My husband called for a curbside pickup of some nut and bolts. The manager told us that they do not offer curbside pickup for nuts and bolts. Choosing not to offer curbside is a stores prerogative, BUT to say you dont offer it for one type of item just means that you dont think its worth your time for something so little. This is unexceptionable. As someone who works in retail that is no way for a store to act ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. If someone is asking for curbside pickup they probably have a good reason.Ace the helpful place, unless your request isnt worth our time.

Needed some Glass custom cut and they cut it to what I needed

Picked up online order here and staff was terrific. When I needed to return an item later they were also efficient as friendly.

My experience was amazing. I have my Ace rewards and app with them. I bought a few water catchers for some plants after my moms passing. Ace was where my mom liked to shop. The service was quick and friendly and I will definitely be back.

Ive been trying to fix up my yard recently and the staff at Westlake have been extremely helpful. Theyve talked me though different ideas for the yard, helped me pick the right tools and supplies for the project. All around great business. Fantastic pricing. Westlake Ace is just your standard hardware store, nothing extra special about it but I dont really have anything negative to say. The prices are a bit high compared to Menards but its nice not having to wander around a huge store when youre just looking for one or a few items. All the employees are helpful and seem pretty knowledgeable.

The helpful hardware man wasnt on duty when I was there. I asked the kid at checkout for help. He used his little headset & asked someone which isle to send me to. No one met me there. I didnt find anything but since it was all the way in the back by the paint desk I thought Id stand there & surely an associate would be by soon. Several associates in the front saw me but after waiting about 10 min, no one came back to see if I needed help. I left my items on the paint counter & walked out. No other associate spoke to me even to greet me.

Associates are willing to help, friendly and knowledgeable. Really like this store and it is well stocked.

So I have a older model weed sprayer but never knew how to get the top off. A helpful man named Tim dug a similar model out of the back to show me how its done. I didnt even ask him to, which was all on him to give a demonstration. Very nice and accommodating! Love this location.

They have a ton of merchandise cram packed in every nook and cranny. You can barely walk up-and-down the aisles to find stuff. And it is not well organized. They had a much better location on the other side of the mall before . it was much roomier. They should have kept that location. I do not like this layout or the claustrophobic feeling when you go in here. And the people that are behind the counters are not the sharpest people.

Westlake Ace Hardware is a old fashioned neighborhood handy store. Its become my favorite, and I shop there every week. Well stocked well organized, brightly lit up, and has plenty of sales associates both young, and old ready to help you. Its become a cant live without part of the neighborhood for sure!

Needed to have an old storm window glass replaced. Not only did they replace the glass but replaced the broken plastic hardware as well, all for a reasonable price.

Its a corporation and they treat you as such, check out dome of the Family Owned Ace Hardwares in town like the Qp ace hardware they are on 40th and old cheny, 14th and superior, 27th and capitol pkwy, and 70th and vine. More then willing to assist you instead of push you out the door.

They usually have what Im looking for, people are nice enough but prices are high. You pay for convenience.

You may need to get a spare key cut or supply for your next home improvement project or even get advice or ideas for something you would like to do next!

Need to update their website. When looking to see if they carry a product in store it shows that it is in stock ready for pick up. Several times now when you get there they don’t even know what it is and tell you they don’t carry the product. Wasting my time driving over there.
