them 3 times in 15 minutes. This is unacceptable!

It says 24 hour pharmacy, but it really closes at 10 and 6 on the weekend. Wasted trip.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs,,,customer service is disgusting and disturbing,,there breaking new York State laws and turning away customers based on there political views.There making up there own rules and people are not getting the medicine they need because of it.
