I am very disappointed in this store. The employee lied to me. I purchased a live animal trap, went to set it up, unpacked it and discovered it was damaged. Went back to the store and returned, no problem, but they had no more in stock. So I decided to order two. The employee told me, “it would be in the store in about 24 hours.” I asked, I can pick it up two days from now, and he said “yes it will be waiting for me.” Here it is two days later and no word for them. I called and talked to the manager and he said they haven’t shipped it yet. And it will be three days from now before I can pick it up. The 24 hours that the employee told me turned into five days. I would have done something different if they would have been honest with me. I need the traps to catch a lost dog in a corn field so, was time sensitive.

Karen is the BEST. She is so friendly, positive, warm and helpful. When I see she is working, and I get her isle, my day is made. What a gem. Please recognize her for being a wonderful employee.

Make sure propane tank is new enough for them to refill. If not they cant do it, it has to be within 5 years.

May not be a fair assessment, but a store usually reflects its management and when you walk in an employee is sitting on the check out visiting with another is not a good impression. This particular store is not as clean and well organized as in the past. It appeared the employees didnt really care, just there to collect a wage. Just a state of our collective culture these days, I guess.

Has everything. Cheapest name brand dog food. If I need a light bar for my truck, dog food and a gun safe... they have it all. Great prices, great selection.

Nothing to write home about for service they had what I needed though I guess thats good enough.Customer service is lacking they point to where you should go they wont take you and show you where anything is. More interested in talking to their fellow employees than customers.

Im feeling like TSC is becoming a pit stop for cheap Chinese junk. The feed for livestock is consistently 25% over the price of Orschelns... Which we prefer anyway. But TSC is so darn convenient. Grrrr

Last 3 time I went in for kerosene they were out, they wont have more for 5 days, need better product management!

Unloaded me quick, couldnt stay in truck while unloading but they welcomed my dog inside, so I was happy. Nice staff too.

Very rude manager. We needed to return a pro-series wheelbarrow because the plastic tray broke (lifetime warranty) and he refused to honor it. It sure was the last time I shopped there after years of buying stuff for my farm.

Staff is incredibly friendly and if you need something specific this may be the right choice. For refilling a propoane/LPG tank, this is an absolutely a great place to go.

Lost our business!!!!!Weve shopped here for years bought alot of things here from t shirts to generator for my husbands business. We got a new puppy didnt like the food he was originally on so of course we went there first i have a older dog and hes been on naturs receipe for years they didnt sell it there one of the sales guy talked us into 4 health puppy told us if he didnt like it we could return it we tried it for a month bought 2 big bags our puppy would always try to eat our oldest dogs food and the vet wasnt thrilled that our puppy wasnt gaining enough weight. Tried returning the $40 bag which was 3/4 full they lied and wouldnt return it. Tried to give $10 credit to the store for the bag. Umm no thanks. Thanks for not sticking to what you said 👎

Just about everything youd need for your basic gardening needs - including chicks and ducklings, in season, feed, and feeders. They even have organic feed.Even though its a corporation, it feels small town.
