A little less than eager to help a customer with questions. Quality material but go there with a set plan and know what you need. They wont sit down with you to go over the variety of materials they have.

Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with this company. We called them over the weekend to talk about options for the fire pit we were making in our back yard. The man on the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable and suggested taking a ride down to his shop to check out the different colors of crushed stone before making a purchase.When we got to the shop, the man at the front desk was in a MISERABLE mood. He was making rude remarks about how many customers he had waiting for him and calling other employees for help. He offered no helpful advice for our project and just wanted to make a quick sale and get us out.Today the delivery driver dumped our crushed stone in the middle of our SHARED driveway, threw the invoice in the pile and sped off. Not to mention there is a large portion of oil or some fluid mixed into a portion of our stone...I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Extremely rude lady that answers the phone, zero help and I had to keep calling to get a question answered that was never answered and I was never called back. I will never do business with them!!! A one star is to high of a rating.
