Outstanding customer service. Sherwin-Williams has a new customer.I had bought a quart of paint from the local box store who also sells Sherwin-Williams paint, they didnt have the base I needed in SW, so used another brand.I wasnt happy with the finish it was leaving, took the can to the N46th street store, hoping they could match the color and the young man suggested another type of paint, but they didnt have the base needed either, but the one of the south stores did. He called them,gave Bailey the info and I drove to pick it up. I was surprised to find they had already mixed it, figuring they would wait to make sure I showed up before they did, all I had to do was pay for it and was on my way.Its rare to find that level of customer service anymore.

I had a great experience today at the Sherwin-Williams store on North 46th in Lincoln, NE! The employees were very kind and helped me right away. I was looking for something that wasnt out on the floor and they kindly went to the back room to get it for me. I had to make another stop in later in the day and the same employees that were there earlier helped me again. Their attitude was still so positive! My receipt said Anna had checked me out at the register, but there was also a guy working (may have been a manager?) Both were very helpful, friendly and kind! They definitely deserve a shout-out! I highly recommend Sherwin-Williams on North 48th!

I bought my very first house and was in the process of sprucing up my wood floors with my dad. We’d sanded and we’re looking to get a stain and varnish all in one to finish the floors. Came in to Sherwin-Williams and spoke to Andy. We showed him some pictures and he recommended not staining and just going with a polyurethane. Said these old floors were too beautiful to stain. We took his advice and went with the poly only. Oh... my... god. My floors look great. The poly added just the right amount of color. I couldn’t be happier.

My husband has a painting business and Sherwin Williams is our go-to paint store. Their customer service is always great and they have the best products around.

I have returned to Sherwin Williams because the last time I shopped, my mother-in-law bought several gallons of paint. When she got home she did not like the color and we were able to return and they fixed the color for her which made her very happy. She is 92. You cant beat the customer service we received.

I wasnt sure what color or paint I should choose when I went into the store -- it had been a LONG time! Andrew was SO helpful. He helped us sort through the options, and I believe kept us from making a mistake in color. The next day, after we had taken his advice and took the time to take swatches home to test, he did his best to find us the best deal and really made it fun. He looked at pictures of our project and added to the excitement of my new condo. Thanks Andrew!

I was uncertain of the primer base I had ordered, and the sales rep asked me without prompting if this was the kind of primer I wanted, and I said I was painting in black, so he added a deep base to the primer for me. Very helpful!

We were in the process of painting our whole house. Andrew the manager did an incredible job 110%! He helped us figure out what paint would look best in the house, the quantity, affordable prices, and tips and tricks to first time painters! Sherwin-Williams staff are knowledgable and helpful, with prompt service. The products are top-notch and the color guides are very useful. I especially like the no-VOC products, like Harmony. With asthma sufferers and family members who are very sensitive to odors, Harmony is my preferred line and Sherwin-Williams my preferred brand. It even absorbs and traps environmental odors!

Amber was very helpful and explained about not painting out of doors until temperature was above 35 for 24-48 hours. I didnt know that and appreciate the heads up.
